EVOShield Racing Ultra Kit è progettato per il trattamento di circa 1,4 metri quadrati di vetro.

Zur Verwendung von EVOShield müssen folgende Maßnahmen getroffen werden (nicht im Kit eingeschlossen):

VORREINIGUNG:
Ein sanftes Scheuer-Pad und einen Glasreiniger benutzen, vorsichtig die zu behandelnde Oberfläche bearbeiten. Man
muss zur Endreinigung Alkohol benutzen, bevor man die Behandlung ausführt.
Nach der Reinigung die Oberfläche gut mit Wasser abspülen, um sicherzustellen, dass störende Rückstände entfernt
wurden. Sollten Ihre Handschuhe mit einem der Reinigungsmittel in Berührung gekommen sein, muss man diese vor
der Ausführung des Anwendungsverfahrens wechseln.

Schutzhandschuhe und – Brille tragen.
Das Anwendungstuch öffen.
Die DF ULTRA 1B aus dem Röhrchen entfernen und zur Seite legen.
Die DF ULTRA 1A Spritzflasche öffnen, um die Öffnung freizugeben
Den Deckel der Spritze abnehmen und den Inhalt in die DF ULTRA 1A Flasche spritzen.
Den Deckel schnell zuschnappen lassen und 10 Sekunden lang schütteln, um die Reaktion hervorzurufen
Die Flasche öffnen und die Mischung auf die Oberfläche spritzen, unverzüglich verteilen, das Anwendungstuch
benutzen, um ein Verlaufen zu vermeiden. Das kann man schrittweise auf der gesamten Oberfläche tun, die
Mischung sollte aber innerhalb von einer (1) Minute auf der Oberfläche angewendet werden.
8. Kleine kreisende Bewegungen ausführen, die Mischung auf der Oberfläche aufreiben, bis sich diese glatt anfühlt.
(dies müsste nach ungefähr zwei (2) Minuten passieren)
9. Die Oberfläche etwas mit Wasser besprühen.
10. Den DF ULTRA-2 Umschlag öffnen und die Oberfläche mit dem Wischtuch die Oberfläche behandeln, sicherstellen,
dass die gesamte Oberfläche bedeckt ist.
11. Eine (1) Minute lang bearbeiten, dann eine (1) Minute einziehen lassen.
12. Die Oberfläche mit Wasser und einem Mikrofaserntuch reinigen.
13. Die Beschichtung durch Bespritzen mit Wasser auf die Oberfläche testen.
14. Sicherstellen dass das Produkt die Oberfläche gleichmäßig schützt.
15. Die Verpackungsrückstände und das nicht benutzte Produkt in Übereinstimmung mit den örtlichen
Abfallentsorgungsbestimmungen entsorgen.

PULIZIA PRELIMINARE.
Utilizzando una spugna abrasiva morbida e un prodotto per la pulizia dei vetri, pulire accuratamente la superficie che si
intende trattare. È necessario usare alcool liquido per la pulizia finale prima di effettuare il trattamento.
Dopo aver pulito la superficie, risciacquare con acqua per garantire che eventuali residui siano stati rimossi. Se i guanti
sono entrati in contatto con un detergente, cambiarli prima di iniziare la procedura di applicazione.
APPLICAZIONE.
1. Indossare guanti puliti e occhiali protettivi.
2. Aprire la salvietta di applicazione.
3. Rimuovere la siringa DF ULTRA 1B dal tubo e metterla da parte.
4. Aprire il flacone di soluzione DF ULTRA 1A per tirare fuori il beccuccio.
5. Stappare la siringa e iniettare il contenuto nella bottiglia DF ULTRA 1A attraverso il beccuccio.
6. Chiudere rapidamente il tappo e agitare bene per 10 secondi per iniziare la reazione.
7. Aprire il flacone e spremere delicatamente la miscela sulla superficie, diffondendola subito con la salvietta per
impedire che scorra via e goccioli. Questo può essere fatto in modo incrementale sulla superficie, ma la miscela deve
essere completamente applicata entro un (1) minuto.
8. Effettuando piccoli movimenti circolari, continuare a passare la miscela sulla superficie fino a quando non comincia a
essere liscia (ciò dovrebbe accadere dopo circa due (2) minuti di pulizia del vetro).
9. Spruzzare leggermente dell’acqua sulla superficie.
10. Aprire la busta DF ULTRA-2 e pulire la superficie con un panno, assicurandosi di coprirla completamente.
11. Continuare a pulire per un (1) minuto e lasciare poi a riposo per un (1) minuto.
12. Pulire la superficie con acqua e un panno in microfibra.
13. Testare il rivestimento spruzzando o versando acqua dall’alto o dalla superficie.
14. Assicurarsi che il prodotto protegga la superficie in modo uniforme.
15. Smaltire tutti gli imballaggi, eventuali residui inutilizzati o il prodotto avanzato in modo responsabile, in base alle
norme locali.

Après le nettoyage, rincez bien la surface avec de l'eau afin de vous assurez que tous les résidus risquant d'interférer
ont été éliminé. Si vos gants ont été en contact avec des produits nettoyants, changez-les avant de commencer la
procédure d'application.

Portez des gants propres et des lunettes de protection.
Ouvrez la lingette d’application.
Retirez la seringue DF ULTRA 1B du tube et mettez-la de côté.
Ouvrez le flacon souple DF ULTRA 1A pour exposer l’embout.
Retirez le bouchon de la seringue et injectez le contenu dans le flacon de DF ULTRA 1A à travers l’embout.
Refermez rapidement le bouchon rabattable et secouez vigoureusement pendant 10 secondes pour déclencher la
réaction.
7. Ouvrez le flacon et pressez doucement le mélange sur la surface. Étalez immédiatement avec la lingette
d'application en évitant que le produit ne coule ou ne laisse des gouttelettes. Ceci peut être fait graduellement sur
toute la surface mais le mélange devra être entièrement appliqué sur la surface en une (1) minute.
8. Continuez à essuyer le produit en faisant des petits mouvements circulaires sur la surface jusqu'à ce qu'elle
commence à être collante. Ceci devrait se vérifier après avoir essuyé la vitre pendant environ deux (2) minutes.
9. Vaporiser un peu d’eau sur la surface.
10. Ouvrez l’enveloppe du DF ULTRA-2 et essuyez la surface avec une serviette en vous assurant que la surface est
entièrement recouverte.
11. Continuez à passer le chiffon pendant une (1) minute, puis laissez reposer pendant une (1) minute.
12. Nettoyez la surface avec de l’eau et une serviette en microfibre.
13. Testez le revêtement en vaporisant ou en versant de l’eau d'en haut sur la surface.
14. Assurez-vous que le produit protégé la surface de façon uniforme.
15. Débarrassez-vous de tout l’emballage et des éventuels résidus ou des matériaux non utilisés de façon responsable,
conformément aux exigences locales.

PRE-CLEANING:
Using a soft scrub pad and a glass cleaning product, carefully wipe the surface you intend to treat. It is necessary to
use liquid alcohol for a final cleaning before carrying out the treatment.
After cleaning, rinse well the surface with water to ensure that any potentially interfering residuals have been
removed. If your gloves have come into contact with any of the cleaners, please change them before beginning the
application procedure.

Wear clean gloves and protective eyewear.
Open the application wipe.
Remove DF ULTRA 1B syringe from tube and set aside.
Flip open DF ULTRA 1A squeeze bottle to expose spout.
Uncap syringe and inject contents into DF ULTRA 1A bottle through the spout.
Quickly snap shut the flip-top cap and shake vigorously for 10 seconds to begin reaction.
Flip open bottle and gently squeeze mixture onto surface, promptly spreading using the application wipe to prevent
running and dripping. This can be done incrementally across the surface, but the mixture should be completely
applied to the surface within one (1) minute.
8. Using small circular motions, continue wiping the mixture on the surface until it begins to feel slick. (this should
happen after about two (2) minutes of wiping the glass)
9. Lightly spray the surface with water.
10. Open DF ULTRA-2 envelope and wipe the surface with towel, ensuring the surface is completely covered.
11. Continue wiping for one (1) minute, then allow to settle for one (1) minute.
12. Clean the surface using water and a microfiber towel.
13. Test the coating by spraying or by pouring water from top or surface.
14. Ensure the product is uniformly protecting the surface.
15. Dispose of all the packaging and un-used, eventual residuals or left-over product, responsibly, accordingly to the
local requirements.
Congratulation – your EVOShield Racing ULTRA application process is now complete.
PRECAUTIONS:
Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mouth. Do not inhale or ingest the product or any of the packaging materials. For
any emergency, obtain medical attention immediately. Clothing soaked with product should be changed immediately.
Discard all packaging and used materials responsibly.
