money between countries and make foreign payments using the mid-market or interbank exchange rate.

So, what’s the role?
We’re looking for a programmer rock-star, in their element building a modern financial product from the
ground up. Someone to nurture an agile development process, develop cutting-edge software, solve
challenging problems and, more importantly, help avoid them! You’ll get a chance to write code that helps
millions of people save money, and push the button on big releases. Faultless and reliable code is the name
of the game as you’ll be writing it for a product that deals with transferring millions a day – no pressure.
You have tests for it, right? You love optimization and self-teaching new algorithms and you feel right at
home in a fast-growing international development team. The role is truly cross functional, with lots of
diverse projects to work on and a great opportunity to shine like the star that you are.

Main tasks: • To build out the core back-end systems and customer-facing interfaces. • To nurture an agile

development process. • To build cutting-edge software. • To solve challenging problems and – more
importantly – help avoid them. Requirements: • At least two years of developer experience with Java or
equivalent. • High coding standards. • Experience with modern web-development frameworks and
languages. • SQL and database optimisation. • English as a working language.
