Pagani Worldwide LLC & Pagani Arte Inc., respectfully request a letter of determination clarifying the
approved uses and the Administrator’s interpretation of the planning code in regards to the building
residing at 461 Valencia St. San Francisco CA 94103.
Following previous clarifications’made by Heidi Kline and Corey Teague of The Office of the Zoning
Administrator, we have modified the initial layout to better align our plans with the desired use the city
would like for space. In particular, our proposal now includes an expansive retail and design environment,
encompassing the majority of the ground level space, and we have moved the workstations for all staff to
the lower, basement level.
As part of this work, Pagani Worldwide LLC would like to complete a small section of tenant
improvements, primarily intended to bring the building into compliance with current San Francisco
building codes and ADA requirements. The proposed plans are attached with this letter for your review.
