PUBBLICAZIONE DELLE INFORMAZIONI FINANZIARIE PERIODICHE TRIMESTRALI
Lissone, 14 dicembre 2016 – Con riferimento alla facoltà concessa alle società quotate di
scegliere se pubblicare o meno informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive introdotta dal
nuovo articolo 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti, EI Towers S.p.A., anche in qualità di emittente
STAR, rende noto che intende proseguire con la pubblicazione dell’informativa finanziaria
periodica trimestrale, in forme e contenuti sostanzialmente in linea con quelli del corrente
esercizio, al fine di consentire al mercato di poter disporre, con continuità, dell’informativa di
rilievo sull’andamento della Società.
In particolare, gli elementi informativi dei Resoconti intermedi di gestione trimestrali
riguarderanno:
- i dati economico-finanziari di periodo (conto economico, stato patrimoniale e rendiconto
finanziario);
- l’analisi dei risultati;
- gli eventuali eventi ed operazioni di rilievo del periodo; e
- l’evoluzione prevedibile della gestione.
I Resoconti intermedi di gestione relativi al primo trimestre e ai primi nove mesi dell’esercizio,
saranno approvati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione con le tempistiche previste nel calendario
finanziario di anno in anno reso disponibile sul sito della Società www.eitowers.it, alla sezione
Investitori/Calendario eventi e pubblicati entro 45 giorni dalla chiusura del periodo di
riferimento.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha approvato la suddetta policy societaria in data odierna.
PUBLICATION OF THE QUARTERLY PERIODIC FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Lissone, December 14th 2016 - With reference to the option granted to the listed companies to
disclose or not the additional periodic financial information, according to the article 82-ter of
the Issuers’ Regulations, EI Towers S.p.A., also as issuer in the STAR segment, inform that they
intend to publish the periodic quarterly disclosure, substancially in line with the current fiscal
year in the form and contents, in order to allow the market to dispose with continuity of the
relevant information on the Company performance.
In details, the information regarding the interim report on operations will concern:
- financial highlights (Consolidated Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Financial Situation)
- analysis of the results
- significant events and operations in the period; and
- business outlook.
The interim management results concerning the first quarter and the first nine months of the
year, will be approved by the Board of Directors according to the timing of the annual financial

calendar available on the Company’s website www.eitowers.it, Investors section/Financial
calendar and published within 45 days from the closing of the reference period.
