Domaine skiable de Torrent
Dans le domaine skiable de Torrent, qui s’étend entre 1411 et 2610 mètres d’altitude,
50 km de pistes sont à disposition des grands et des petits. Le téléski 2 convient
également aux petits talents du ski.
Snowpark Sportarena
Le Snowpark Sportarena se trouve juste à côté de la Sportarena de Loèche-les-Bains
et constitue l’endroit idéal pour s’initier aux sports de neige, que ce soit pour les adultes ou pour les enfants. Le Snowpark Sportarena est équipé de plusieurs installations
(assiettes et téléski Borer ainsi que trois tapis roulants) et pour nos tout-petits hôtes
(2½ à 5 ans) nous disposons également d’un jardin des neiges Snowli.
Snowliland à Torrent
L’Ecole Suisse des Sports des Neiges Officielle de Loèche-les-Bains vous propose un
parc des neiges pour les enfants également à Torrent. Une petite arène de ski près de
la Rinderhütte, où les enfants peuvent s’initier au ski de façon ludique.

Au redcarpet Kids Club, les enfants sont en de bonnes mains. Le Kids Club redcarpet
se trouve directement sur le Torrent à la station amont de la Rinderhütte.
Les plaisirs de la luge
Deux pistes de luge d’une longueur de 1,2 km et 1,5 km sont disponibles sur la Gemmi.
Longue de 150 m, la piste de luge et de snowtubing du Snowpark Sportarena fait
aussi le bonheur des tout petits.

Point de rencontre: lieu de rassemblement de l’école de ski, au Snowpark Sportarena

2300 mètres et jouissez, depuis le col de la Gemmi ou de Torrent, d’un panorama à
vous couper le souffle sur les quatre milles des Alpes valaisannes.
Centre sportif «Sportarena»
Le centre sportif propose une large palette d’activités sportives qui s’adressent égale­
ment aux enfants: patin à glace, tennis, ping-pong, badminton, football indoor, mur
d’escalade (découvrir le monde de l’escalade en toute sécurité) et diverses consoles
de jeux. Possibilité de louer des assistants de patinage pour les enfants (ours polaires
et pingouins), ainsi que des patins à deux lames.
Passerelle des sources thermales
Il est conseillé de ne pas être sujet au vertige et de se munir de bonnes chaussures
pour franchir la passerelle des sources thermales qui passe dans les gorges de la Dala
sur 600 mètres, à 4 mètres au-dessus de l’eau.
Fabrication de fromage à l’alpage de Majing
De début juillet à mi-septembre, vous pouvez assister une fois par semaine à la traditionnelle démonstration de fabrication de fromage à l’alpage de Majing.

Winter
Torrent skiing area
Children and grown-ups have a choice of 50 km of ski runs in the winter sports area
of Torrent, at altitudes between 1,411 and 2,610 m above sea level. Ski lift 2 is also
suitable for the little ski stars in your family.
Snowpark Sportarena
The winter sports Snowpark Sportarena is located directly next to Sportarena Leukerbad and is an ideal place for both kids and adults to learn to ski and snowboard. The
Snowpark Sportarena features several different lifts (button and Borer lifts and three
magic carpets) and the Snowli Park is perfectly suited to very young children aged
from two and a half to five years.
Snowliland at the Torrent
The official Swiss Snow Sport School in Leukerbad is offering its own children’s world
at the Torrent. At this small ski arena by the Rinderhütte, children can learn to ski
while having lots of fun.
redcarpet Kids Club
Children enjoy the best of care at the redcarpet Kids Club. The redcarpet Kids Club is
situated right on the Torrent at the Rinderhütte mountain terminal.
Sledging
There are two sled runs up on the Gemmi with lengths of 1.2 and 1.5 km.
In the Snowpark Sportarena, even the smallest visitors can have plenty of fun on the
150-metre sled and snow tubing run.
Torchlight downhill (Tuesday evening)
Meeting place: assembly point in the skiing area of Snowpark Sportarena next to the
­Sportarena. For children. Free. Registration required.
Children’s ski races (Friday 09:30–12:30)
Meeting place: assembly point in the skiing area of Snowpark Sportarena next to the
Sportarena. Registrations until 18:00 Wednesday in the ski school office. The classes
are held before and after the ski race.
Easter deals for the whole family
Families in particular can look forward to a wonderful bargain Easter holiday with
the “Six for three” deal, running from 7 March to 3 April 2016. For example, families
can snap up a two-room holiday apartment for four people from just CHF 655 per
week. Six days of snow and bathing fun is now amazing value, as guests only pay for
three. Prices with this deal are CHF 180 for adults (approx. €165), CHF 152 for young
people (approx. €140), and CHF 93 for children (approx. €85). This means an absolute bargain family holiday, as parents with two children pay only around CHF 1,200

il «Kinderland» (paese dei bambini). Si tratta di una piccola area sciistica presso la
Rinderhütte, dove i bambini saranno avviati allo sci in modo giocoso.

Ferrovie di montagna
Da Leukerbad, in pochi minuti, vi librate ad oltre 2300 metri: dal Gemmi o dal Torrent
si gode di un panorama mozzafiato sulle vette di 4000 metri delle Alpi Vallesane.

La Sportarena offre la possibilità di una vasta gamma di attività sportive adatte ai ragazzi, come pattinaggio su ghiaccio, tennis, ping-pong, badminton, campetto indoor,
boulder (per scoprire in sicurezza i segreti dell’arrampicata) e diverse console con
giochi elettronici. Si possono noleggiare supporti di pattinaggio per i bambini (orsi
polari e pinguini) e pattini a 2 lame.

The waiter presents the kids with a juicy cervelat sausage on a stick, which they can
then barbecue themselves. Their mouths will be watering by the time this typical
Swiss sausage specialty is nice and golden brown – and then, of course, it’s time to
eat it and try the various yummy dips and sauces set out for them.
