e su quella del lago del villaggio. Una piscina semi olimpionica e 2
piscine adatte ai bambini con scivoli e giochi d’acqua, di cui una
lagunare con fondo morbido. Sala Tv, sala lettura, sala riunioni,
area video giochi, parcheggio coperto, palestra, minigolf sul lago,

SPORT & ATTIVITA': animazione diurna e serale, per adulti e per
bambini (servizio mini club a partire dai 4 anni). Possibilità di
partecipare ai tornei sportivi quotidianamente organizzati e di
praticare diversi sport: tennis, tiro con l’arco, calcio e calcetto,
beach volley, basket, bocce, ping pong, pedalò, canoe, kayak,
wind surf sul lago. Previsti corsi collettivi di aerobica, acqua-gym,
balli latini e di gruppo, percorsi fitness nel parco e nella palestra. Il
parco interno al villaggio ospita cavalli bianchi di razza
Delta-Camargue, tori, daini e una moltitudine di razze di uccelli a
disposizione di adulti e bambini pronti a conoscere la natura sotto
diversi aspetti.
Residence “OASI”
Di recentissima costruzione, il residence si compone di 78
appartamenti, con ingresso privato con veranda o terrazzo,
soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, camera
matrimoniale, servizi privati con doccia, aria condizionata,
cassaforte, TV, telefono, Wi-Fi. Dotazione iniziale di biancheria da letto, da bagno e da cucina.

Hotel “Wild Resort” – Neueingerichtete und umweltschonende Zimmer, die in der Natur

Unterkunft von groβen Familien stehen den Gästen Zimmer mit Verbindungstüren zur
Verfügung.
Hotel “Superior” – Das neu gebaute Hotel besteht aus 15 Doppelzimmern mit Balkon,
Badzimmer mit Dusche, Klimaanlage, Safe, TV, Telefon, Mini-Kühlschrank und WLAN.
The “Wild Resort” Hotel has renovated and nature friendly rooms, that are surrounded by
trees. All the rooms are on the ground floor with a verandah and have private bathroom
with shower, mini fridge, safe, air conditioning, TV, telephone and Wi-Fi internet access. For
the accommodation of large families there are also rooms with communicating doors.
The “Superior” Hotel - The recent building consists in 15 rooms on the first floor with
balcony, double room, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, safe, TV, telephone,
mini fridge and Wi-Fi internet access.

Die neu gebaute Residence besteht aus 78 Zweiraumappartements mit privatem Eingang,
Balkon oder Terrasse, Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke und Doppel-Sofabett, Doppelzimmer und
privatem Badzimmer mit Dusche. Alle Appartements mit Klimaanlage, Safe, TV, Telefon und
Wi-Fi Internetverbindung. Anfangsausstattung von Bett-, Küchenwäschen und Handtüchern
schon im Appartement.
The new construction consists in 78 two-rooms-flats with private entrance, verandah or
balcony, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room and private
bathroom with shower. All the flats are equipped with air conditioning, safe, TV, telephone,
Wi-Fi internet access. The initial supply of bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths is provided
by the structure.

SPORT & AKTIVITÄTEN: Tägliche und abendliche Animation, sowohl für Erwachsene als auch
für Kinder (Mini Club ab 4 Jahren). Die Gästen können an den sportlichen Turnieren
teilnehmen, die jeden Tag von dem Animationsteam organisiert werden, und zahlreiche und
unterschiedliche Sportarten ausüben: Tennis, Bogenschießen, Fußball, Beach-Volley,
Basketball, Boccia, Tischtennis, Tretboot, Kanoe, Kayak, Wind Surf am See. Kollektive
Aerobic-Kurse, Wassergymnastik, lateinamerikanische und Gruppentänze, Fitness-Strecke im
Wald und in der Turnhalle. Im Park des Village leben weiße Delta-Camargue-Pferde, Stiere,
Damhirsche und zahlreiche Rasse von Vögeln, die von allen Gästen direkt beobachten werden
können.
RESTAURANT (for the guests of the "Wild Resort" and "Superior" Hotels): drinks
(water and wine) during the main meals are included in the price. Breakfast, lunch and
dinner with buffet service. Air conditioning in the restaurant.
SERVICES: Sun umbrellas and sun beds on the lake and on the sea, semi-olympic
swimmingpool and 2 swimmingpools for children with slides and water toys. TV and
reading room, conference room, area with videogames, mini food market, covered car park,
bazaar that sells tobacco and newspapers, gym, mini golf, disco by the lake and welcomecocktail.
SPORT & ACTIVITY: animation during the day and in the evening for adults and children
(mini club from 4 years). Possibility to take part to sport tournaments that are organized
every day from the animation team and to practice different kind of sports: tennis, archery,
football, beach volley, basketball, bowls, ping pong, pedal-boats, canoes, kayak, wind surf
on the lake. Collective courses of aerobic, water gymnastic, latin american and group
dances, fitness track in the park and in the gym. In the park inside the village live white
Delta-Camargue horses, bulls, deers and different species of birds. All these animals can be
observed directly from the guests of the village that also have the opportunity to study the
nature and its secrets.

REITZENTRUM: Berühmt sind das Reitzentrum und die Westernreiten Schule von Spiaggia
Romea mit ihren weißen Deltapferden, einer alten und zahmen Rasse. Möglichkeit von
Reitunterrichten, Spaziergängen, Trekking und Galoppritten für Fortgeschrittene.

WELLNESS CENTRE: next to the gym there is a small massage centre for all the guests that

RIDING CENTRE: famous are the riding centre and the western riding school with their
white Delta horses, a very sweet race. Possibility of riding lessons for the beginners and
training for the experts.

ANIMALS: small domestic animals are welcome in the village (except for the “Superior”
