All requests will be accepted in chronological arrival order.
Once a Sponsorship Order Form is received, a contract will be sent to you for completion. Terms and
conditions for sponsorship will be included in the sponsorship agreement.
Exhibition Space
Interested companies in purchasing of an exhibition space, can fill in the enclosed form and send it by
fax to the n. 06.97605650 or by email at [email protected] (Contact Person: Mss. Paola Marozzi).
After the receipt of the exhibition space’s request, the Organizing Secretariat will send to the company
the map of the space, technical regulations and a form for the confirmation and with the choice of the
space (nr. 3 choice options).
Spaces will be assigned on a “first come first served basis”.

50% within 30th September 2008
