Abstract:
The project-proposal
The project of the Italian company is about the production of organic, gluten-free and no
animal derivatives bread.
It is an always freshly baked bread; a high quality product, a bread made only with extra
virgin olive oil and coconut oil.
There will not be the use of gums and GMO, only natural yeast and probiotics.
There is no waste, it is baked only the necessary.
We are looking for partnership and/or proposal coordinators
CONTRIBUTION: from 1 to 9,5 EUR million
