Dopo il grande successo della prima edizione l’anno scorso, cogliamo l’occasione di presentarvi il Venice Music
Master 2016, progetto dell’Associazione Culturale Venice Institute of Art&Music.
L’Associazione nasce intorno al progetto VMM con lo scopo di creare un’Accademia di alto perfezionamento
musicale a Venezia, città ideale per questo tipo di studi ma mancante ad oggi di tali corsi per giovani professionisti ad
inizio carriera.
Anche quest’anno, per la seconda edizione, abbiamo raccolto un team d’eccellenza e offriremo un ampio programma di
concerti serali e mattutini, dove si esibiranno i nostri docenti e studenti.

Le lezioni si svolgeranno nel Gran Teatro La Fenice, Teatro Malibran, Conservatorio di musica “Benedetto
Marcello”, Fondazione Ugo e Olga Levi Onlus
Concerti – Sale Apollinee Gran Teatro La Fenice:
Concerti Serali e Matinée Musicali. Concerti con gli allievi e i docenti. Seguirà comunicazione delle date e programmi.
Il successo della prima edizione ha superato ogni aspettativa, mostrando il grande potenziale di crescita di questa
iniziativa. Nel 2015 VMM ha visto partecipare 72 allievi provenienti da tutto il mondo (Canada, Cina, Danimarca,
Germania, Iraq, Israele, Italia, Lettonia, Macedonia, Russia, Spagna, Stati Uniti, Svizzera, Turchia). L’età degli iscritti
variava dai 9 fino a 50 anni e molti dei partecipanti erano già giovani musicisti affermati e vincitori di concorsi nazionali e
internazionali. Quest’anno stimiamo di coinvolgere circa 90 giovani allievi!
Cogliamo l’occasione per invitarvi a partecipare e sostenere questo progetto d’eccellenza.
Durante il periodo dal 14 al 26 luglio 2016 l’associazione culturale Venice Institute of Art&Music che si occupa di organizzare
e finanziare il progetto sarà lieta di essere a disposizione di tutti i soci e dei supporter del VMM per condividere insieme
questa splendida esperienza.

After the great success of the first edition last year, it is our pleasure to introduce you with the project Venice
Music Master 2016 organized by Cultural Association Venice Institute of Art & Music.
The association VIAM, was founded around the VMM project with the aim of creating an innovative music
Academy and series of advanced master classes in Venice, an ideal place for musical studies, yet still lacking similar
initiatives for young professionals at the beginning of their careers.
We have gathered a team of excellence also this year for the second edition and we will offer an extended program of
evening and morning concerts with participation of our tutors and students.

Master classes will be held in the Gran Teatro La Fenice, Teatro M alibran, “Benedetto M arcello” Conservatory of
music, Fondazione Ugo e Olga Levi Onlus.

Success of the first edition of VMM has exceeded all our expectations, showing the enormous potential for
growth of this project. In year 2015 more than 72 students from all over the world (Canada, China, Denmark, Germany,
Iraq, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Macedonia, Russia, Spain, USA, Switzerland and Turkey) have attended our courses. The
applicants varied between 9 to 50 years of age and many of them were young musicians with already structured careers, as
well as winners of prestigious national and international competitions. For the edition of 2016 we are estimating to
welcome in Venice around 90 international students!
We take the opportunity to invite you to the concerts and also to ask for your kind support to this project of
excellence.
The Cultural Association of Venice Institute of Art & Music, organizer and main funder of the project will be
