/ Automatic diamond cutting machine
for drawing on chains
Automatic diamond cutting machine, with one
machining head. DEKOMATIC has been projected for
lapping and drawing on plain, angled, concave and
convex surfaces of metallic chains. The work cycle
is performed in automatic way. The chain enters
from the left part of the machine, it crosses a group
of friction and it is clamped from a rotating vice that
closes and bring it in diamond cutting position. The
chain comes diamond cut from rotating utensils fixed
to a refrigerated machining head. On DEKOMATIC,
are allows workmanships both in horizontal or
vertical mode and switching is made manually with
extreme rapidity. In horizontal mode, machining
head, can assumes various angles of work and it can
be directed up to 180°. On DEKOMATIC is possible
to fit, four utensils for horizontal workmanships and
one for those vertical. The regulation on work point
is obtained thanks a device with centesimal negative
stroke. Available kit Satinmaticand kit for 4-6-8-sides
in one time. The work cycle is performed in closed
environment, in order to allow the recovery of
workmanship residues.

Diamantatrice automatica a un modulo di lavoro.
DEKOMATIC è stata progettata per lappare e
disegnare superfici piane, angolate, concave e
convesse di catene metalliche. La catena attraversa
un gruppo di frizione ed è accettata da una morsa
rotante che la porta nella posizione di lavoro per
essere diamantata. Viene poi rilasciata e guidata
verso l’esterno della macchina. La testa di lavoro
refrigerata, consente di operare sia in modo
orizzontale che verticale e il cambio si effettua
manualmente in maniera rapida, in modalità
orizzontale è orientabile fino a 180°.
Si possono montare fino a 5 utensili di cui, 4 per
lavorazioni orizzontali e 1 per quelle verticali.
Posizionamento motorizzato della testa sul punto
di lavoro a battuta negativa centesimale.
Tra gli ACCESSORI, disponibili a richiesta, vi
sono dispositivi per la satinatura delle superfici
e il taglio a 4, 6, 8 lati in unico passaggio. Il ciclo
di diamantatura avviene in ambiente chiuso per
garantire il recupero dei residui di lavorazione.
