LNG of LPG direct flame burner
with thermal power up to 420Kw (361.000 Kcal/h), managed by a control panel, allows an
energy saving fuel up to 70% compared to a traditional burner. This
system guarantees dried air without external humidity and stability in temperature (±1°C).
It offers a complete and eco-friendly combustion (low environmental impact!) and a 100%
efficiency, without the chimney for the fumes scavenging.

The thermoventilation unit has got an inlet and an
extraction motor.
Each motor is coupled coaxially to the ventilator. The presence of an anti-spark ring makes

85% è la percentuale di aria calda che viene riutilizzata nella fase di riciclo riducendo
enormemente i costi di esercizio: mediante una serranda orientata da un pistone elettropneumatico il gruppo passa dalla fase di verniciatura, dove espelle il 100% dell’aria
riscaldata, alla fase di essiccazione, riciclando l’85% del calore.
85% is the hot air percentage which is re-used in the recycle phase, with a high
reduction of the work costs: through a shutter managed by an electropneumatic piston,
the thermoventilation unit passes from the painting phase, where it discharges 100% of the
heated air, to the drying phase, recycling 85% of the heat.
La pannellatura
perimetrale è di spessore 52mm ed è costituita da
lamiera zincata preverniciata, all’interno ed esterno, di colore bianco RAL 9003. Interposto
troviamo l’isolamento in lana di vetro con resina su entrambi i lati, che evita l’afflosciarsi
nel tempo.
Per evitare qualsiasi dispersione di calore, Spanesi adotta un unico pannello di larghezza
1000mm, dal pavimento al tetto della cabina, accoppiato mediante incastro maschio
femmina e sigillato mediante guarnizione ad alta tenuta (non siliconato).

The perimetric panels
have a thickness of 52mm and are made of white RAL 9003 pre-painted zinced metal
sheets.
Inside there is the insulation with glass wool, with resin on both sides, which avoids the
wilting of the wool during the time.To avoid any heat leak, Spanesi has a single panel from
the floor to the top, with width 1000mm.The panels are connected by male-female coupling
and have high-seal washers (not siliconized).
