È un’azienda fondata in Genova nel 2009
da un’esperienza quarantennale nel settore
dell'illuminazione in stile e dell'arredo urbano.
La Tagliafico Lighting nasce, a fine
2009, dalla scissione della
Tagliafico Santo, storica azienda
operante sin dall’inizio del secolo scorso nel campo dell’
Illuminazione
Artistica
e
dell’Arredo Urbano, da sempre
attiva nel campo dei metalli non
ferrosi, in special modo nella
fusione e nella lavorazione artistica dell’ottone e, che da oltre un
trentennio si era specializzata nel
campo dell’Illuminazione Artistica
e dell’Arredo Urbano, distinguendosi sempre per la sua produzione di lanterne in ottone e
rame. Queste oggi vengono trasformate in veri apparecchi di illuminazione, modificandone l’impianto costruttivo, oggi tutto in
pressofusione sia di ottone, e
adesso anche in alluminio, completandole di nuove parti ottiche,
elettriche e costruttive, rivolte al
mercato dell’illuminazione pubblica, oggi sempre più esigente
verso l’inquinamento luminoso e
il risparmio energetico e soprattutto per la riciclabilità del prodotto. L’azienda è disposta su
una superficie di circa 2.000 mq,
suddivisi fra i due piani del sito
produttivo di Genova Rosata,
dove dispone anche di un spazioso magazzino dove sono stoccati i materiali finiti e da qui evasi
gli ordini, tramite una rete di corrieri convenzionati.

The company Tagliafico
Lighting, born at the end of
2009 from the scission of
Tagliafico Santo, historical firm
in the fields of style lighting and
urban furniture, always working
in the non-ferrous metal field,
especially in the fusion and
artistic manufacturing of the
cast brass, since more than thirty years is specialized in the burnished cast brass lanterns production. After, started the production of poles and brackets in
cast iron and wrought iron who
arrange refined classic style
street lamps available for private and public lighting. The
cast iron production has been
substituted with the aluminium
fusion.
The company has a surface of
about 2.400 square yards, and in
the Rosata Factory, as well as
the administration offices, are
working the cast brass and the
copper sheets manufacturing
department
where
the
machined and finished pieces,
before to be assembled and
cabled to make the lighting fixtures. In this place are besides
worked and made the aluminium casting poles and brackets.
In the warehouse are stocked
the finished productions to be
delivered to the carriers.

Queste versioni, solo con portalampada a calice E/27 per lampade ad incandescenza o miscelate, non dispongono di vano
portacablaggio.
Nei vari modelli disponibili a catalogo, il suffisso PLC segue il suffisso della tipologia d’installazione.
Many fixtures, except the CUT-OFF and MINI-CUT models, can
be supplied in the PLC version. This version is only made with a
goblet E/27 lamp-holder for incandescent or mixed lamps, and
it hasn’t any wiring cabinet.
In the various models available in the catalogue, the prefix PLC
follows the prefix of the fitting type.

Structure and Technical Characteristics
LANTERNE IN PRESSOFUSIONE
Die cast brass lanterns
Lanterne di forma ex-gas realizzate in pressofusione di ottone o alluminio, con viteria d’assemblaggio in acciaio inox A2.
I particolari decorativi sono realizzati in ottone tornito, mentre la portella anteriore e i fermacristalli
sono in lastra di rame. Le saldature dei montanti
e del portello avvengono in bassa temperatura
con lega d’argento.
Il portello anteriore consente il rapido accesso al
vano lampada, permettendo sia la sostituzione
della stessa che la pulizia dei vetri.
La finitura delle superfici è eseguita a regola d’arte.
Alcuni tipi di lanterna hanno la parte superiore
chiusa da un cappello in lastra di rame, che evita
la propagazione della luce verso l’alto.
In versione standard le lanterne sono corredate di
vetri temperati trasparenti di spessore 5mm.
In alternativa in versione opale - smerigliato, tipo
“Stampato C”.
Lanterns produced in the shape of old gas
lamps in die cast brass or aluminium with A2
stainless steel assembly screws.
The decorative feature are in turned brass,
whilst the front flap and the glass holder clips
are in copperplate. The welding of the column
and the flap are performed at low temperature with silver alloys.
The front flap allows easy access to the lamp
section, making it easy to replace the same
and clean the glass.
All surfaces are subject to top quality finishing.
Some types of lanterns have a copperplate top
cover which avoids the light shining upwards.
The standard versions of the lanterns are
equipped with 5 mm thick transparent tempered glass.
Alternatively there is a sanded opaque version,
type "Stamp C".

CABLATURA ELETTRICA
La cablatura elettrica è alloggiata nella parte superiore, sopra lo schermo riflettore in lamiera d’alluminio P-ALP 99,8% UNI 4509 brillantata
ed anodizzata.
Per essere conformi alle nuove direttive riguardanti il contenimento
dell’inquinamento luminoso ed il risparmio energetico, sono disponibili anche le versioni con riflettore CUT-OFF, per la diffusione della
luce al suolo ed un minor fattore d’abbagliamento.
Electric wiring
The electric wiring is situated on the upper part, above the reflector screen in aluminium plate P-ALP 99,8% UNI 4509 polished
and anodised. In order to fully comply with the new directives relating to the reduction of light pollution and energy saving, there are
also versions with CUT-OFF reflectors available, for the diffusion
of light on the ground with a lower dazzling effect.
FINITURA E VERNICIATURA
Il procedimento d’ossidazione, per conferire la caratteristica colorazione brunita, si esegue secondo l’antico metodo a solfuri e a trattamento avvenuto le superfici in ottone non richiedono verniciatura o
manutenzione alcuna. Invecchiando acquisiscono antico splendore.
La finitura del rame avviene, dopo la brunitura con vernice acrilica trasparente essiccata a forno.
Finishing and Painting
The oxidation process, to give it the burnished colour feature is
performed using the antique sulphide method and when this
treatment is finished the brass surfaces do not require varnishing
or any maintenance. As they age they acquire an antique-style
shine. The finishing of the copper is performed after burnishing
with a clear acrylic varnishing and is furnace dried.
VETRI
Glasses
Gli schermi realizzati in vetro di spessore 5 mm, trasparente o
su richiesta opale stampato C, sono temperati termicamente
in corrispondenza alle norma EN 12150.
Resistenti allo sbalzo termico e all’urto meccanico, sono prescritti alla Norma EN 60598-2-3 comma 3.6.5, ed in caso di rottura si sbriciolano in minuscoli frammenti inoffensivi.
Non ingialliscono all’esposizione ai raggi U.V. sia solari che
emessi dalle lampade stesse, e sono resistenti alla salsedine
ed agli agenti atmosferici in generale.
The screens are made of 5 mm thickness tempered glass in
compliance with EN 12150 standard. The standard is transparent and on request may be supplied in opal type C.
The glasses are resistant to the thermal and mechanical
shocks and are specified in compliance with EN 60598-2-3
comma 3.6.5, after impact failure the glass will be fractured
into small pieces.The glasses are resistant from UV rays by sun
or lamps emission, atmospheric agents and salt deposits.

Le versioni STANDARD dispongono di un riflettore
simmetrico, realizzato in lamiera di alluminio UNI 4509,
brillantata ed ossidata. La lampada, del tipo ellissoidale con attacco Edison, è posta verticalmente al centro del riflettore.
The STANDARD versions include a symmetric reflector in aluminium plate UNI 4509, polished and oxidised. The lamp, elliptical type with Edison socket, is vertically installed in the middle of plate reflector.

CUT-OFF reflectors
Le versioni CUT-OFF includono un’ottica asimmetrica
in lamiera di alluminio UNI 4509, brillantata ed ossidata, per lampade tubolari o ellissoidali con attacco
Edison o G12-G22. Al suo interno la lampada è posizionata orizzontalmente, e protetta da un vetro piano
di chiusura IP55. Tale schermo distribuisce uniformemente la luce al suolo, nel rispetto delle più recenti
direttive illuminotecniche, volte al contenimento dell’inquinamento luminoso ed al risparmio energetico.
The CUT-OFF versions include an asymmetric reflector in
aluminium plate UNI 4509, polished and oxidised, for
tubular or elliptical lamps with Edison or G12-G22 socket.
The lamp is horizontally installed and it’s protected by a
glass closure in the IP55 optic compartment.
This screen distributes the light on the ground, in compliance with the most recent technical lighting specifications for the reduction of light pollution and energy saving.

The MINI-CUT versions include a symmetric circular
reflector in aluminium plate UNI 4509 polished and
Oxidised, for tubular lamps with G12 socket or double ended tubular lamp with Rx7s socket. The lamp is

centrale: svitando la vite godronata di fermo, si
