Gli agenti installati sui server e sulle workstation, inviano regolarmente tutte le informazioni raccolte al server centrale di
controllo di MC. In caso di anomalie, gli operatori allertano il nostro personale tecnico, che vi contatterà per risolvere il
problema riscontrato. Laddove applicabile, sarà fornito un rapporto periodico sullo stato dei Server, delle Workstation e della
rete.
CONDIZIONI DI FORNIT URA:
* Il servizio di monitoraggio è in funzione dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 18:00 dal lunedì al venerdì festivi esclusi. Gli allarmi raccolti al di fuori di
queste fasce orarie, saranno presi in gestione il giorno utile successivo.
Gli allarmi saranno gestiti con priorità tecnica assegnata dall’operatore al momento della segnalazione in relazione anche alla presenza di
altri allarmi concomitanti e nel periodo di analisi di 30 giorni precedenti. Gli allarmi ridondanti a cui è stata fornita una soluzione saranno
ignorati dal sistema.
L’agente installato sugli elaboratori è di proprietà Multi Consult e è protetto. L’installazione deve essere eseguita dal personale Multi Consult
o dietro sua supervisione. La rimozione dell’agente dal sistema non autorizzata farà decadere il servizio e la sua riattivazione avrà un costo di
€5,00. L’arresto del servizio Windows relativo all’agente comporta l’impossibilità di monitorizzare il sistema.
Il servizio richiede la possibilità da parte degli agenti di utilizzare una connessione internet diretta o proxy standard. I tempi di
aggiornamento dei dati sui server Multi Consult è legata al dimensionamento della connessione internet a disposizione del singolo sistema
monitorizzato.
L’utilizzo del tool opzionale agente di controllo remoto On Demand è subordinato alla possibilità di utilizzare la connessione internet sulle
porte standard del prodotto VNC. ** Il controllo aggiornamento antivirus è compatibile coi più diffusi prodotti del mercato:

On installation the Agent may detect both definition file update methods employed by CA eTrust although only one may be
active. If this is the case please use the Test Check option to identify the active component and remove the inactive one
using the Delete option.
PANDA
Unfortunately Panda is not supported on NT, Vista or Server2008.
SYMANTEC ENDPOINT PROTECTION
Although Symantec Endpoint Protection Management Console may be installed on the server this does not necessarily
install the Symantec Endpoint Protection Client and in these cases it may be necessary to install the Client as well as the
Management Console onto the machine.
TREND ANTI-VIRUS AND TREND WORRY FREE ANTI-VIRUS
On installation the Agent may detect the update location registry string used by both Trend Anti-Virus and Trend Worry
Free Anti-Virus although only one one version may be installed. If this is the case please use the Test Check option to
identify the active product and remove the inactive one using the Delete option. Similarly if the Trend Anti-Virus Check
returns the definition file as 0.0.00 this would be indicative of a Trend Worry Free Anti-Virus installation as although the
products share this registry entry, it is not written to by Trend Worry Free Anti-Virus.
ROLL YOUR OWN EVENT LOG CHECK
If your AntiVirus product is not mentioned above and it writes to the Event Log you may be able to use the Event Log check
to monitor its status.
***Il contratto si rinnova annualmente e tacitamente alla scadenza. Per non rinnovare la fornitura è necessario darne atto a
mezzo fax/raccomandata o posta elettronica certificata non più tardi di 30 giorni dalla scadenza del contratto stesso .
