PLENARY SESSION: The official languages of the meeting are Croatian, English and Italian.
We will provide on the simultaneous translation for the Plenary session and for the meeting
of the Managing Committee.

SESSIONE PLENARIA: Le lingue ufficiali della sessione sono il croato, l’inglese e l’italiano.
Provvederemo alla traduzione simultanea per la sessione plenaria e per la riunione del
Comitato Direttivo.
EN:
HOTELS, TRANSPORTATION etc.: The Municipality of Pescara will host (food and
accommodation costs) 2 representatives from each member city of the Forum and the
keynote speakers.
All other participants are welcome to attend the meeting at their own expense. The
Municipality of Pescara will send the hotel information (name, address, prices-for
participants who are paying their stay…) by email, to all participants after the registration.
The transfer from the harbor/airport/train station to the meeting venue/hotel and
back will be provided, therefore, we kindly ask our guests to put all the necessary
information of their trip (flight nr., the name of the airline/shipping company, time of
arrival/departure, etc. .) in the REGISTRATION FORM(attached) in order to be able to
arrange the transportation.
THE LAST DAY FOR THE REGISTRATION IS MONDAY 12/11/2012.
TO CONFIRM THE ATTENDANCE TO THE MEETING ALL THE PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO
SEND THE REGISTRATION FORM COMPILED IN ALL ITS PARTS

ALBERGHI, TRASFERIMENTI ecc.: Il Comune di Pescara ospiterà(vitto e alloggio 2
partecipanti di ogni città membro del Forum e i relatori principali. Tutti gli altri invitati
potranno partecipare con spese di soggiorno a proprio carico. Il Comune di Pescara invierà
le informazioni sugli alberghi (nome, indirizzo, prezzi-per colloro che pagano il proprio
pernottamento…) via email, a tutti i partecipanti registrati.
E’ previsto il trasferimento dal porto/aeroporto/stazione ferroviaria al luogo
d’incontro/hotel e viceversa, quindi, chiediamo gentilmente ai nostri ospiti di inserire
nella SCHEDA D’ADESIONE (in allegato) tutte le informazioni necessarie del loro
viaggio (nr.volo, il nome della compagnia aerea/società di navigazione, l'ora di
arrivo/partenza, ecc.) in modo da poter organizzare il trasporto.
