ISTRUZIONI DI INSTALLAZIONE
a - Preparare il tubo metallico 1 filettato come da tabella “A” sottostante;
b - Inserire il tubo metallico di protezione 1, con la filettatura rivolta verso la valvola sul tubo in polietilene 2;
c - Inserire la boccola di rinforzo 3, nel tubo di polietilene 2;
d - Allentare leggermente il dado 4, facendo attenzione a non smontarlo completamente.
In caso contrario eseguire il montaggio secondo le seguenti modalità:
d.1 inserire l’o-ring 5,
d.2 inserire la bussola premiguarnizione 6 come da disegno,
d.3 inserire l’anello antisfilamento 7 posizionato, con i due segni di identificazione del senso,
verso l’esterno come da disegno.
e - Avendo cura di tagliare il tubo in polietilene 2 a 90° e di eliminare eventuali bavature esterne, inserirlo nel
foro del raccordo fino ad arrivare a battuta;
f - Stringere a mano e successivamente serrare il raccordo con l’apposita chiave facendo compiere
ulteriori 180-360°;
g - Avvitare infine il tubo metallico di protezione 1 nella filettatura del dado.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
a - Thread the steel pipe 1 as per tab. “A” show below;
b - Insert the protection steel pipe 1 on the PE pipe with the thread directed to the valve,
c - Insert the steadying axle bearing 3 in the PE pipe 2;
d - Loose a bit the fitting for PE pipe 4, make sure to not disassemble it completely;
Otherwise, assemble the fitting 4 following this instruction:
d.1 insert the oring 5;
d.2 insert the packing gland 6 (see drawing below);
d.3 insert the antiunthreading ring 7, make sure the double direction mark is towards the outside (see drawing below);
e - Cut the PE pipe 2, the cut must be at 90°, and remove external burr; insert the pipe in the fitting up to the counterboring;
f - Tighten the fitting for PE pipe 4 by hand, then use the proper spanner for 180°-360°. Caution, do not tighten too much the fitting 4
because stress could rise inside the valve (see table “B”);
g - Screw the protection steel pipe 1 on the fitting for PE pipe 4.
