SYNOPSIS
Alberto, owner of a small company, confronted with financial difficulties, becomes a courier for a powerful criminal
organization in the attempt to save his company. He hides the truth of his trips from his loving wife Laura, who has always
appreciated him for his honesty, until a rival gang’s interest in the illicit package he is about to deliver forces him to face the
consequences of a choice far beyond his nature.
DIRECTOR’S NOTES
The need to protect and maintain one's values and integrity was the starting point, which inspired me to write my script. I saw
the possibility to make a suspense film, which would not follow the typical lines of the genre, where this starting point would
become the central theme, and allow me to highlight the dramatic nature of such need.
Not an unusual theme, but I believe it to be very topical in these present days of great confusion, when the demarcation line
between good and evil seems blurred and people find it difficult not to get lost or go astray. History constantly shows women
and men going down the road of criminality even though they are not criminals.
Thus, both in my script and in my filming, I tried to make a suspense film not necessarily tied to the typical style of this genre,
but which could be close to reality and offer in depth a drama able to highlight human relationships reflecting present day
realities as well as our own.

Emiliano Corapi
Emiliano Corapi was born in Rome August 13th 1970.
He started the activity of director writing and realizing short films that participated in many festivals, winning numerous prizes
including the “Silver Ribbon”.
He also realised documentaries and commercials.
In 2009 directed the pilot for TV Series “Raffinati”, presented at the Roma Fiction Festival.
“Sulla Strada di Casa” is his first feature film.

Andrea Petrozzi
Andrea Petrozzi was born in Rome in 1973.
He is son of a well-known Italian cinema sound engineer and he started very young to work as a TV cameraman.
In 1997 he starts the company World Video Production srl with his business partner Claudio De Toma. The
company is specialised in eng crews for news and reportages, TV spots and documentaries realised both in Italy
and abroad.
World Video Production begins very soon to be involved also in cinema with quality productions, promoting
innovative projects and young talents and winning numerous awards in Film Festivals all over the world.
Among these productions there are his first two feature films: the coproduction of "Ca rend hereux" directed by
Joaquim Lafosse and "Stare Fuori" directed by Fabiomassimo Lozzi.
In 2009 he starts with his business partner Claudio De Toma the company Marvin Film, a company created to
focus only on cinema productions and produces his third feature film "Sulla strada di casa" directed by Emiliano
Corapi.
