Seminario settoriale “INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING in EU EXTERNAL
ASSISTANCE PROGRAMMES”

Desideriamo informarvi che il prossimo 10 Giugno , si terrà a Bruxelles un seminario/workshop
avente ad oggetto: “INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING in EU EXTERNAL
ASSISTANCE PROGRAMMES " rivolto alle società interessate ai programmi di cooperazione
dell’Unione Europea.
Organizzato dall’ICE di Bruxelles con il supporto della Rappresentanza Permanente d’Italia presso
l’Unione Europea, in collaborazione con le Rappresentanze Permanenti di altri Paesi membri e gli
Organismi europei di Promozione del Commercio Estero, questo evento si prefigge un duplice
obiettivo:

Favorire il networking tra le società di consulenza e promuovere future collaborazioni
per la partecipazione alle gare comunitarie;
·
Informare le consultancies sulle tendenze e le opportunità offerte dai programmi di
cooperazione europei nel settore prescelto.
La prima parte della giornata sarà dedicata agli interventi dei funzionari dell’UE, mentre nel
pomeriggio si terranno incontri individuali fra gli operatori presenti.
Le aziende prive di esperienza nei programmi di assistenza esterna dell’UEO sono invitate a
partecipare alla Special Session dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 10.00 nel corso della quale saranno fornite
utili informazioni sulla partecipazione ai bandi dei programmi di cooperazione.
Con la finalità di trarre il massimo profitto dalle opportunità di networking, è richiesto ad ogni
azienda partecipante di compilare accuratamente il modulo sul profilo aziendale, per consentire
la distribuzione della lista dei partecipanti e delle loro attività con largo anticipo rispetto all’inizio del
seminario.
Siamo convinti dell’assoluta utilità di questo strumento per le aziende interessate a partecipare ai
progetti finanziati dall’Unione Europea (e da altri organismi) in questo settore, e che intendono
sviluppare accordi di collaborazione con altre aziende europee.

La quota di partecipazione è di 165,00 €
Una volta confermata la partecipazione, è necessario effettuare il pagamento della quota prima
del 19 maggio 2009 (i dettagli sono riportati sul modulo di pagamento nella casella: relevant
documents: Infosheet Payment). La quota comprende la documentazione del seminario ed il
pranzo. Non sarà prevista la traduzione simultanea e sarà utilizzata la lingua inglese.
