Mesagne Retail Park comprenderà grandi superfici commerciali specializzate, un cinema multisala e una food court, il tutto distribuito sul perimetro
del grande piazzale centrale e circondato da oltre cento piante di olivo.
A servizio dell’intera area, verrà realizzata una stazione con distributore di carburante. Il parco gode di ottima ubicazione, grazie all’immediato accesso al
complesso dalla strada statale Brindisi-Taranto, che avverrà attraverso il grande piazzale con parcheggio all’aperto posto proprio nel cuore del Parco Commerciale.
L’apertura è prevista entro fine 2017.

THE RETAIL PARK
The Mesagne Retail Park will include large specialist retail units, a multi-screen cinema and a food court, all set around a large central square and surrounded by over one hundred
olive trees.
There will also be a fuel station to serve the entire area. The park enjoys an excellent location, with immediate access to and from the Brindisi-Taranto road. The Park will be accessed
via the large square with an open air car park located at the heart of the Retail Park. The Retail Park is set to open at the end of 2017.

popolose ed estese del Salento. È situata lungo la via Appia Antica, 10 km a ovest del capoluogo provinciale. Il Parco si trova
in prossimità di stabilimenti commerciali preesistenti di grande dimensioni. La posizione privilegiata è rafforzata dall’essere
adiacente al Centro Commerciale Auchan Mesagne (1 ipermercato Auchan, 55 negozi e 5 medie superfici) - ormai leader nel
bacino di riferimento – a cui il Parco Commerciale sarà collegato con un camminamento protetto.
The Mesagne Retail Park is located in the Province of Brindisi, in an area with a strong commercial vocation. Mesagne is an Italian
commune of 27,500 inhabitants in the province of Brindisi in Apulia and, with its 22 hamlets, it is one of the most highly populated
and extensive cities of Salento. The Park is located on the Appia Antica road, 10 km west of the province capital. There are other
pre-existing large-scale retail establishments nearby. This privileged location is strengthened by the adjacent Auchan Mesagne
