a) the Ente Autonomo Festival Internazionale del Cinema per Ragazzi has announced an International
competition for the artwork of the 43rd edition of the Giffoni Film Festival to be held on July 19 - 28 2013
Declares
1) to wish to take part in the competition and to accept all the rules and regulation stated herewith
2) to be the authour of the artwork submitted and to be the only holder of the copyright thus no other party
will be able to oppose to the reproduction of the arwork
3) to assume any and all responsibility for any claims of copyright infringement by other parties and to
release Ente Autonomo Festival Internazionale del Cinema per Ragazzi from any and all liability for the use
of the artwork submitted
4) to release the artwork to the Ente Autonomo Festival Internazionale del Cinema per ragazzi for free and to
renounce to any copyrights claims or payment for the use of the artwork by Ente Autonomo Festival
internazionale del Cinema per ragazzi .
5) to be aware that for the above mentioned agreement the Ente Festival will ahve the faculty to use,
reprosduce, adapt and publish the artwork chosen for the poster ina ny form, with no limits of time and
space.
6) to not use the artwork in any form without the written consent of the Ente Festival
