Macchina semi-automatica per il montaggio dei"mops", sia in
cotone che in tessuto sintetico.
Semi-automatic machine for the assembly of mops made of both

Tipi di mop prodotti:
domestico ,semi-professionale e professionale, con supporti in
plastica,plastica più metallo, cappuccio e forcella metallici.

Caratteristiche tecniche:
► Montaggio dei cappucci in plastica di varie forme e misure su
filato di cotone , tessuto sintetico o Spunlace.
► Un gruppo pinza motorizzata per il traino delle fibre.
► Misura variabile della lunghezza da touch scren dei "mop" max
500 mm.
► Taglio del materiale in automatico.
► Scarico automatico del prodotto finito.
► Il supporto in plastica inferiore deve essere del tipo a due ,tre e
quatto pioli.
► Il "mop" prodotto dovrà essere allargato manualmente al
confezionamento.
► L'utilizzo della macchina necessita l'impiego di un operatore.

► Se pueden ensemblar capuchas en plastico de varias formas y
medidas con fibra de algodón ,tiras de fibras sintética y Spunlace.
► Un grupo mordaza modorizada para el arrastre de las fibras.
► Medidas variable de lo largo de las fregonas "mops" maximo 500
mm.
► Corte de las fibras en automatico.
► La horquilla inferior en plastico tiene que ser del tipo de dos,tres
y cuatros espigas .
► EI "mops" fabricado tendrá que ser agradado manualmente
antes de confecciónarlo.
