Rotate the knob at the top of the post clockwise to secure it to the table rail (2). With the securing handle of the post clamp (1) in the unlocked position, insert the support arm into the clamp. Position the Support Arm over the patient with the distal end above the operative site. Lock in place by pushing the clamp handle upward. Be sure to release retractors every 20 minutes. Attach the WISHBONE® Frame Arms to the Support Arm by inserting the end of the Frame Arm into the socket of the ball joint. The flattened sections of the Frame Arm correspond to the ball joint socket (1). To engage properly, the Frame Arms may need to be rotated within the socket. To remove the Frame Arms, grasp the round flange on the arm and pull the arm straight back. Position the WISHBONE® Frame Arms around the operative site (1). Lock in position by pushing the handle upward (2). 2 2 To attach the SnapClamp® blade holders, hold the clamp over the frame (1) and press into position on the frame arm (2). Note: be sure the handle on the SnapClamp blade holder is in the unlocked position. After selecting the appropriate retractor, place the retractor shaft into the clamp and introduce the blade into the wound (1). Laat een wondhaak los om de 20 minuten. <Pages 3 & 4> [1] Plaats de staak van het steriel veld op de reling van de tafel over de lakens (1). Draai de knop aan de bovenkant van de staak naar rechts om aan de reling van de tafel vast te maken (2). [2] Met de sluithendel van de klem aan de staak (1) in ontsloten stand plaatst u de steunarm in de klem. [3] Plaats de steunarm over de patiënt met het distale uiteinde boven de operatieplaats. Maak vast door de hendel van de klem omhoog te duwen. [4] Voordat de armen van het WISHBONE®-frame worden bevestigd, dient de grote hendel aan het distale uiteinde van de steunarm zich in de ontsloten stand te bevinden. [5] Bevestig de armen van het WISHBONE®-frame aan de steunarm door het uiteinde van de arm van het frame in de houder van de kogelverbinding te plaatsen. De platte delen van de arm van het frame komen overeen met de houder van de kogelverbinding (1). Om de armen van het frame goed vast te plaatsen, is het misschien nodig om ze in de houder te draaien. Om de armen van het frame te verwijderen, grijpt u de ronde flens op de arm vast en trekt u de arm recht uit. [6] Plaats de armen van het WISHBONE®-frame rond de operatieplaats (1). Maak vast door de hendel omhoog te duwen (2). [7] Om de SnapClamp®-meshouders te bevestigen, houdt u de klem over het frame (1) en duwt u die vast op de arm van het frame (2). NB: de hendel op de SnapClampmeshouder dient in ontsloten stand te staan. [8] Na de keuze van de juiste wondhaak plaatst u de schacht van de wondhaak in de klem en voert u het mes in de wond op (1). Tournez la molette située en haut du bras de fixation dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour fixer le bras sur le rail (2). [2] La poignée du clamp situé sur le bras de fixation (1) étant en position déverrouillée, insérez le bras support dans le clamp. [5] Fixez les bras WISHBONE® sur le bras support en insérant leur extrémité dans la cavité du joint à rotule. Les parties plates des bras Wishbone correspondent aux parties aplaties du joint à rotule (1). Pour qu’ils s’engagent correctement, il sera peut-être nécessaire de les tourner légèrement dans la cavité. Pour retirer les bras Wishbone, saisissez-les au niveau de la bride arrondie et tirez vers l’arrière. [6] Placez les bras WISHBONE® autour du site opératoire (1). Puis verrouillez-les en position en poussant la poignée vers le haut (2). [3] Placez le bras support au-dessus du patient, avec la partie distale dans l’axe du site opératoire. Puis verrouillez-le en place en poussant la poignée du clamp vers le haut. [4] Avant de fixer les bras du cadre WISHBONE®, assurez-vous que la grande poignée à l’extrémité distale du bras support est en position déverrouillée. [7] Pour fixer le cavalier porte-valves SnapClamp®, tenez le clamp au-dessus du cadre (1) et placez-le sur le bras du cadre en appliquant une pression suffisante (2). Remarque : assurezvous que la poignée du cavalier SnapClamp® soit en position déverrouillée. [8] Après avoir sélectionné la valve appropriée, placez le manche de l’écarteur dans le clamp et introduisez la valve dans l’incision (1). Retraktor unbedingt alle 20 Minuten entspannen. <Pages 3 & 4> [1] Den sterilen Feldständer über der Patientenabdeckung auf die OP-Tischschiene (1) aufsetzen. Den Drehgriff am oberen Ende im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um den Ständer an der Schiene zu fixieren (2). [2] Bei offenem Sicherungshebel am Ständer den Stützarm in die Klemme einsetzen (1). [5] Bringen Sie den WISHBONE® Rahmen am Stützarm an, indem Sie das Ende eines Rahmenarms in die Fassung des Kugelgelenks stecken. Der abgeflachte Abschnitt der Rahmenarme stimmt mit der Fassung des Kugelgelenks überein (1). Damit die Rahmenarme richtig einrasten, müssen diese möglicherweise in der Fassung gedreht werden. Zum Entfernen der Rahmenarme diese an dem runden Flansch festhalten und rückwärts herausziehen. [6] Die WISHBONE® Rahmenarme um das Operationsfeld positionieren (1). Den Hebel nach oben klappen um den Rahmen zu fixieren (2). [3] Den Stützarm über dem Patienten mit dem distalen Ende über dem Operationsfeld positionieren. Den Hebel an der Klemme nach oben klappen um den Arm zu fixieren. [4] Bevor Sie den WISHBONE® Rahmen anbringen, muss der große Hebel am distalen Ende des Stützarms in der geöffneten Position sein. [7] Um die SnapClamp® Klingenhalter anzubringen, einen Klingenhalter auf den Rahmen aufsetzen (1) und in der gewünschten Position auf den Arm drücken (2). Hinweis: Der Hebel an dem SnapClamp Klingenhalter muss in der offenen Position sein. [8] Den geeigneten Retraktor wählen und mit dem Schaft in den Klingenhalter einsetzen. Die Klinge in der Wunde positionieren (1). [7] Per collegare i supporti per lama SnapClamp®, tenere il morsetto sopra il telaio (1) e premerli in posizione sul braccio del telaio (2).
