Curriculum Vitae
Pino (Giuseppe) Di Luccio: Born in Salerno (Italy) on July 15th, 1967. Academic
studies: BA in Theology (Naples, September 1995); SLL at the Pontifical Biblical
Institute of Rome (June 1996), PhD at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (August
2007). From 1999 to 2008 he has taught Exegesis of the Hebrew Bible (The Pentateuch
and the Prophets) at the School of Philosophy and Theology of Shkodër (Albania).
From 2001 to 2009, New Testament (NT) History and Biblical Greek (2005-2006) at
the Jerusalem branch of the Pontifical Biblical Institute. During the year 2007-2008 has
taught NT at the Hebrew University. During the years 2009-2012 Exegesis of the NT
and Targumic Aramaic at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome. From September
2012, NT at the Hebrew University, and History of the NT at the Jerusalem branch of
the Pontifical Biblical Institute (first semester); and Exegesis and Theology of the NT
at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome (second semester). From 2014 he teaches
Hebrew Bible (Wisdom Books), Biblical Hebrew and NT at the PFTIM (Naples), and
continues to be invited to teach NT at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
