Leggere attentamente questo manuale prima di utilizzare l’unità.
Per avere prestazioni senza problemi per lungo tempo, seguire queste avvertenze
 Danni all’udito: gli altoparlanti possono generare forti pressioni sonore, in grado di danneggiare permanentemente l’udito di chi ascolta. Evitare esposizioni prolungate a pressioni sonore (SPL) oltre i 90 dB.
 Non sovraccaricare il prodotto per non danneggiare gli altoparlanti.
 Non posizionare fiamme libere (candele, etc.) sopra o di fianco all’apparato.
 Collegare ad una presa 220VAC/50Hz con messa a terra.
 Per uso interno. Se il prodotto viene utilizzato all’esterno, accertarsi che non entri umidità.
 Quando non viene utilizzato, scollegarlo dalla presa elettrica.
 Scollegarlo dalla rete prima di verificare o sostituire il fusibile.
 Accertarsi che sia appoggiato su una superficie piana, stabile e robusta.
 Gli altoparlanti possono essere impilati, ma non superare i 60 kg di peso.
 Gli altoparlanti possono essere appesi. Utilizzare solo materiali robusti e approvati. Non far sostare
persone sotto al prodotto, durante il montaggio.
 Posizionare i treppiedi di supporto su una superficie piana e stabile, e in modo che non ci si possa
inciampare.
 Utilizzare solamente supporti che siano in grado di reggere il peso degli altoparlanti. Non mettere più di
un altoparlante su un supporto progettato per uno solo.
 Posizionare i cavi in modo che non siano di intralcio al passaggio della gente. Inciampandosi nel cavo,
potrebbero far cadere l’altoparlante.
 Non posizionare liquidi sopra la custodia e proteggerla dalla umidità. L’umidità accorcia la vita degli
altoparlanti in maniera considerevole.
 Utilizzare mezzi di trasporto adeguati, per spostare gli altoparlanti. ATTENTI ALLA SCHIENA!
 Se l’unità è danneggiata in modo da vedere i componenti interni, non inserire la spina nella presa e
contattare il rivenditore.
 Scollegare sempre l’unità durante i temporali o quando non viene utilizzata.
 Se l’unità non è stata utilizzata per lungo tempo, internamente potrebbe formarsi della condensa: lasciare
che il prodotto raggiunga la temperatura ambiente prima di accenderlo.
 Non tentare di riparare il prodotto da soli. All’interno non vi sono parti riparabili dall’utente.
 Posizionare i cavi di alimentazione in modo che non vi si possa inciampare o posizionarvi sopra oggetti.
 Utilizzare solo cavi di alimentazione raccomandati dal produttore.
 Posizionare il volume al minimo, prima di accendere la cassa acustica.
 Tenere lontano dalla portata dei bambini.
Proteggete l’ambiente. Riciclare il materiale da imballaggio, se possibile.
A fine vita, non gettare il prodotto nella comune immondizia, ma conferirlo negli appositi centri di
raccolta. Molte parti interne possono essere riciclate.

- Deflettore modellato in un pezzo solo, con tromba integrale a direttività costante 90°x60°
- Un limitatore protegge il driver a compressione da potenza eccessiva
- Custodia multi angolo per una maggiore flessibilità di utilizzo

- La custodia e il deflettore sono modellati in materiale co-polimero resistente e durevole. Questa serie di
altoparlanti sopporta impatti di notevole entità.
- Una robusta griglia forata in metallo protegge il woofer
- La maniglia di trasporto è di disegno ergonomico e posizionata in modo da bilanciare il peso, per un
trasporto più agevole.
- Punti di ancoraggio per montaggio a muro o a soffitto
- Alloggiamento per palo da 35mm con vite di blocco
Custodia
La custodia e il deflettore di questa serie di casse acustiche sono realizzati in polipropilene copolimero.
L’utilizzo di un copolimero permette di realizzare supporti per il montaggio di treppiedi, maniglie di trasporto,
porte e trombe per alte frequenze direttamente nella fusione della custodia. Migliora non solo l’aspetto
estetico, ma anche la funzionalità.

Come collegare un dispositivo BLUETOOTH
Accendere il diffusore, quindi premere “MODE” (F) fino a che comparirà la scritta AUX. Quindi
utilizzare la sorgente BLUETOOTH (Cellulare, PC, ecc…) per ricercare un dispositivo BLUETOOTH.
Una volta trovato “SKYTEC PLAYER” selezionare e stabilire la connessione. La password è 0000
Risoluzione dei problemi
Un metodo sicuro per verificare se una cassa è difettosa è sostituirla con una sicuramente funzionante. Se
anche questa cassa presenta lo stesso problema, utilizzare le informazioni sotto riportate per tentare una
possibile soluzione.

Anche se è possibile che una cassa difettosa emetta suoni intermittenti,
è più facile che il problema sia in un cavo/connettore. Verificare le
saldature nei connettori.
Rumore costante, ronzii e/o rumori
Problemi nel segnale
Qualunque rumore costante è generato nell’amplificatore, mixer, processore di segnale, sorgenti o filatura a livello linea. Verificare la messa a terra.
Verificare la connessione delle schermature. Verificare eventuali sorgenti
di rumore o componenti elettronici.
Debole uscita della bassa frequenza
Polarità scorretta
Quando due casse vicine sono connesse in controfase, possono
parzialmente annullarsi, specialmente alle basse frequenze. Verificare che
le casse siano collegate allo stesso modo. Verificare i cavi di linea di
segnale bilanciata e accertarsi che siano cablati correttamente.
Non tentare di effettuare riparazioni da sé. Questo invaliderà la garanzia. Non effettuare modifiche al
prodotto. Anche questo invaliderà la garanzia. La garanzia decade in caso di incidenti o danni provocati da
utilizzo inappropriato o non confacente alle raccomandazioni e agli avvertimenti di sicurezza. Ciò è altresì
applicabile a tutti i danni in qualsiasi forma.

System configurations
ABS active PA speakers
Congratulations on the purchase of this SkyTec active speacker box.
Please read this manual carefully prior to using the unit.
To ensure many years of troublefree use, please observe the following
 Hearing damage: Loudspeakers are easily capable of generating high sound pressure levels (SPL)
sufficient to cause permanent hearing damage to performers, production crew and audience members.
Caution should be taken to avoid prolonged exposure to SPL in excess of 90 dB.
 Do not overload the box to avoid damage to the speakers.
 Do not place an open fire (Candle, etc.) on top or next to the box – FIRE HAZARD.
 Only connect to an earthed mains outlet of 220VAC/50Hz.
 For indoor use only. If the box is used outdoors, you need to make sure that no humidity can enter the
box.
 When not in use, unplug the unit from the mains.
 Unplug the unit from the mains prior to checking or replacing the fuse.
 Make sure that the box is placed on a stable, strong surface.
 The boxes can be stacked but do not put more than 60Kg weight on the box.
 The boxes can be hung. Use only strong and approved mounting material. During the mounting, make
sure that nobody is standing below the mounting area.
 Place the stand always ona a flat, level and stable surface and that the legs do not present a trip hazard.
 Use only stands which are designed to support the weight of the speaker. Do not attempt to place more
than one speaker on a stand designed for a single speaker.
 Route cables so that peoples will not trip over them pulling the speaker over.
 Do not place liquids on the box and protect it against humidity. Humidity can shorten the life time
considerably.
 Only use suitable means of transportation if you want to move the box – BEWARE OF YOUR BACK!!
 If the uniti s damaged to an extent that you can see internal parts, do not plug the unit in a mains outlet. In
this case, please contact Tronios.
 Always unplug the unit during a thunderstorm or when it is not in use.
 If the unit has not been used for a long period of time, condensation can occur inside the housing. Please
let the unit reach room temperature prior to use.
 Never try to repair the unit yourself. It does not contain any user serviceable parts.
 Run the mains lead in such a way that nobody can fall over it and nothing can be put on it.
 Only use the supplied mains lead or another lead recommended by SkyTec.
 Set the unit to the lowest volume prior to switching it on.
 Keep the unit out of the reach of children.
Protect your environment. Recycle packing material whenever possible.
Do not throw a faulty unit into a normal household waste but bring it to a special collection point. A
large part of it can be recycled.

About the enclosure
The enclosure and baffle of this range of speakers are made of polypropylene co-polymer. The use of copolymer allows features such as stand mounting sockets, handholds, port and high frequency horns to be
molded directly into the cabinet. Not only do you get contemporary appearance, you also get lots of
functionality.

How to connect with your BLUETOOTH device
First turn on speacker, than press on “MODE” (F) till you see “AUX”. Than use your mobile or
computer to search a BLUETOOTH device. When you find the “SKYTEC PLAYER” then connect.
The password is: 0000
Troubleshooting
One certain method of determining if a speacker is faulty is to substitute a speaker that is known to work
correctly for the suspected problem speacker. If the “normally correct speacker” is experiencing the same
difficulties or problems as the suspected problem speacker, use the information below to isolate the problem.

Poor connections
While it is possible for a faulty speacker to exhibit intermittent output,
it’s more likely that an output cable/connector is the problem. Check
the soldering on your connectors.
Constant noise, buzzing and/or humming
Faulty electronic device in the signal
Any constant noise originates in the amplifier, mixer, signal
processing, source device, or line-level wiring. Check and correct
system grounding as required. Chain check for noisy sources or
electronic components. Check wiring for shielding.
Poor low-frequency output
Improper polarity
When two speakers in close proximity to each other are connected
out-of-polarity, they can partially cancel each other out, especially at
low frequencies. Check your speaker cables to be sure they are all
identically wired and connected. Check the balanced line signal
cables to be sure they are correctly wired.
Do not attempt to make any repairs yourself. This would invalid you warranty. Do not make any changes to
the unit. This would also invalid your warranty. The warranty is not applicable in case of accidents or
damages caused by inappropriate use or disrespect of the warnings contained in this manual. Tronios
cannot be held responsible for personal injuries caused by a disrespect of the safety recommendations and
warnings. This is also applicable to all damages in whatever form.
