Forever nella produzione di suole di alta
gamma per calzature di vario tipo (comfort,
sicurezza, militari, fashion) e dirette ai più
importanti brand internazionali.
Con circa 250 impiegati e due impianti di
produzione, For Ever è oggi una delle maggiori aziende produttrici di suole della penisola iberica, responsabile di una produzione
annua di oltre 6 milioni di paia di suole, per
un fatturato annuo di circa 20 milioni di
euro. Di questo, il 50% è diretto all’estero e
in particolare a paesi come Francia, Spagna,
Germania, Austria, Olanda, Sud Africa.
Dal 2008 l’azienda ha fatto tesoro dell’esperienza maturata nel settore calzaturiero per
entrare nel mercato delle calzature di sicurezza con il marchio WOCK Professional
Footwear , specializzato in calzature a iniezione. Il brand WOCK è oggi presente in
oltre 40 paesi nel mondo e si rivolge con
successo a diverse nicchie di mercato come
quella Medicale, Sicurezza, Cosmetica,
Farmaceutica, Pulizie ecc.
Oggi la gamma di prodotti si è allargata,
comprendendo una molteplicità di opzioni
come zoccoli trasparenti, Wock Everlite calzatura ultra leggera o Wock Moc il mocassino professionale.
In particolare spicca nell’offerta WOCK il sabot
WOCK Clog, una calzatura unisex studiata per
l’ambito professionale ma anche per il tempo
libero, che combina caratteristiche tecniche e
terapeutiche come: assorbimento dell’impatto al suolo, rilassamento

muscolare, controllo della temperatura e del
sudore, soletta anatomica e riduzione dell’energia statica.
WOCK Clog è traspirante, grazie alla presenza di fori sul fianco e sul fondo della calzatura; antiscivolo; lavabile in lavatrice fino a 90
gradi e in autoclave fino a 134 gradi; presenta inserti antistatici e shock absorption (la
soletta ha una speciale geometria con sistema di riduzione dell’impatto al suolo responsabile dell’ affaticamento muscolare e di
micro traumi. Il disegno anatomico della
soletta, inoltre, stimola la circolazione sanguigna e dona il massimo comfort); soletta
rimovibile; tomaia che protegge il piede
dalla fuoriuscita di liquidi.
Tra le novità Forever ricordiamo, invece, lo
sviluppo del nuovo materiale EVERGRIP, che
combina le caratteristiche tecniche di ultra
resistenza, shock absorbing, anti scivolo,

Procalçado S.A. is a Portuguese company located near Porto, in the
northern side of the country; it has been producing top range soles
for different kind of shoes (comfort, safety, military and fashion) with
the brand For Ever for over 40 years; which are dedicated to the
most important international brands.
With around 250 employees and two production plants, Forever has
become one of the major producers of soles in the Iberian peninsula,
boasting a year production of over 6 million pair of shoes and an
annual turnover of around 20 million Euros. 50% of the production
is exported, specifically in countries such as France, Spain, Germany,
Austria, Holland and South Africa.
Since 2008, the company has been applying the experience matured
in the footwear sector to the safety segment, entering the market
with the WOCK Professional Footwear brand, specialized in injected
shoes. The WOCK brand is present, today, in over 40 countries and is
acclaimed by several market niches, such as the medical, safety, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and cleaning ones, in addition to others.
The range of products has become wider and includes, today, different options like transparent clogs, Wock Everlite, the ultra light shoe
or Wock Moc, the professional moccasin.
In particular, the sabot WOCK Clog stands out; an unisex shoe designed
both for work and leisure time, which combines technical and therapeutic characteristics such as impact absorption, muscle relaxation, control of temperature and sweat, anatomically designed insole and reduction of static energy. WOCK Clog is further characterized by a high
breathability, thanks to the presence of lateral and bottom perforations
and a nonslip outsole; it can be machine washed at 90 degrees and it is
resistant to autoclave temperatures up to 134 degrees. Furthermore, it
is fitted with antistatic and shock absorption inserts (the insole has a
particular shape with a system reducing the impact on the ground,
responsible of muscle fatigue and microtrauma. The anatomically
designed insole also stimulates blood circulation and conveys the highest comfort. Finally, this clog has a removable insole and an upper protecting the foot from liquid leaks.
Among the novelties presented by Forever, mentionable is the development of the new EVERGRIP material, which combines ultra-resistant techniques, shock absorbing and nonslip properties, and is resistant to oils and fires. Proposed in different materials and colours.
