Noti per la loro flessibilità e facilità di installazione, consentono la soluzione di problemi
quali il pericolo di ghiaccio o addensamenti dei
fluidi per il freddo nei fusti industriali e nelle tubazioni. Sono disponibili resistenze scaldafusto
e cavi scaldanti in varie forme e misure, pronti
all’uso.
Su specifiche del cliente si realizzano resistenze
piane in materiale siliconico, anche termostatate,
con o senza adesivo su un lato per una facile
applicazione.
Resistenze al quarzo:
Si realizzano su specifica del cliente. Disponibile
quarzo translucido e trasparente.
Resistenze a cartuccia: su specifica cliente, anche per impieghi gravosi. Disponibili anche di
diametro non convenzionale.
Resistenze piane e circolari a fascia :
Di ogni forma e tipo, su specifica cliente. Disponibili anche in ceramica per impieghi in alte temperature.
Resistenze in filo nudo:
Realizzate in spirali di filo di prima qualità, per
tutte le applicazioni ad alta ed altissima temperatura.

Resistenze elettriche corazzate di qualsiasi forma e tipo, per uso industriale e

Resistenze per immersione in liquidi e per secco.
Impiego in acqua, oli, sistemi di lavaggio e sgrassaggio, alimentari, catrami e fondami.
Riscaldatori per secco (forni statici e ventilati) e
per impiego in aria forzata (resistenze alettate e
non, inserite singolarmente o in batteria in canali a ventilazione forzata). Possiamo produrre
il nostro corazzato in acciaio al carbonio, in inox
AISI304, AISI321, AISI316L elettrounito o Senza
Saldatura, Incoloy800, Titanio, Rame.
Eseguiamo resistenze corazzate dal Ø6mm
al Ø16mm fino ad uno sviluppo massimo di
7000mm. Per le resistenze in fusione, possiamo fornire e sagomare, oltre alla resistenza a
disegno, anche la relativa serpentina di raffreddamento, anch’essa sagomata. Eseguiamo resistenze e gruppi su flangia o attacco filettato, con
protezione dei terminali elettrici IP40, IP55, IP65,
IP68 (immersione totale) fino alla ATEX.
Le flange possono essere a disegno o standard
(UNI, ANSI) in ferro, inox AISI304 o 316. Come
Ë possibile intuire, le nostre resitenze corazzate
sono impiegate nei più svariati settori dellíindustria e nell’impiego civile.

Immersion heaters for liquids and dry. Use in water, oils, degreasing and cleaning systems, food,
tar and sludge.
Heaters for dry (static ovens and ventilation)
and for use in forced air (finned or not, heating
elements, inserted individually or combined into
duct with forced ventilation).
We produce our armored heaters in carbon steel,
stainless steel AISI304, AISI321, AISI316 electrojoined or Seamless, Incoloy800, Titanium,
Copper. We perform heaters armored by Ø6mm
to Ø16mm up to a maximum development of
7000mm.
For the heaters in fusion, we can provide and
shape, in addition to the heater to the drawing,
also the relative cooling coil, which is also shaped.
We execute heaters, flange heaters, and groups
or thread, with protection of electrical terminals
IP40, IP55, IP65, IP68 (total immersion) to ATEX.
The flanges may be on custom drawing or standards (UNI, ANSI) in iron, steel 304 or 316.

Dagli essiccatoi alle applicazioni in aria
forzata, dall’antigelo allíanticondensa,
dal boiler industriale ai bagni galvanici: ogni tipologia di resistenza elettrica deve essere scelta oltre che in base agli obiettivi di temperatura
da raggiungere, anche in base alla compatibilità
chimica e fisica con il fluido da trattare, sia esso
aria, gas, acque comuni, demineralizzate, oli,
idrocarburi, o soluzioni chimiche caratterizzate
da composizione, grado di acidità o alcalinità
ben precise.
Ecco il motivo dell’ampia scelta tra i prodotti Redic che spazia da riscaldatori in metallo “comune” - come acciaio al carbonio, inossidabile (304,
316), rame, all’incoloy ed al titanio fino ai riscaldatori espressamente dedicati al settore dei trattamenti chimici e galvanici con involucri in pyrex,
porcellana, carbonio, teflon etc, da bordo vasca
o in immersione totale in centro vasca, con monotubi anche con campo termico estraibile e sostituibile che risolvono l’oneroso problema dello
svuotamento delle vasche in caso di sostituzione
del riscaldatore.
Realizziamo batterie di resistenze elettriche, alettate e non, su specifiche
del cliente, a canale, a cassetto, per immersione. Esecuzione in acciaio al carbonio o inox
(AISI304, 316) con elementi in acciaio al carbonio, inox 304, 316, 316 Senza Saldatura, incoloy, con alettatura in FeZn o AISI304 nei diametri
Ø8/20-10/22-16/34mm. Disponibile ovviamente
termostatazione di sicurezza e/o termoregolazione. Custodia terminali con grado di protezione
IP40, IP55, IP65 ed a richiesta ATEX. Disponibili
inoltre telai per canali a sezione quadra, rettangolare o circolare.
From drying to forced air applications,
from antifreeze to anticondensation,
from boilers to industrial plating baths: any type
of electric heater should be selected not only according to the objectives of the temperature to
reach, even by reference to physical and chemical compatibility with the fluid to be treated, be
it air, gas, common water or demineralized, oils,
hydrocarbons, or chemical solutions characterized by the precise composition and degree of
acidity or alkalinity . That’s why the wide choice
of Redic products ranging from heaters in “common” metal - such as carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316), copper, titanium and incoloy up the
heaters specifically dedicated to the treatment
sector chemical and galvanic wraps pyrex, porcelain, carbon, teflon, etc., by the poolside or in

We manufacture duct heaters, with finned or not elements, on customer specifications, for duct, slide, immersion use. Execution of carbon steel or stainless steel (AISI304,
316) structure with elements in carbon steel,
stainless steel AISI304, 316, 316 Seamless,
incoloy, with fins made of galvanized iron or
304 with the diameters Ø8/20-10/22-16/34mm.
Available naturally thermostatic safety and / or
thermoregulation. Case terminal with protection
IP40, IP55, IP65 and ATEX on request. Also
