REGOLAMENTO CAMPIONATO EUROPEO DI MAXIMAFILIA
“LUIGI MORERA”
Articolo 1
L’Esposizione Internazionale “LUIGI MORERA” è una esposizione internazionale di
maximafilia, organizzata dall’’Associazione Italiana di Maximafilia e dal Circolo Filatelico
Numismatico ”Baia delle Favole” di Sestri Levante con il patrocinio della Federazione
fra le Società Filateliche Italiane (FSFI) e il supporto di Poste Italiane e dell’ Unione
Filatelica Ligure.
L’esposizione internazione LUIGI MORERA si terrà presso il GRANDE ALBERGO di
SESTRI LEVANTE - Via Vittorio Veneto 2, dal 17 al 19-02- 2017.
Articolo 2: Regolamenti
L’Esposizione Internazionale “L.MORERA” è retta dal regolamento generale delle
esposizioni FIP (GREX) e dal presente regolamento. Le partecipazioni saranno
giudicate secondo il regolamento FIP generale per la valutazione delle collezioni
(GREV) e il regolamento speciale FIP per la Maximafilia.
Articolo 3: Partecipazioni
Ogni associazione nazionale può presentare un massimo di 3 collezioni con al minimo
60 fogli ed al massimo 72 fogli ciascuna. È ammessa una sola collezione per espositore.
Potranno essere accettate le collezioni che hanno ottenuto almeno 75 punti in
un’esposizione nazionale.
Tutte le collezioni devono essere di proprietà esclusiva degli espositori.
Articolo 4: Iscrizione
Le domande di partecipazione devono pervenire per posta o per e-mail (PDF) con firma
in originale entro il 10-12-2016, al delegato Manifestazioni e Giurie FSFI

ll Delegato Manifestazioni e Giurie con il Presidente del Comitato Organizzatore
verificherà l’ammissibilità delle candidature e comunicherà l’accettazione delle
partecipazioni entro il 20-12-2016 inviando la scheda di iscrizione definitiva agli
espositori accettati. Essi dovranno restituire tale scheda debitamante firmata entro il
07- 01- 2017 all’indirizzo sopraindicato, accompagnandola con copia del piano della
collezione e delle 3 pagine più significative.
Articolo 5: Diritti di partecipazione
Il diritto di partecipazione è di 20 euro per quadro da 16 fogli, da pagarsi contestualmente
all’invio dell’iscrizione definitiva mediante Bonifico Bancario i cui dati saranno comunicati
all’espositore al momento della comunicazione di iscrizione definitiva.
Articolo 6: Presentazione delle collezioni
Le collezioni debbono essere presentate su fogli tali da poter essere esposti su quadri
capaci di contenere 12 fogli di formato massimo A4 (cm.21x29,7). Ogni foglio deve
essere numerato progressivamente sul davanti in alto a destra e deve essere esposto
in una busta protettiva.
I fogli non protetti non saranno esposti.
Nessuna indicazione di valore e rarità deve apparire sui fogli o sui pezzi filatelici esposti.
La lingua usata per il piano della collezione (primo foglio) dovrà essere una delle
seguenti lingue in: Italiano, Francese, Inglese Spagnolo Tedesco
Articolo 7: Montaggio, Smontaggio e Restituzione delle collezioni
Le collezioni dovranno pervenire a plico assicurato a carico del mittente a

entro il 10-02-2017.
Alternativamente, in caso di consegna a mano le collezioni dovranno pervenire entro le
ore 10 del 16-02-2017 presso i locali della mostra.
Le collezioni saranno montate e smontate esclusivamente da incaricati del Comitato
Organizzatore.
Gli espositori o i loro incaricati potranno ritirare le collezioni a partire dalle ore 17 del
19-02-2017
Articolo 8: Classificazione delle collezioni
Sono accettate tutte le sezioni della Maximafilia:
a) Per paese o gruppi di paesi
b) Per specializzazione o studio
c) Per soggetto.
Articolo 9: Assicurazioni
Il Comitato Organizzatore prenderà tutte le misura di sicurezza appropriate per
proteggere e custodire le collezioni affidate. Assicurerà una sorveglianza continua di
giorno e di notte delle collezioni.
Tutti i rischi oggettivi di qualsiasi natura (furto, rapina, incendio, danni di qualsiasi natura)
restano a carico dell’espositore.
Si raccomanda ai partecipanti di assicurare la collezione per coprire tutti i rischi legati al
trasporto e all’esposizione.
Essi dovranno rinunciare per iscritto a qualsiasi rivalsa contro il Comitato Organizzatore.
Articolo 10: Giuria: composizione e qualificazione
I giurati saranno designati dal Comitato Organizzatore in consultazione con la FSFI.
Le decisioni della giuria sono inappellabili.
Articolo 11: Giudizio delle collezioni
In base al punteggio attribuito dalla Giuria sarà conferito un diploma di medaglia o di
partecipazione secondo lo SREV della Maximafilia.
Il Comitato Organizzatore si farà carico di predisporre i fogli di giudizio per ogni
espositore. Questi fogli debitamente compilati saranno inviati agli espositori.
Articolo 12: Premi
Il premio challenge europeo “L.MORERA” sarà aggiudicato a quella nazione che avrà
ottenuto il punteggio medio più alto, calcolato facendo la media aritmetica dei punteggi
di ogni singola partecipazione.
La giuria stilerà altresi una graduatoria intividuale di merito per i vari livelli di medaglia
ottenuti
Articolo 13: Palmarés
La proclamazione dei risultati e il conferimento dei premi avverrà durante la cena del
palmarés di sabato 18-02-2017 che si terrà nel ristorante del Grande Albergo, sede della
manifestazione.
Tali risultati saranno affissi la domenica mattina nella sala dell’esposizione.
Articolo 14 Modifiche
Il comitato organizzatore di concerto con il commissario si riserva il diritto di apportare
le modifiche o integrazioni che riterrà necessarie al presente regolamento e deciderà di
tutti i casi non previsti dal medesimo.
Articolo 15: Foro Competente
Il Foro competente è quello di Genova
Articolo 16: Accettazione dei regolamenti
La domanda di partecipazione all’esposizione NOME, implica l’accettazione piena,
integra e senza riserve di tutte le clausole del regolamento, nonché la rinuncia ad ogni
rivalsa nei confronti del Comitato Organizzatore.
REGLEMENT CHAMPIONNAT EUROPEEN DE MAXIMAFILIA
“LUIGI MORERA”
Article 1
L’Exposition Internationale “LUIGI MORERA” est une exposition
internationale de Maximafilia, organisée par l’Association Italienne de
Maximafilia et par le Club Philatélique Numismatique “Baia delle Favole” de
Sestri Levante avec le patronage de la fédération entre les Sociétés
Philatéliques Italiennes (FSFI) et le support de Poste Italiane et de l’Union
Philatélique Ligurien.
L’exposition internationale LUIGI MORERA
aura lieu
auprès le
GRANDE ALBERGO de Sestri Levante - Via Vittorio Veneto 2, à partir
du 17 au 19-02-2017.
Article 2 : Règlements
L’Exposition Internationale “LUIGI MORERA” est réglée par le règlement général
des expositions FIP (GREX) et par le présent. Les participations seront jugées selon
le règlement FIP général pour l’évaluation des collections (GREV) et le règlement
spécial FIP pour la Maximafilia.
Article 3: Participations
Chaque association nationale peut présenter maximum 3 collections avec minimum
60 feuilles, maximum 72 feuilles chacune. C’est acceptée une seule collection par
exposant. Seront acceptées les collections qui auront obtenu au moins 75 points dans
un exposition nationale.
Toutes les collections devront être de propriété exclusive des exposants.
Article 4: Inscription
Les demande de participation doivent parvenir par courrier ou par e-mail (PDF) avec
signature en original dans le 10.12.2016, au délégué Manifestations et Jury FSFI à
l’adresse sous indiqué, avec adresse e-mail pour d’autres communications:

Le Déléguée Manifestations et Jury avec le Président du Comité Organisateur Claudia
Massucco ira vérifier l’admissibilité des candidatures et communiquera l’acceptation
des participations dans le 20-12-2016 et enverra, aux exposants acceptés, la fiche
d’inscription définitive. Ils devront rendre cette fiche dûment signée dans le 07-012017 à l’adresse au dessus, avec la copie du plan de la collection et des 3 pages les
plus significatives.
Article 5: Droits de participation
Le droit de participation est de 20 Euros pour cadre de 12 feuilles, à payer de façon
contextuelle à l’envoie de l’inscription définitive parmi virement bancaire dont les
données seront communiquées à l’exposant lors de la communication d’inscription
définitive.
Article 6: Présentations des collections
Les collections doivent être présentées sur feuilles telles qui puissent être exposées
sur des cadres capable de contenir 12 feuilles format A4 (cm. 21x29,7). Chaque
feuille doit être numérotée progressivement devant en haut à droite et doit être
exposée dans une enveloppe de protection.
les feuilles sans la protection ne seront pas exposées.
Aucune indication de valeur, ni de rareté ne doit apparaitre sur les feuilles ou sur les
pièces philatélique exposées.
La langue utilisée pour le plan de la collection (première feuille) devra être l’une des
suivantes: italienne, française, anglais, espagnole, allemande.
Article 7: Montage, démontage et renvoi des collections
Les collections devront parvenir par courrier assuré à la charge de l’expéditeur à:

dans le 10-02-2017.
En alternative, en cas de livraison à la main, les collections devront parvenir dans
10h00 du 16-02-2017 auprès les locaux de l’exposition.
Les collections seront montées et démontées exclusivement par des personnes
chargées du Comité Organisateur. Les exposants et leur chargés pourront reprendre
les collections à partir de 17h00 du 19-02-2017.
Article 8: Classification des collections
On accepte toutes les sections de la Maximafilia:

pour pays ou groupes de pays
pour spécialisation ou étude
pour sujet.
Article 9: Assurances
Le Comité Organisateur prendra toutes les mesures de sûreté appropriées pour
protéger et garder les collections confiées. Il assurera une surveillance continue de
jours et de nuit, de toutes les collections.
Tous les risques objectifs de n’importe quelle nature (vol, rapine, dommages de toute
nature) sont à la charge de l’exposant.
On recommande aux participants d’assurer la collection pour couvrir tous les risques
liés au transport et à l’exposition.
Ils devront renoncer par écrit, à toute revanche contre le Comité Organisateur.
Article 10: Jury: composition et qualification
Les jurés seront indiqués par le Comité Organisateur en consultation avec la FSFI.
Les décisions du jury sont sans appel.
Article 11: Jugement des collections
Selon le score attribué par le Jury on confiera un diplôme de médaille ou de
participation selon le SREV de la Maximafilia.
Le comité Organisateur se fera grief de prévoir les feuilles de judice pour chaque
exposant. Ces feuilles dûment remplies seront envoyées aux exposants.
Article 12: Prix
Le prix Challenge européen “L. MORERA” sera attribué à la nation qui aura obtenu
le score moyen plus haut, calculé en faisant la moyenne arithmétique des points de
l’individuelle participation.
Le jury fera aussi une liste individuelle de mérite avec les différents niveau de médaille
obtenus.
Article 13: Palmarés
La proclamation des résultats et la confiance des prix aura lieu pendant le dîner de
palmarès le samedi 18-02-2017 au restaurant du Grande Albergo, siège de la
manifestation.
Ces résultats seront fixés le dimanche matin dans la salle de l’exposition
Article 14: Modifications
Le Comité Organisateur de concert avec le commissaire se réserve le droit d’apporter
des modifications ou intégrations retenues nécessaires au présent règlement et
décidera de tous les cas non prévus par le même.
Article 15: Tribunal compétent
Le Tribunal compétent est celui de Gênes.
Article 16: Acceptation des règlements
La demande de participation à l’exposition international “L. Morera” implique la
pleine acceptation, intégral et sans réserves de toutes les clauses du règlement et
la renonciation à toute revanche vers le Comité Organisateur.
RULES OF THE MAXIMAPHILY EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP
"LUIGI MORERA"
Article 1
The International Exhibition "LUIGI MORERA” is a Maximaphily international
exhibition, organized by Italian Maximaphily Association and the Philatelic Numismatic
"Bay of Fables" Club of Sestri Levante with the patronage of the Italian Philatelic
Federation Society (FSFI),the Italian Post Office and support of the Ligure Philatelic
Union .
The International Exhibition “LUIGI MORERA” will take place at the GRANDE
ALBERGO di SESTRI LEVANTE - Via Vittorio Veneto 2, SESTRI LEVANTE (GE)
from 17th to 19th February 2017.
Article 2: Regulations
The International Exhibition "L. MORERA" is governed by the General Rules of the
FIP Exhibitions (GREX) and this regulation. The exhibits will be judged according to
the FIP General Regulation for the evaluation of the collections (GREV) and the
Special Regulation FIP for Maximaphily.
Article 3: Exhibits
Each national association may submit up to a maximum of three exhibition with the
minimum of 60 sheets and maximum 72 sheets each. Only one collection per exhibitor
is admitted.
Only the exhibits which received at least 75 points in a national exhibition will be
accepted.
All exhibits must be of exclusive property of exhibitors.
Article 4: Enrollment
Requests of partecipation must be sent by letter or e-mail (PDF) with an original
signature within 10th December 2016, accompanied by e-mail address for further
communication, to the FSFI delegate at the following address:

The FSFI delegate and the President of the Organizing Committee Claudia Massucco
will verify the eligibility of exhibits and they will communicate the acceptance of the
exhibitions within 20th December 2016 by mail, by sending the final registration form
to accepted exhibitors. The exhibitors will have to return this signed form within
07th January 2017 at the above address, together with one copy of the plan of the
exhibition and of the 3 most significant pages.
Article 5: Rights of participation
The right of participation is 20 euro per frame of 12 sheets, to be paid simultaneously
with the final enrollment with Bank Transfer, the data of which will be communicated to
the exhibitor at the time of definitive registration communication.
Article 6: Presentation of the exhibitions
The exhibitions must be presented on sheets suitable to be exposed on frames which
can hold 12 sheets of A4 size (cm.21x29,7). Each sheet must be numbered on the
front top right, and should be exposed in a protective envelope.
Unprotected sheets will not be accepted.
No indication of value and rarity can appear on the sheets or on the philatelic exhibits.
The language used for the collection plan (first sheet) must be one of the following
ones: Italian, French, English, Spanish or German.
Article 7: Installation, Removal and Return of collections
The exhibitions must be sent by registered consignment insured by the sender within
10th February 2017 to the following address:

As an alternative, in the case of hand delivery, the exhibitions must be received
within 10 a.m. of 16th February 2017 at the place of the exhibition.
The exhibitions will be fitted and removed only by officers of the Committee
Organizer.
Exhibitors or their representatives shall be able to collect the exhibitions starting from
5 p.m. of 19th February 2017.
Article 8: Classification of collections:
All sections of Maximaphily are accepted:
a) for Country or groups of Countries
b) for study or specializations
c) for subject.
Article 9: Insurance
The Organizing Committee will take all the appropriate security measures to protect
and preserve the exhibitions . He ensures continuous surveillance during all
day and night of the exhibitions.
All the objective risks of any nature (theft, robbery, fire, damages of any kind) are
borne by the exhibitor.
It is recommended that exhibitors insure the exhibits to cover all the risks from
transport and exposure.
They will have to renounce to ask for any compesation at the Organizing Committee,
by written letter.
Article 10: Board: composition and qualification
The jurors will be appointed by the Organising Committee in consultation with the
FSFI. The board 's decisions are final and unappealable.
Article 11: Judgment of the collections
Based on the marks assigned by the Board , a diploma of partecipation will be
awarded according to the SREV of Maximaphily.
The Organizing Committee will be in charge of preparing the judging sheet for each
exhibitor. These completed sheets will be sent to exhibitors.
Article 12: Awards
The European challenge prize "L.MORERA" will be awarded to the nation that receives
the highest average score, calculated by taking the arithmetic average of the scores of
each individual exhibit.
The board also will draw up an individual ranking of merit with various obtained medal
levels.
Article 13: Palmares
The announcement of the ranking and prizes’ awarding will take place during the
Palmares dinner of Saturday 18th February 2017 in the restaurant of the Grand Hotel.
These results will be posted on Sunday morning in the exhibition hall.
Article 14 Amendments
The Organizing Committee in consultation with the Commissioner reserves the right to
make changes or additions that will be retained necessary to this Regulation and
decide about all cases not here considered.
Article 15: Competent Court
The competent Court is Genoa
Article 16: Acceptance of regulations
The request of participation at the International "L.Morera", implies full acceptance,
without reservations, of all the terms of this Regulation and the renunciation of any
appeal against the Organizing Committee.
