Frantoio, Moraiolo, Correggiolo e Leccino
Oil extraction technique:
The olives picked by hand, by 6/12 hours of collection
are sent to the mill with subsequent cold pressing with
temperature control.
Sensory profile and impressions:
From deep green to yellow with chrome changes over
time. The flavor is determined with persistent notes of
fresh grass and artichoke, medium spicy.
For use as a dressing for salads, soups, ribollita, vegetables and legumes cut of beef and garlic bread.
