Thanks to Zini’s exclusive technology, all the
Collezione Milano recipes are fully cooked before
deep freezing. Reheating takes only 2 minutes with

suitable for foodservice and catering operators.
Zini has successfully obtained the BRC and IFS
certificates, through strict controls along the entire
chain, with particular attention to compliance with
food safety and HACCP.

In 1956, Euride Zini founded a small family-run pasta
factory in the heart of Milan. Today, with a new
7,000 m² factory, Zini is a versatile, flexible and
reliable company: a qualified partner, able to
respond quickly to the needs of an increasingly
demanding market.
Zini is particularly attentive to the environment
through the use of eco-friendly technologies. Due to
its short reheating time, reduced water consumption,
no waste of product and drastic cuts in energy
costs are obtained.
