Caratteristiche di base
I VANTH 6.30 e 6.40 sono macchine estremamente compatte, con
basso profilo, che non trovano riscontro in nessun altro trattore
presente attualmente sul mercato. L’eccellente raggio di sterzata,
l’indiscussa qualità delle motorizzazioni, uniti ad una trazione
costante per ottimizzare la potenza scaricata a terra ed ad un
assetto compatto e sicuro, permettono l’impiego di queste
macchine su ogni tipo di terreno in un’ampia gamma di colture.
Il comfort viene garantito da una eccellente impostazione di guida.

The design
The VANTH 6.30 and 6.40 are medium power tractors with
equal-size front and rear wheels. These two new tractors with
outstanding innovative features have been specifically designed
for use in vineyards, orchards or greenhouses and to meet the
needs of the part-time farmer or grounds keeper.
Main characteristics
The VANTH 6.30 and 6.40 are extremely compact, low profile
machines quite unlike any other tractor currently available on the
market. The excellent steering radius and the indisputable quality
of the engines, combined with permanent 4-wheel drive for
maximum traction and a compact, stable design make these
tractors ideally suited to any terrain and a multiplicity of roles.
Driver comfort is ensured by a well-appointed operator station.
The controls are designed and positioned according to the best
ergonomic principles and the layout is intuitive and quickly
committed to memory, all of which helps reduce operator fatigue.
The instruments are functional, reliable and easy-to-read and
provide a full range of programming, control and warning
functions.

Sicurezza e ambiente
Per i tecnici PASQUALI che hanno ideato i trattori VANTH l’aspetto della sicurezza e
la tutela dell’ambiente sono state le priorità a cui si sono ispirati nella realizzazione
del progetto. Infatti le macchine sono state curate in maniera tale da renderle
estremamente sicure con dispositivi che tutelano sia l’operatore che chiunque sosti
nel raggio di azione del mezzo. L’ambiente è di fondamentale importanza per noi, il

Nei processi di verniciatura vengono impiegati prodotti con basso impatto
ambientale. Le emissioni, sia in termini di rumori che di fumi, sono a totale rispetto
delle norme attualmente in vigore.
Safety and the environment
The PASQUALI engineers who designed the VANTH tractors have given top priority
to safety and respect for the environment. The tractors incorporate a range of
features designed to promote not just the safety of the operator, but anyone within
the tractor operating area.
Pasquali tractors are destined for customers who work in close contact with nature,
and it therefore follows that environmental protection is always among our chief
concerns when we design our products. Extensive use is made of recyclable
materials. For our painting processes, we only use products with low
environmental impact. Emission and noise levels comply fully with current
standards.

No manufacturer is yet able to make a ‘perfect’ product, although the
high build quality of our tractors is certainly one of their
outstanding characteristics. Few makers, however, provide
an after-sales service equal to that of PASQUALI. Our
widespread network of dealers and parts distributors is
constantly at the service of our most valuable asset-our
customers. Our qualified technicians are always on
hand to carry out servicing and repairs quickly and
competently. Our replacement parts service is
simple, swift and efficient. All PASQUALI original
replacement parts, like our tractors, come with a full

Motori
I motori diesel ad iniezione indiretta montati di serie sui trattori
VANTH sono stati realizzati con i più avanzati sistemi di
combustione e iniezione. La scelta di una precamera a bassa turbolenza, dell’albero a
camme in testa e di una cinghia dentata per la distribuzione che elimina ogni
ingranaggio, ha permesso di realizzare dei motori a combustione ‘dolce’ e dal
bassissimo rumore meccanico. La riduzione di tutte le masse in movimento a valori
minimi e l’ottimizzazione del bilanciamento, hanno permesso di contenere le
vibrazioni tra i più bassi livelli riscontrabili. La concezione del sistema iniezione, centrato
su una pompa-iniettore di brevetto originale, e l’ottimizzazione dei componenti
determinanti per la combustione hanno consentito di superare severi limiti di
emissioni (Normative CARB, CE ed EPA). Il raggruppamento delle principali funzioni
nella testata del motore hanno consentito di
realizzare un monoblocco di estrema
compattezza con un minimo ingombro. Il VANTH
6.30 adotta un motore a 3 cilindri da 1028 cc che
eroga una potenza di 19KW/26HP a 3400
giri/min. Il VANTH 6.40 adotta un motore a 4
cilindri da 1372 cc che eroga 25,5KW/35HP a
3400 giri/min. Entrambe i motori sono
raffreddati a liquido e garantiscono una elevata
potenza con coppie motrici ad altissimo livello a
partire da bassi regimi di giri . Sicuri ed affidabili
dai consumi contenuti hanno il vantaggio di una
facile economia di manutenzione oltre ad una
estrema facilità di reperimento dei ricambi.
Engines
The indirect injection diesel engines installed as
standard on the VANTH tractors incorporate
50%
the very latest combustion and injection systems. The low-turbulence prechamber,
overhead camshaft and belt-driven timing, all add up to an engine with optimum
combustion efficiency and low mechanical noise. The masses of the moving parts
have been reduced to a minimum and optimised crankshaft balancing ensures
that vibration levels are around the lowest detectable values. The injection system
design, based around a patented pump-injector unit, and the optimisation of
those components having a direct bearing on the combustion
process has reduced emissions to below the limits stipulated
by even the most stringent standards (CARB, CE and EPA).
By positioning all the main functions in the cylinder heads,
we have managed to keep the overall dimensions of the
engine block to a minimum. The VANTH 6.30 is equipped
with a 1028 cc 3-cylinder engine that produces 19kW/26HP at
3400 rpm. The VANTH 6.40 comes with a 1372 cc 4-cylinder
engine that delivers 25.5kW/35HP at 3400 rpm. Both engines are
water-cooled and deliver high power with very high driving
torque at low engine speeds. Sturdy and reliable with low fuel
consumption, they also benefit from low running costs and
readily available replacement parts.
Trasmissione
La frizione dei trattori VANTH è di grandi dimensioni ad innesto
morbido e sicuro con una durata illimitata nel tempo. Il cambio
ad ingranaggi con profilo diritto, particolarmente studiato per
ridurre la rumorosità, è a 12 marce, 8 AV e 4 RM. I rapporti delle
marce consentono ai trattori un impiego razionale in un’ampia
gamma di lavorazioni, sfruttando al meglio la potenza dei motori rendendo le
macchine altamente produttive in ogni circostanza. Il bloccaggio differenziale
anteriore e posteriore è a comando meccanico. La trazione è costante sulle 4
ruote.
Transmission
The large-diameter clutch fitted to the VANTH offers smooth, progressive
engagement and an unlimited service life.
The gearbox, with spur gearing specially
designed to reduce noise levels, offers 12
speeds-8 FWD and 4 REV. The gear ratios are
rationally distributed to cover a wide range of
applications, allowing full use of the power
delivered by the engine for maximum
productivity in all working conditions. The front
and rear differential locks are mechanically
controlled. Drive is permanently transmitted to
all 4 wheels.

The short wheelbase gives the VANTH a much
reduced turning circle that allows rapid,
precision manoeuvring between even the
narrowest crop rows. The servo-assisted
hydrostatic steering is smooth and precise, with
a minimum turning radius of just 2900 mm.

I trattori VANTH sono strutturati come un insieme
costituito da due parti che nel procedere oscillando
l’una rispetto all’altra adeguandosi alle asperità e ai
dislivelli del terreno, mantenendo costante la stabilità
e la perfetta aderenza al suolo.
Frame
The structural characteristics of the VANTH are those
of a typical tractor with equal-size wheels front and
rear. The short wheelbase and small turning circle
allow maximum manoeuvrability on all types of
terrain.
The weight distribution, designed to be equalised over
all four wheels when the tractor is in operating
condition with a rear-mounted implement, ensures
maximum grip and traction.
The operator station is positioned centrally and low
down to offer greater operator protection.
The VANTH chassis is constructed from two frames that can move relative to
each other when travelling over uneven ground, thereby maintaining stability
and grip at all times.

per i suoi trattori un’ampia scelta di pneumatici con caratteristiche e battistrada
differenziati che consentono ai trattori VANTH di essere impiegati su ogni
superficie con estrema versatilità senza perdere aderenza.

Sterzo
Il VANTH è un trattore a passo corto la cui sterzata è precisa e ridotta in uno
stretto raggio d’azione per consentire un impiego pratico e veloce anche in
presenza di stretti interfilari. Lo sterzo, servoassistito con guida idrostatica, è
docile e preciso, consentendo un raggio minimo esterno di sterzata contenuto in
2900 mm.
