Emanuele Caniggia, 49 anni, sposato, due figli, vive a Roma. Nella sua carriera imprenditoriale ha dato vita a
numerose società e ricoperto diversi incarichi a partire dal 1988 in Ar.Co.Graph. Nel 1996 ha fondato la Abaco Servizi, società operante nel settore dei servizi immobiliari, contribuendo, con acquisizioni in Italia e all’estero, alla nascita di Abaco Team, gruppo leader nei servizi per il Real Estate. Nel 2006 ha ceduto il 65% di
Abaco Team alla Gabetti Property Solutions, restando Amministratore Delegato fino al 2009, anno in cui ha
ceduto il restante 35% della Società, diventando azionista di Gabetti, da cui è uscito nell’agosto 2012. Dal
2009 al 2012, membro dei consigli di amministrazione di Gabetti Property Solutions, Gabetti Agency, Patrigest e TreeRe. Nell’ottobre 2012 ha dato vita a Innovation Real Estate, ex First Atlantic RE, rilevata insieme a
DeA Capital, di cui è stato AD fino al 2014. Dal 28 aprile 2014 è Amministratore Delegato di IDeA Fimit sgr,
Società di Gestione del Risparmio, con circa 10 miliardi di masse in gestione, i cui principali azionisti sono il
gruppo De Agostini e INPS.
È membro del Comitato Scientifico di EIRE, di Quotidiano Immobiliare, è nel Consiglio di Presidenza di Assoimmobiliare e presiede il Comitato Servizi Real Estate dell’Associazione.
Emanuele Caniggia is 49 years old, married with two children, and lives in Rome. During his entrepreneurial
career he has created several companies and performed several roles since 1988 in Ar.Co.Graph. In 1996
he founded Abaco Servizi, a company operating in the real estate services industry, contributing, with acquisitions in Italy and abroad, to the birth of Abaco Team, a leader group in Real Estate Services. In 2006 he sold
65% of Abaco Team to Gabetti Property Solutions, keeping his role as Managing Director until 2009. In that
year he sold the remaining 35% of the company and became shareholder of Gabetti, which he left in 2012.
From 2009 to 2012 he was a member of the Governing Body of Gabetti Property Solutions, Gabetti Agency,
Patrigest e TreeRe. In October 2012 he created Innovation Real Estate, ex First Atlantic RE, together with DeA Capital, of which he was Managing Director until 2014. On 28Th April 2014 he was nominated Managing
Director of IDeA Fimit sgr, an Asset Managament Company. It manages assets with a value of ten billions
and the main shareholders are De Agostini Group and INPS.
