Leonardo Pellegatta è nato in Italia nel 1970. Si è laureato in Fotografia alla BFA School
of Visual Arts, Photography Department, New York.Vive e lavora a Tokyo.
Leonardo Pellegatta è italiano ma vive e lavora a Tokyo. Amante incondizionato della
fotografia analogica e della camera oscura, Leonardo si è trasferito in Giappone, dove
vive con la moglie (giapponese). E proprio della cultura orientale, ha colto in pieno il
piacere del Tempo e delle piccole cose. "Indefinite Path" è un lavoro del 2006, che
continua quel fil rouge di tutta la sua ricerca che è la delicatezza e la sensibilità verso il
Mondo. Le sue opere sono state esposte in diverse mostre personali e collettive, in
gallerie private e spazi pubblici, a Zurigo, Tokyo, Bangkok, New York e in Italia.Ha
pubblicato due volumi. “Indefinite Path”, con un breve testo di Ishii Shinji (RouRou,
Shangai, 2006) e “Il Circo” con aforismi di Ramon Gomez de La Serna (Tokyo, 2009).
Pellegatta Leonardo was born in Italy in 1970. He graduated in Photography from the
BFA School of Visual Art in New York. He lives and works in Tokyo.
Leonardo Pellegatta is Italian but lives and works in Tokyo.From the oriental culture, he
learned the full pleasure of time and little things. "Indefinite Path" is a work of 2006,
which continues that thread throughout his research is that the delicacy and sensitivity to
the world. His works have been exhibited in several solo and group exhibitions in private
galleries and public spaces in Zurich, Tokyo, Bangkok, New York and Italia.He
published two volumes: "Indefinite Path", with a short text by Shinji Ishii (Rourou,
Shanghai, 2006) and "The Circus" , with aphorisms of Ramon Gomez de la Serna
(Tokyo, 2009).
