AVANZAMENTO A MANO
Quando i pezzi da lavorare vengono fatti avanzare a mano e cioè
senza usufruire di attrezzature di bloccaggio e di avanzamento
vanno utilizzati gli utensili BG-TEST.
CARATTERISTICHE:
* Limitazione del truciolo ad un massimo di 1mm 1,1 sulla
larghezza totale del filo tagliente
* Forma dell’utensile la più rotonda possibile così da limitare al
minimo i contraccolpi
* Vano di scarico del truciolo il più limitato possibile
Questi utensili possono essere utilizzati anche per qualsiasi altro
tipo di avanzamento.

MANUAL FEED
When workpieces are feed by hand, that is without the aid of
clamping and feeding fixtures, then BG-TEST tools should be
used.
CHARACTERISTICS:
* Chip limited to a maximum 1,1 over the total with of the
cutting edge
* The shaped of the tool should be as round as possible to
reduce kick-backs to the bare minimum
* Chip ejection clearance should be as possible
Theese tools can also be used for any other type of feed
AVANZAMENTO MECCANICO
Quando i pezzi da lavorare vengono fatti avanzare mediante
forza solo meccanica si possono usare questi utensili M FORM
(Mecch. Vorschub)
CARATTERISTICHE:
* Nessuna limitazione per la sporgenza dei taglienti
* Forma costruttiva aperta
Sono pericolosi nell’asportazione e scarico del truciolo.
