L’AZIENDA
OUR COMPANY
®
La storia della società risale alla fine degli anni ‘60, dall’ intuizione
geniale del fondatore Enrico Manuele. Da allora è trascorso molto tempo
e l’azienda, che da sempre è di proprietà della famiglia, si rinnova con la
continuità assicurata dai figli.
The company history dates back to the late ‘60s, from intuitive genius of
the founder Enrico Manuele.
Long time passed since then and the company, which has always been
owned by the family, keeps on innovating with the continuity provided by
Enrico’s sons.
L’azienda nasce come produttore di gomma spugna e ad oggi detiene
l’unico know-how del settore a livello Italiano.
Oggi, lo stabilimento sorge su un’area di circa 22.000 mq. con oltre 6.000
mq. di area produttiva, i cui tetti sono integrati con pannelli fotovoltaici
ad alto rendimento di ultima generazione che assicurano circa il 90% del
fabbisogno energetico dell’azienda e che eviteranno l’emissione di circa
80 tonnellate annue di CO2.
The company was founded as a manufacturer of foam rubber, and
currently holds the unique know-how in the Italian industry.
Today, the factory covers an area of about 22,000 square meters with
over 6,000 square meters production area, and the roofs are covered
with high-tech photovoltaic panels that provide about 90% of the
energy needs preventing from the emission of about 80 tons of CO2 in
atmosphere.
Ogni fase del processo produttivo, dall’ideazione, alla progettazione, ai
test sui nuovi materiali fino al prodotto finito viene effettuata all’interno
della fabbrica, e questa autonomia garantisce il massimo controllo della
qualità in ogni passaggio della filiera.
Each stage of the production processes, from concept, design, testing
new materials to the finished product is made into the factory, and this
autonomy guarantees the highest quality control at each step of the
production.
Le produzioni comprendono la gomma spugna, frattazzi con gomma
spugna, frattoni in acciaio, cazzuole, spatole, frattazzi per stuccatura
e pulizia, ginocchiere, spingiacqua, spugne e tutto quello che riguarda
utensili manuali professionali di qualità per l’edilizia e finiture.
Nella progettazione dei nuovi articoli viene posta da sempre molta
cura per ottenere prodotti funzionali, ergonomici e di totale qualità: da
prima vengono eseguiti dei prototipi che successivamente vengono
accuratamente testati da “squadre di professionisti” e, solo dopo avere
superati numerosi e severi tests di controllo, vengono immessi sul
mercato.

Con la nostra esperienza di produttori abbiamo raggiunto un alto grado di specializzazione e abbiamo creato una gomma
spugna resistente alle componenti acide
contenute nella malta, nel cemento e nello
stucco.
La nostra gomma spugna è realizzata con
materie prime di prima qualità e seguendo
l’evoluzione tecnologica degli intonaci e i
suggerimenti degli applicatori abbiamo diversificato e affinato i tipi di gomma spugna
per l’applicazione di intonaco tradizionale e
premiscelato.
With our experience as manufacturers we
have achieved a high degree of specialization and we have created a foam rubber
resistant to acid components contained in
mortar, in plaster and stucco.
Our sponge rubber is made from high quality raw materials and, following the technological evolution of the plaster applicators
and their suggestions, we made several specific types of sponge rubber for traditional
and pre-mixed plaster application.

prodotto all’inizio degli anni settanta il frattazzo tradizionale LASER, con base di alluminio e manico di faggio essicato modellato
in forma anatomica.

floats.
We create a monolithic body of non-deformable polyurethane that maintains the absolute flatness of the tool with a lightweight
than ever before.

All’inizio degli anni novanta il frattazzo
LASER P rappresenta un ulteriore miglioramento del classico utensile. Viene dotato
di un manico anatomico in resina espansa
esteticamente simile al legno ma con durata
e robustezza decisamente differenti.
In the early nineties the trowel LASER P
represents a further improvement of the
classic tool. It comes equipped with a
handle anatomical foam aesthetically similar
to wood but with very different duration and
strength.

gomma per una presa perfetta in ogni condizione di lavoro e
il paradita di protezione.
L’angolazione del manico perfettamente allineata con la lama
permette una migliore maneggevolezza in fase d’impiego.
Un dettaglio importantissimo è l’unione tra manico e lama
con saldatura in MICROFUSIONE, garantita da severi test di
rottura e torsione.
La lama in acciaio ad alto contenuto di carbonio a spessore
variabile, distribuisce flessibilità e robustezza in ogni fase di
lavoro.
Le cazzuole serie MAGICA hanno il manico in legno essiccato
e trattato con vernice trasparente ecologica.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS
Gli ordini vengono assunti sempre salvo approvazione della casa e alle
sotto indicate condizioni che si intendono accettate dal committente.
Il presente catalogo annulla e sostituisce qualsiasi altro in vostre mani,
non è da ritenersi impegnativo e potrà subire modifiche anche senza
preavviso al fine di migliorare le produzioni.
Eventuali contestazioni verranno prese in esame solo se presentate
entro i 15 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
IMBALLO: gratuito. Verranno fatturati al costo solo gli imballi speciali.
Ci riserviamo di modificare le dimensioni degli imballi a seconda delle
esigenze.
RESI DI MERCE: non si accettano resi se non preventivamente autorizzati da 3M s.r.l.
GARANZIA DI QUALITÁ: gli utensili 3M s.r.l. sono garantiti da difetti di
materiale o di fabbricazione. In ogni caso tale garanzia non potrà mai
andare oltre la sostituzione gratuita del pezzo riscontrato difettoso; ogni
altra spesa o indennizzo sono esclusi. La presentazione di qualsiasi
reclamo non dispensa il compratore dal pagamento della fattura alla
scadenza stabilita.
PAGAMENTI: il respingimento di rivevute bancarie annulla eventuali
ordini in corso. Trascorso il termine stabilito per il pagamento decorreranno gli interessi commerciali. Fino al saldo del pagamento la merce
si intende di riservato dominio a favore di 3M s.r.l. La merce non interamente pagata non potrà essere sottoposta a pegno e se terzi facesero
valere diritti su tale merce, l’acquirente si impegna a darne tempestiva
comunicazione a 3M s.r.l.
CONTROVERSIE: per qualsiasi controversia, anche se originate dal comratore, unico Tribunale competente a giudicare sarà quello di Crema.
PREZZI DI LISTINO: i prezzi esposti nel listino si intendono I.V.A. esclusa.
CLAUSOLA DI REVISIONE PREZZI: i prezzi del listino potranno subire
modifiche all’atto della spedizione nel caso in cui, nel periodo intercorrente fra l’assunzione e l’evasione dell’ordine siano intervenute sostanziali variazioni degli elementi di costo.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA: salvo imprevisti il termine indicativo è di 10
giorni lavorativi. Eventuali ritardi, anche se non dovuti a cause di forza
maggiore, non potranno comunque mai dare diritto a rimborso di spese
o indennizzi a qualsiasi titolo richiesti.
ORDINE E RISPETTO DELLE CONFEZIONI: gli ordini devono essere conferiti nel rispetto delle quantità delle confezioni indicate come IMBALLO.
Nel caso di evasione incompleta ci riserviamo a nostra discrezione la
facoltà di effettuare la spedizione anche parziale o di attendere un nuovo
ordine.
MINIMO D’ORDINE: euro 500,00 al netto di I.V.A. - porto franco, con
addebito in fattura. (Vedere tabella)
CONSEGNA DELLA MERCE: per ordini da euro 1.150,00 al netto di I.V.A.
spedizione in porto franco.
RISCHI NEL TRASPORTO: la merce viaggia sempre a rischio e pericolo
del committente. In casi di avarie, furti, manomissioni e ammanchi, il
destinatario dovrà rivolgersi esclusivamente al vettore.

PRICE REVIEW CLAUSE: the prices on the price list may be changed at
the moment of dispatch if the period between acceptance and dispatch
of the order costs factor have significantly changed.
TERMS OF DELIVERY: to agree. Any delays, even if they are not due to
force majeur, can never give entitlement to refounds and any kind of
compensation.
ORDER PACKAGING: the orders must be delivered in the packaging
specified under the heading PACKAGING. If any order is incomplete,
3M s.r.l. reserves the right to carry out a partial delivery or to wait for a
new order.
MINIMUM ORDER: to agree.
RETURN ORDERS: carriage free.
CARRIAGE RISKS: carriage is always at the customer risk. If the goods
are faulty, stolen, tampored with or incomplete, the recipient must
contact only the shipper. Any complaints will be considered only if made
within 5 days from receipt of goods.
PACKAKING: free. Only special packaging will be invoiced at cost.
3M s.r.l. reserves to modify the dimensions of packaging to suit requirements.
RETURNED GOODS: returned goods are not accepted unless the return
has been beforhand agreed by 3M s.r.l.
QUALITY GUARANTEE: 3M s.r.l. tools are guaranteed against material
and manufactoring defects; in all cases this guarantee can vever cover
more than free replacement of the defective piece. All other expenses
or compensations are excluded. Complains do not entitle the buyer to
refuse to pay invoices when they fall due.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS: to agree.
CONTROVERSIES: for any controversy, if originated with the purchaser,
the Court of CREMA has sole jurisdisction.
