Il Centro Commerciale La Torre si trova a sud di San Marco Argentano
(CS), il comune più popoloso della Valle dell’Esaro. L’asset immobiliare,

The La Torre shopping centre is located to the south of San Marco
Argentano (CS), the municipality with the highest population density
in the Esaro Valley. The retail asset was created next to its owner’s
offices and it has no competitors at all in a range of about 50 km. La
Torre is a two-floor, neighbourhood shopping centre in which the store
windows on both floors overlook the central, ground level car park.
There are 20 retail units, plus the supermarket on the ground floor, and
7-8 shops on the first floor. The centre boasts a number of prestigious
brands, including Original Marines, Bata and Interspar.
