PREMESSA The Company “Nova Race” promoter licence A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. n°341019 is promoting, respecting all FIA and A.C.I.C.S.A.I. regulations, an international series, EURO SERIES, reserved to GT cars having ratio weight/power between 3.3 and 3.5 and to TOURISM CARS with ratio weight/power 3.4 and 3.6, mentioned as followed (TROPHY). La società “Nova Race” titolare di licenza di promotore C.S.A.I. n°341019 promuove, nel rispetto di tutte le normative FIA e A.C.I. C.S.A.I., la serie internazionale, EURO SERIES, riservato a vetture GT con rapporto peso/potenza tra 3.3 e 3.5 e a vetture TURISMO con rapporto peso/potenza tra 3.4 e 3.6 , di seguito denominato (TROFEO). F.I.A. International Sporting Code (CODE) and his enclosures, National Sporting Regulation (R.N.S.) and his Supplementary Regulations (N.S.), Sporting Regulation of EURO SERIES are to all effects the only valid documents to be considered. Il Codice Sportivo Internazionale della F.I.A. (CODE) e i suoi allegati, il Regolamento Nazionale Sportivo (R.N.S.) e sue Norme Supplementari (N.S.), il Regolamento Sportivo del EURO SERIES sono, a tutti gli effetti, gli unici testi validi ai quali uniformarsi. Le Manifestazioni del EURO SERIES saranno organizzate conformemente al presente Regolamento, al Codice Internazionale F.I.A. (CODE) al Regolamento Nazionale Sportivo (R.N.S.) e loro allegati. Per ciò che non fosse espressamente indicato nel Regolamento Sportivo del trofeo EURO SERIES saranno valide le ulteriori norme contenute nell'Annuario A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. 2015 e nei successivi aggiornamenti pubblicati nel sito ufficiale Web A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. che andranno in vigore dalla loro data di pubblicazione. La partecipazione al TROFEO sarà considerata implicita dichiarazione del Concorrente di conoscere, impegnandosi a rispettarle e a farle rispettare, le disposizioni del CODE e dei suoi allegati, del R.N.S. e le sue N.S. e del presente Regolamento; di riconoscere la A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. quale unica giurisdizione competente, salvo il diritto di appello previsto dal CODE e dal R.N.S.; di rinunciare, conseguentemente, ad adire arbitri o altra giurisdizione per fatti derivanti dall'organizzazione del Trofeo o dallo svolgimento delle singole competizioni; di tenere sollevati Nova Race, l'ACI-C.S.A.I., l’ACI Sport, gli Organizzatori delle singole Gare, gli Ufficiali di Gara, la SRO Technical Department, nonché il proprietario e/o il gestore della pista da ogni responsabilità di terzi per danni fisici e materiali subiti da esso concorrente, suoi conduttori, passeggeri, dipendenti e beni. EURO SERIES events will be organized as per this Regulation, International F.I.A. Code (CODE) National Sporting Regulation (R.N.S.) and enclosures. For what not explicitly mentioned in the Sporting Regulation of the trophy EURO SERIES, further regulations and further updates from the Annuario A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. 2015 and official Web A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. will be valid, which will be current since when published. Participation to the TROPHY will be considered as implicit declaration of the Competitor that he knows and engages himself to respect and making others respecting, the CODE rules, as well as its enclosures, of the R.S.N. and its N.S. and present Regulation; to acknowledge A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. as they only competent jurisdiction, apart the appeal right as per CODE and RNS; to renounce as a consequence to take legal steps or other jurisdiction for facts resulting by the Trophy Organization or performance of single competitions; to relieve Nova Race, ACI-C.S.A.I., ACI Sport, single races organizers, Race Marshalls, SRO Technical Department, the owner or manager of the track from each liability of third parties for physical and material damages suffered by the competitor, his drivers, passengers, employees and goods. 2 2.TITLE, JURISDICTION, GENERAL RULES, REMARKS 2. TITOLO, GIURISDIZIONE, NORME GENERALI, NOTE The EURO SERIES comply to what is stipulated by the CODE, by 'ANNUARIO CSAI A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. 2015’, the updates published by the A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. on its official website, apart specific provisions contained in this Regulation. Nova Race reserves the right to modify this regulation prior to approval of A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. and FIA. All the drivers and / or competitors, taking part to one or more rounds of EURO SERIES, undertake to indemnify the 'Automobile Club of Italy, A.C.I.C.S.A.I., the Organisers of the event, the Officials, the track Managers and / or owners and Nova Race Srl from any liability to third parties for physical and material injury and material that may occur during an EURO SERIES race. Each Competitor, taking part to one or more rounds of the Euro Series, also agrees (as stated in the RNS) to recognize the A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. as the only competent jurisdiction, renouncing therefore to take legal and / or other jurisdiction for acts arising from the organization of the race, the performance of the competition, from interpretation and application of the above provisions. The submission of the registration application to the Euro Series races will be considered an implicit declaration of the Driver and / or Entrant that he knows and engage himself to respect, all disposals in the CODE and enclosures, the RSN, NS, and present regulation, and engage himself also in looking at and respect every the supplementary regulation of the race which is issued by the organizers of each event. The remarks complying with the Appendix to Chapter II of SR 16 - Excerpt from Appendix H of the International Sporting Code will be used during official practice and during races. Drivers must observe, in practice and race, all the rules of the Appendix to Chapter II of SR 16 - Excerpt from Appendix H of the International Sporting Code as well as all the instructions given by the marshals. L’ EURO SERIES si attiene a quanto sancito dal CODE, dall’ Annuario A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. 2015, dagli aggiornamenti pubblicati dalla C.S.A.I. sul proprio sito web ufficiale, salvo le norme specifiche contenute nel presente regolamento. Nova Race si riserva di modificare il presente regolamento previa approvazione A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. e della FIA. Tutti i Conduttori e/o Concorrenti, iscritti ad una o più gare del EURO SERIES, si impegnano a manlevare l’ Automobile Club d’Italia, la A.C.I.C.S.A.I., gli Organizzatori delle manifestazioni, gli Ufficiali di Gara, gli Autodromi (Gestori e/o Proprietari) e Nova Race S.r.l. da qualsiasi responsabilità di terzi per danni fisici e materiali che dovessero occorrergli nel corso delle gare della EURO SERIES. Ciascun Concorrente, iscritto ad una o più gare del EURO SERIES, si impegna inoltre (come sancito dal R.N.S.) a riconoscere la A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. come unica giurisdizione competente, rinunciando conseguentemente ad adire arbitri e/o altra giurisdizione per fatti derivanti dall’ organizzazione di gara, dallo svolgimento della competizione, dall’ interpretazione e dall’ applicazione delle succitate disposizioni. La presentazione della domanda di iscrizione alle gare del EURO SERIES sarà considerata implicita dichiarazione del Conduttore e/o del Concorrente di conoscere, impegnandosi a rispettarle, le disposizioni del CODE e dei suoi allegati, del R.N.S., N.S. e del presente Regolamento, impegnandosi anche a prendere in visione e rispettare ogni Regolamento Supplementare edito dagli organizzatori di ciascuna Manifestazione. Le segnalazioni conformi alle prescrizioni dell'Appendice al Capitolo II della N.S. 16 – Estratto dell'Allegato H del Codice Sportivo Internazionale saranno usate sia durante le prove ufficiali che durante le gare. The schedule of each event will be the one of the event where it is included. Nova Race si riserva il diritto di modificare la lista eventi e/o date di uno o più eventi a suo insindacabile giudizio. Il programma di ciascun evento sarà quello della manifestazione nella quale è inserito. 4. ENTRY AND PARTECIPANTS 4. ISCRIZIONE E AMMISSIONE DEI PARTECIPANTI ADMISSION OF The TROPHY is open to all Drivers having a grade C International licence. The drivers will have to strictly comply with all standards mentioned in art. 123 Ter of R.N.S., that are intended to be herewith completely reported and at all disposals given by Racing Director and Official in charge. All competitors and drivers will have to remain at disposal of Sport Officials in the 30 minutes after the exposition of the final Classification. All drivers in order to be admitted at the event will have to entry the EVENT through the entry Il TROFEO è aperto ai titolari di Licenza Internazionale C concorrente/conduttore. I Conduttori dovranno attenersi scrupolosamente a tutte le norme dettate dall'art. 123 Ter del R.N.S., che si intendono qui integralmente riportate e a tutte le disposizioni impartite dal Direttore di Gara, e dagli Ufficiali di Gara preposti. Tutti i Concorrenti ed i Conduttori dovranno restare a disposizione dei Commissari Sportivi nei 30 minuti successivi all’ esposizione della classifica definitiva. Tutti i conduttori per essere ammessi ad un evento dovranno obbligatoriamente 4 form by 10 days prior to that event. Nova Race keeps the right of accepting entries arriving later than date provided but putting +20% on the entry amount. In order to be taken into consideration, the form EVENT (Enclosure 1) will have to be completely fulfilled, signed by the competitor and sent to Nova Race together with the entry fee. If necessary that form will have to be signed by partent/legal tutor of the driver. The entry fee is €TBA (TBA) + IVA for each crew (1 or 2 drivers) and allows to take part to free practice, qualifying and races. The competitor can moreover entry the TROPHY through the “TROPHY ENTRY FORM” (Encl. 2)and paying the corresponding fee race by race. The entry to the TROPHY race by race is €TBA (TBA) + IVA for each crew (1 or 2 drivers)and gives right to: Get classment points n°8 catering passes The entry for the 6th event will be free of charge for those having taken part to the previous 5 events of the same season and will give in any case the same benefits. The entry will have to be formalized to Nova Race S.r.l., Via del Progresso 2B – 42015 Correggio (RE) tel./fax 0522-631487 by sending the Trophy Entry Form with payment receipt for € TBA (TBA) + IVA by 10 days before the first planned event. The payment will have to be settled to Banca Credem filiale di Correggio c.c. IBAN: IT18 J030 3266 3200 1000 0099 025; SWIFT: BACRIT22COR; Nova Race keeps the right of refusing or cancelling the entry of a competitor to the entire trophy or single race. The competitors will have to respect all standards mentioned in Art. 123 ter of the R.N.S. , the prescriptions in Appendix H of the International Sporting Code for eventual night races and to all disposals of the Clerk of the Course and of the Officials. Each driver will be allowed to participate in other championships/series races during the same event iscriversi all’ EVENTO mediante consegna del modulo di iscrizione all’ EVENTO a Nova Race entro 10 giorni da ogni singolo evento in programma. Nova Race si riserva il diritto di accettare iscrizioni presentate dopo la data sopraindicata applicando +20% alla quota d’iscrizione. Per poter essere preso in considerazione il Modulo Iscrizione EVENTO (ALLEGATO 1) dovrà essere integralmente compilato, sottoscritto dal Conduttore (ovvero dal Concorrente/Team) e inviato a Nova Race unitamente al versamento della quota di partecipazione. Se necessario il modulo dovrà essere sottoscritto dal genitore/tutore legale del Conduttore. L’ iscrizione al EVENTO è di €TBA (TBA) + IVA ad equipaggio (1 o 2 piloti) e da diritto alla sola partecipazione a prove libere, qualifiche e gare. I concorrenti potranno inoltre iscriversi al TROFEO mediante “MODULO DI ISCRIZIONE AL TROFEO” (ALLEGATO 2) pagando gara per gara. L’ iscrizione al TROFEO gara per gara è di €TBA (TBA) + IVA ad equipaggio (1 o 2 piloti) e da diritto a: acquisire il punteggio in classifica n°8 pass catering L’iscrizione al TROFEO relativa al 6° evento sarà gratuita a chi avrà partecipato ai precedenti 5 eventi della stessa stagione e darà comunque i medesimi benefit. L’iscrizione andrà formalizzata inviando a Nova Race S.r.l., Via del Progresso 2B – 42015 Correggio (RE) tel./fax 0522-631487 il Modulo Iscrizione Trofeo con la ricevuta di pagamento di € TBA (TBA) + IVA entro 10 giorni dal primo evento in programma. Il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato con bonifico bancario su Banca Credem filiale di Correggio sul conto con codice IBAN: IT18 J030 3266 3200 1000 0099 025; SWIFT: BACRIT22COR; intestato a Nova Race S.r.l. Nova Race si riserva il diritto di respingere o di cancellare l’iscrizione di un Concorrente all’intero Trofeo o alla singola gara. 5 I Conduttori dovranno attenersi scrupolosamente a tutte le norme dettate dall’ Art. 123 ter del R.N.S. , alle segnalazioni indicate nell’ Annesso H del Codice Sportivo Internazionale e per eventuali gare in notturna a quanto prescritto dall' Annesso H, Capitolo 4, Art. 12 del Codice Sportivo Internaz. ed a tutte le disposizioni impartite dal Direttore di Gara e dagli Ufficiali di Gara. I conduttori, durante il medesimo evento, sono autorizzati a partecipare ad altri Campionati/Serie. 5. RACING NUMBERS Racing numbers will be assigned by Nova Race or the Event Organizer and will be valid for the whole season. 6. ELIGIBLE CARS The cars eligible to the EURO SERIES are all the GT cars with ratio weight / power between 3.3 and 3.5 and to TOURISM cars with ratio weight / power between 3.4 and 3.6. Before starting the TROPHY, Nova Race will organize a Balance of Performance (BOP) that every competitor will have to attend. Nova Race will keep the right of accepting competitors and cars that did not attend the BOP and they will be submitted to test during the event they want to attend in order to fix eligibility and eventual procedures to balance that competitor/car. The BOP will be managed and supervised by SRO TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT. The BOP will be modifiable by SRO TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT only and at any moment, during an event too. In any moment of the event the cars will have to respect BOP parameters and technical features described in the EURO SERIES Technical Regulations. They will have to correspond to their original fiche for what concerns relevant components. Derogations can be accepted, but they will have to respect its performance range which will be validated through the BOP or following controls during racing week ends. The cars must be impeccably maintained also with regard to their outward appearance. 5. NUMERI DI GARA I numeri di gara saranno assegnati da Nova Race o dall’ Organizzatore della manifestazione e saranno validi per tutta la stagione. 6. VETTURE AMMESSE Le vetture ammesse al EURO SERIES sono tutte le vetture GT con rapporto peso/potenza tra 3.3 e 3.5 e a vetture TURISMO con rapporto peso/potenza tra 3.4 e 3.6. Prima dell’inizio del TROFEO, Nova Race organizzerà un Balance of Performance (BOP) al quale ogni concorrente è obbligato a partecipare. Nova Race si riserva il diritto di accettare Concorrenti e vetture che non hanno partecipato al BOP. Questi saranno sottoposti a BOP durante l’evento a cui vogliono partecipare per stabilire il balance della vettura. Il BOP sarà diretto e supervisionato dalla SRO TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT. Il BOP sarà modificabile da SRO TEC. DEP. in qualsiasi momento, anche durante una manifestazione. In qualsiasi momento della manifestazione, le vetture dovranno rispettare i parametri descritti nel BOP e la configurazione tecnica descritta nel Regolamento Tecnico del EURO SERIES. Questi dovranno dimostrare la corrispondenza della vettura ad una fiche originali per quanto riguarda componenti rilevanti. Possono essere accettate deroghe, ma deve comunque essere rispettata la gamma di performance che sarà validata tramite BOP o controlli durante i weekend. 6 Reserving the right for all control procedures provided for by applicable regulations, for what not explicitly stated in this article, the technical regulations of the EURO SERIES and the technical specifications declared in the cars fiches are to be considered. Per quanto riguarda l’aspetto esteriore le vetture dovranno essere mantenute in maniera impeccabile. Sono salve tutte le procedure di verifica previste dai vigenti regolamenti, per quanto non espressamente indicato nel presente articolo si rimanda al regolamento tecnico del EURO SERIES ed alle specifiche tecniche dichiarate nelle fiche di ciascuna vettura. 7. FUEL 7. CARBURANTE It is compulsory to use the standard fuel supplied by the fuel stations close to the track. For each track Nova Race will tell the teams which station they will have to refuel. The fuel will be supplied from standard pump, then it is the team that will have to carry tanks and proper trolleys to carry it. In order to verify this, the fuel will be analyzed during each event. Once qualifyings and races are finished, at least 3 lt of fuel must be available for the analysis, if required. If such fuel is missing, the chrono of qualifyings can be deleted / the competitor can be excluded from the race. E’ obbligatorio l’utilizzo di carburante standard fornito da distributori nelle vicinanze di ogni autodromo. Per ogni Autodromo Nova Race provvederà ad indicare ai Team quale sarà il distributore di carburante presso il quale ogni team dovrà rifornirsi. Il carburante verrà erogato da pompe standard, spetterà quindi al Team munirsi di propri fusti e mezzi idonei al trasporto del carburante stesso. L’osservanza di questa disposizione verrà verificata per mezzo di analisi del carburante in ogni evento. Al termine delle prove di qualifica e delle gare debbono restare a disposizione del Verificatore almeno 3 litri di carburante nel serbatoio della vettura per le eventuali analisi, se necessarie. La mancanza di tale quantità di carburante nel serbatoio comporterà la cancellazione dei tempi di qualificazione e/o l’esclusione dalle gare. 8. TYRES 8. PNEUMATICI The purpose of this regulation is: A) keep costs low by limiting the number of tires that can be bought by each driver in an Event. B) limiting the number of tires used per car/driver for each complete event. C) forbid any system to increase / decrease temperature of tires through artificial systems. D) forbid any material that can change the performance of the tyres. (E) any attempt to elude these intentions or any illicit attempts for cancelling, re-marking , fake or in any case elude the only system of marking L’intento del presente regolamento è: A) contenere i costi limitando il numero di pneumatici che possono essere acquistati da ogni pilota nel corso di un Evento sportivo B) limitare il numero di pneumatici utilizzati per auto/pilota per evento completo C) proibire l’utilizzo di ogni metodo di innalzamento e abbassamento della temperatura dei pneumatici tramite riscaldamento artificiale D) proibire l’applicazione di qualsiasi materiale che possa alterare le prestazioni degli Pneumatici E) Qualsiasi tentativo di eludere queste intenzioni 7 tyres, will be subject of notification to Race Director / Stewards o ogni tentativo illecito di cancellare, rimarcare, contraffare o comunque eludere l’unico sistema di numerazione del pneumatico sarà automaticamente oggetto di verbalizzazione al Direttore di Gara/Verificatori. The only allowed tyres in the EURO SERIES will be TBA (slick tyre) and TBA (rain). Nova Race keeps the right of changing size and kind of tyre. For each racing week end N°8 new slick tyres are allowed – to be used for QUALIFYING and RACES. Tyres for free practice are free but kind and size must correspond to the one used in QUALIFYING and RACES. Gli unici pneumatici ammessi nella EURO SERIES saranno TBA (slick) e TBA(rain). Nova Race si riserva il diritto di modificare la misura e il tipo di pneumatico. Per ogni weekend di gara sono previsti N°8 pneumatici slick nuovi da utilizzare per le QUALIFICAZIONI e GARE. I pneumatici utilizzabili nelle PROVE LIBERE sono liberi purchè il tipo e la marca siano gli stessi utilizzabili nelle QUALIFICAZIONI E GARE. Gli pneumatici dovranno essere dichiarati mediante “FOGLIO DI PUNZONATURA” (ALLEGATO 3) riportando il relativo codice. Il foglio di punzonatura, redatto in duplice copia dal Concorrente e dovrà essere consegnato ai Commissari prima del primo turno di QUALIFICHE. In caso di danneggiamento di un pneumatico, che lo renda evidentemente inutilizzabile, il Concorrente può richiedere, ai Commissari e a Nova Race, che il pneumatico venga sostituito con uno nuovo. La sostituzione deve avvenire solo dopo autorizzazione scritta dei Commissari e di Nova Race. Il pneumatico sostitutivo dovrà obbligatoriamente essere montato nella posizione dove era montato quello sostituito. (Es. Ant sx ; Ant dx ; Post sx ; Post dx) Il numero massimo di pneumatici sostituibili in ogni weekend di gara è 2. La sostituzione di 3 o più pneumatici, anche in momenti diversi all’ interno dello stesso weekend, comporterà l’arretramento in ultima posizione sulla griglia di partenza in ogni gara successiva alla sostituzione del 3° pneumatico. Gli pneumatici da pioggia (RAIN) non sono soggetti a limitazioni di numero e non dovranno essere punzonati. Tutti gli pneumatici dovranno essere necessariamente forniti da Nova Race o dal suo fornitore autorizzato, TBA. L’utilizzo di attrezzature, dispositivi e qualsiasi trattamento chimico per riscaldare gli pneumatici Tyres must be declared through a “TYRES FORM” (ENCLOSURE 3) mentioning the corresponding code. This document must be filled in 2 copies by the competitor under his responsibility and supplied to the Marshalls before the first qualifying session. In case of damage of one tyre which makes it clearly unusable , the competitor can ask to the officials and to Nova Race that the tyre is replaced with a new one. The replacement can be done only upon written approval of the Officials and Nova Race. The tyre replacing the unusable one will have to be put on the position where the other was (e.g. front left; front right, rear left, rear right) Maximum number of tyres that can be replaced in a week end is 2. Replacing 3 or more tyres even if in different moments of the week- end will entail to go back to last position of the grid in every race following the replacement of 3rd tyre. Rain tyres have no limits and must not be marked. All tyres will have to be supplied by Nova Race or his authorized supplier, TBA. The use of equipment, devices and any chemical treatment to warm the tires are prohibited as well as artificial cooling. 8 sono proibiti. SPORTING, ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKING, SCRUTINEERING, BRIEFING Scrutineering and pre-race Administrative Checkings are in the same week of the events at the time stated by the Organizer in the Supplementary Regulation, complying with what provided by N.S. 9. During every events the sporting documents of the Competitor/driver will be controlled, the location and time of the controls will be indicated in the event timing. Competitors and Drivers will always have to carry and have their documents available at any moment. During Administrative Checkings and in order to be admitted to the races, every Competitor and every driver will sign a declaration confirming that he complies with all requirements under the current sporting regulations; the competitors will have to provide a declaration that they are using protective clothing (helmets, overalls, shoes, gloves, socks and so on, everything must be homologated) as per art. 8 of the N.S. 9: by signing the same declaration, drivers undertake to comply with above statements, though the officials can check technical clothing in every moment. Noise control as per what provided in the N.S. 9, will be compulsory for all the cars if the track is duly equipped. At all times during the event Officials may provide for further sound level controls, at their sole discretion. At all times during the event if so required by the Stewards, Scrutineers and SRO technicians, the competitors will have to submit their car to weight control. SRO TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT will be carrying out 9. VERIFICHE SPORTIVE, VERIFICHE TECNICHE, VERIFICHE D’UFFICIO, BRIEFING Le verifiche sportive ante gara si svolgeranno la settimana della manifestazione all’orario indicato dall’ Organizzatore nel Regolamento Particolare, conformemente al disposto della N.S.9. Il controllo di tutti i documenti sportivi di un Concorrente e/o Conduttore sarà effettuato ad ogni evento del EURO SERIES, nel luogo e orario indicati dal programma dell’evento. I Concorrenti e/o Conduttori dovranno sempre rendere disponibili i loro documenti sportivi in qualsiasi momento. Ogni Concorrente e ciascun Conduttore sottoscriverà alle verifiche sportive di ogni Manifestazione una dichiarazione che attesti il possesso, per l'ammissione alle gare, di tutti i requisiti previsti dalla vigente normativa sportiva; i Conduttori dovranno inoltre consegnare una dichiarazione di uso dell'abbigliamento protettivo (caschi, tute, scarpe, guanti, calze, ecc. omologati) così come previsto dall'art. 8 della N.S. 9: l'impegno sarà assunto con la firma del pilota in calce alla medesima dichiarazione, può essere comunque richiesta dai commissari la verifica dell’ abbigliamento tecnico. Il controllo della rumorosità, effettuato secondo il disposto della N.S. 9, sarà obbligatorio per tutte le vetture, se la pista ha apparecchiature per misurarlo. Ulteriori controlli fonometrici saranno effettuati, a insindacabile giudizio degli Ufficiali di Gara preposti, in qualsiasi momento della manifestazione. In qualunque momento della Manifestazione, su richiesta dei Commissari Sportivi, Tecnici e/o di 9 Technical controls after Q2 and Races. Any kind of technical control can be carried out at all times during the event and such controls will always include the car weight check. Competitors accept that they will not get any refund for these controls even if the result is in their favour. The competitor that will be object of controls after race 1, regardless if against a protest or unsolicited, can decide if doing the controls immediately or sealing the items object of the control to have them checked after race 2. The competitor in this case accept implicitly that an eventual exclusion from the classification of Race 1 will mean exclusion from Race 2 also. Briefing will be in the place and time stated in the Supplementary Regulations. All competitors must attend it. Competitors that are on the starting grid but did not attend the briefing can get a penalty of Euro 260,00. SRO TEC. DEP., i Concorrenti dovranno mettere a disposizione la propria vettura per il controllo del peso. SRO TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT sarà l’organo esecutore delle verifiche tecniche post Q2 e gare. Verifiche Tecniche d'ufficio potranno essere svolte in ogni momento della Manifestazione e comprenderanno sempre il controllo del peso delle vetture. I Concorrenti accettano che per le verifiche d'ufficio non sia loro riconosciuto alcun rimborso anche in caso di esito favorevole delle stesse. Il Concorrente che sarà oggetto di verifiche tecniche al termine della prima gara, siano esse d’ufficio o su reclamo, potrà optare se sottoporre immediatamente la vettura a verifica o se far piombare il particolare oggetto della verifica stessa, rimandando la materiale ispezione al termine della seconda gara. Il Concorrente conseguentemente accetterà implicitamente che l’eventuale esclusione dalla classifica della Prima Gara comporterà l’esclusione anche dalla Classifica della seconda Gara. Il Briefing si terrà nel luogo e nell'orario indicato nel Programma di gara. Tutti i Conduttori dovranno obbligatoriamente essere presenti. I Conduttori che si schierassero sulla griglia di partenza senza essere stati presenti al briefing saranno passibili di una ammenda pari a Euro 260,00. 10. BOX RULES 10. DISPOSIZIONI AI BOX Every competitor will be responsible of keeping clean and tidy the space of pit lane where he will be allocated and of the discipline of any person directly or indirectly linked with his participation to the trophy. Service vehicles will have to be washed and show impeccable conditions. Every competitor who is a legal person will have to mention a Sport Director of the Team, and he will be responsible for all people of the team and will be the only one qualified to talk with Race Officials. Ciascun Concorrente sarà responsabile dell'ordine nello spazio in corsia box assegnatogli e della disciplina di qualsiasi persona direttamente o indirettamente connessa con la sua partecipazione a TROFEO. I veicoli di assistenza dovranno essere lavati e presentarsi in condizioni impeccabili. Ogni Concorrente Persona Giuridica dovrà designare un Direttore Sportivo del Team, egli sarà responsabile del comportamento di tutte le persone del Team e sarà l'unico abilitato a parlare con gli Ufficiali di Gara. 10 The Stewards can, as a consequence of eventual infringments, inflict penalties to the competitors up to exclusion of the car from the race. The members of each team are required an impeccable presentation of their uniforms and they will have to show in any moment a pass to the pit lane. Only technicians and who has a precise role with the car can access the pit lane during the event. In particular only 4 persons can work together on a car in its box area (plus drivers and tyre supplier technicians). For each car only 2 persons are allowed at the pit wall. Technical assistance staff will have to wear proper and safe clothing; in particular the 4 authorized people to work on the car will have to have arms and legs duly covered. All mobile tools shall not clutter the pit lane and be placed back to their allocations once used and the car leaves the pit lane. Every time that a car stops at the box the engine has to be switched off; if the car stops over its assistance zone, it can be moved – pushed by its staff. Technical assistance staff will can work on the car in the paddock, box and grid only, therefore it is absolutely forbidden to go on the track during the races. Drivers sitting in their seat will have to start the engines through the starter; a source of energy temporarily linked to the car is allowed. Drivers cannot in any case push or have the car pushed to make it starting again. At all times during the event, speed in the pit lane must not exceed 60 Km/h and be lower than 50 km/h. Drivers will be responsible of respecting this limit. Speed of the car will be checked by the stewards acting as judges of facts and whose decisions are final. Therefore drivers must leave their assistance area in a safe way, giving priority to those arriving and keeping a moderate and safe pace all through the pit lane not interfering with other drivers. I Commissari Sportivi potranno, in conseguenza di eventuali trasgressioni, infliggere al Concorrente le penalità previste, sino all'esclusione dalla Gara della vettura assistita. Ai componenti dei singoli Team viene richiesta una presentazione impeccabile per le proprie divise e dovranno sempre avere in evidenza il pass di accesso alla corsia box. Esclusivamente il personale indispensabile sarà ammesso nella corsia box durante la Manifestazione. In particolare, solamente 4 persone, esclusi i Conduttori e i Tecnici delle Case di Pneumatici, potranno lavorare su ciascuna vettura davanti ai box così come solamente due persone per ogni vettura di ciascun Concorrente potranno accedere al muretto di segnalazione. Il personale di assistenza tecnica dovrà essere abbigliato in maniera razionale e sicura; in particolare le quattro persone autorizzate a lavorare su ciascuna vettura dovranno avere braccia e gambe coperte. Tutte le attrezzature mobili dovranno restare, o essere riportate immediatamente dopo la partenza della vettura assistita, all'interno dei propri spazi in corsia box. Ogni volta che una vettura si fermerà ai box dovrà spegnere il motore; qualora la vettura si fermi oltre la propria zona di assistenza potrà essere manovrata a spinta dal proprio personale di assistenza. Il personale di assistenza tecnica potrà intervenire sulla vettura esclusivamente nel paddock, nei box e sulla griglia, pertanto è assolutamente vietato entrare in pista durante lo svolgimento delle gare. I conduttori, seduti al proprio posto, dovranno avviare i motori per mezzo del motorino di avviamento; sarà tuttavia consentito l'ausilio di una fonte di energia esterna collegata temporaneamente alla vettura. I Conduttori non potranno in alcun caso spingere o far spingere la vettura per ripartire. In qualunque momento della Manifestazione si rispetterà all'interno della corsia box una velocità non superiore ai 60 Km/h e non inferiore ai 11 Failure to comply with min and max speed limits in the pit lane will entail the following penalties: 1. DURING PRACTICE: Euro 100,00 every 5 Km higher than the limit of 60 Km./h up to a maximum of 80 Km/h. Over the 80 Km/h the driver will be sanctioned with a black flag , a penalty of 1.000,00 Euro and loss of point accrued. 2. DURING THE RACES: Penalty in time - Drive Through The exit of the cars from the pit lane during free practices, qualifying and races will be regulated by traffic light. ACI Sport / events organizer’s staff will have free access to the box in every moment of the event; competitors and drivers will have to be at their complete disposal. Failure to comply with these rules will be punished by the Race Officials as far as exclusion from the race. 50 km/h. I Conduttori saranno responsabili del rispetto di questo limite. La velocità delle vetture sarà controllata dagli Ufficiali di gara che agiscono in veste di Giudici di Fatto e le cui decisioni sono inoppugnabili. Pertanto i Conduttori dovranno partire dalla propria zona di assistenza in sicurezza, dando precedenza a chi sopraggiunge e mantenendo lungo tutta la corsia dei box una andatura moderata e sicura, senza ostacolare altri concorrenti. Il mancato rispetto della velocità min 50km/h e max 60km/h nella corsia box sarà sanzionato con le seguenti penalità: 1. DURANTE LE PROVE: Euro 100,00 ogni 5 Km superiori al limite di 60 Km./h e sino ad un max di 80 Km/h. Oltre gli 80 Km/h al conduttore sarà applicata la sanzione della bandiera nera, gli sarà comminata una multa di 1.000,00 Euro e saranno annullati tutti i tempi ottenuti. 2. DURANTE LE GARE: penalità in tempo-Drive Through L'uscita delle vetture dalla corsia box, durante le Prove Libere, durante le Prove Ufficiali e le Gare, sarà regolata mediante semaforo. Il personale ACI Sport / personale dell’organizzatore avrà libero accesso ai box in qualsiasi momento della manifestazione; ad esso è pertanto dovuta tutta la collaborazione da parte dei Concorrenti e dei Conduttori. Il mancato rispetto di queste norme è sanzionato dagli Ufficiali di Gara preposti fino all'esclusione dalla gara. 11. PRIVATE TEST, FREE PRACTICE 11. PROVE PRIVATE, PROVE LIBERE Private tests and / or races attendance are allowed on the same circuit and week when the event is due to take place and the same event week-end. Free Practice will be split in N°2 sessions of 45 minutes each according to the time schedule fixed by the organizers. Nova Race, A.C.I.-C.S.A.I. and the Race Organizer reserve the right of changing this schedule for Le prove private e/o partecipazione a gare sono consentite sul circuito dove si svolge l’ EVENTO nella settimana in cui si svolgerà l’evento e ne weekend stesso. QUALIFYING, ADMISSION TO STARTING GRID, GRID, START OF THE RACES 12. PROVE UFFICIALI, AMMISSIONE ALLA PARTENZA, GRIGLIA DI PARTENZA, PARTENZA DELLE GARE 12.1 – Qualifying will be held in N°2 sessions of 15’ each (Q1-Q2), with 10’ break in between. Q1 will fix starting grid of race 1. Q2 will fix starting grid of race 2. If the crew is made of 2 drivers, during the briefing they will have to declare who will drive Q1 and who Q2. Driver change is not allowed for any reason during each qualifying session. During the 10 minutes break between Q1 and Q2 the only allowed operations are -A) driver change -B) tyres change -C) tyres pressure. Max 4 people are allowed to carry out these operations. The driver driving Q1 will be compelled to start in race 1 The driver driving Q2 will be compelled to start in race 2 In case one of the 2 drivers verified as a crew, for incoming force majeure reasons, is unavailable before the Qualifying, the other one can drive only the session he was meant to and in any case not more than one. This driver can ask to be admitted to both races alone; to the driver that would so be allowed, it is applicable what described in the following point. 12.2 – Admission at start and relative grid will be defined by the results of the drivers as per what above mentioned. A competitor can request to admit to race a car which has not had one single lap and/or that did not effect qualifying requested times for reasons independent for his will. The car so allowed, will start from the last position of the grid. It will be allowed to start a number of cars complying with the applicable FIA Safety 12.1 - Le prove ufficiali saranno N°2 turni da 15 minuti ciascuno (Q1-Q2), intervallati da tra loro da 10 minuti Q1 determinerà la griglia di partenza di GARA 1. Q2 determinerà la griglia di partenza di GARA 2. In caso di equipaggio composto da due Conduttori, in sede di Briefing si dovrà dichiarare chi parteciperà al Q1 e chi al Q2. In nessun caso è possibile effettuare cambio pilota durante ognuno dei turni di qualifica. Durante i 10 minuti di intervallo tra Q1 e Q2 le uniche operazioni consentite sono: -A) cambio pilota -B) cambio gomme -C) pressione degli pneumatici. Queste operazioni dovranno essere svolte da max 4 persone. Il pilota che parteciperà alla Q1 sarà obbligatoriamente il pilota che partirà in GARA1. Il pilota che parteciperà alla Q2 sarà obbligatoriamente il pilota che partirà in GARA2. In caso di sopravvenuta indisponibilità prima delle prove Ufficiali, per causa di forza maggiore, di uno dei due Conduttori facenti parte l’equipaggio verificato, l’altro Conduttore potrà effettuare solo il turno di Qualifica per il quale era stato designato, e comunque non più di uno. Il Conduttore disponibile potrà richiedere di essere ammesso a partecipare ad entrambe le gare da solo; al conduttore che fosse così ammesso si applicherà quanto previsto dal punto seguente. 12.2 - L'ammissione alla partenza, e la relativa griglia sarà determinata dai risultati ottenuti dai Conduttori secondo quanto sopraindicato. Un Concorrente potrà richiedere che sia ammessa ad una Gara anche una vettura che non abbia 13 Standards and with the prescriptions provided for in the N.S. 8. Starting grid will be arranged on 2 rows complying with what provided by N.S. 16, Cap. II, Art. 6.1. Once the Pit lane is open, the cars must go directly on the grid (NO further passage in the Pit lane is allowed). Race start will be at the time stated on the time schedule of the supplementary regulations. Each single race will be of 50 minutes. Starting procedure will be performed according to what provided in the NS 16, chapter II, art 6.3 – Rolling start. Eventual early starts will be penalized according to what provided by R.N.S. Cap. XII -art. 165 – C) Drive Through. A proper bulletin will be issued to communicate the names of the Officials for the start procedure. If during the start the track becomes suddenly unusable, a panel “Delayed start” will be shown on the starting line and it will be communicated to the competitors. As soon as conditions will allow it, the starting procedure will re-start with the exposition of the panel “5 minutes”. Competitors and drivers will be informed about the evolution of events and up-dated as per the time schedule. The race, starting in condition of dry track, will NOT be stopped in case of rain and the drivers will be allowed to put on the rain tires. compiuto alcun giro di prova e/o non abbia realizzato i tempi di qualificazione previsti per ragioni indipendenti dalla volontà dei Conduttori. La vettura così ammessa partirà all'ultimo posto in griglia di partenza. Sarà ammesso al via un numero di vetture conforme a quanto disposto dalle Norme di Sicurezza FIA e da quanto prescritto nella N.S.8. La griglia di partenza sarà disposta su due file come disposto dalla N.S. 16, Cap. II, Art. 6.1. All’apertura della corsia box le vetture dovranno andare direttamente in griglia di partenza (NON sono ammessi passaggi dalla corsia box) La partenza della Gara avverrà all'ora indicata nel programma del Regolamento Supplementare. La durata di ogni singola gara sarà di 50 minuti. La procedura di partenza sarà conforme a quanto disposto dalla NS 16, capitolo II, articolo 6.3 Partenza Lanciata. Eventuali partenze anticipate saranno sanzionate secondo quanto disposto dalla R.N.S. Cap. XII -art. 165 – C) Drive Through. Apposita circolare comunicherà i nominativi degli Addetti alle partenze. Se, nel corso della procedura di partenza, la pista diviene improvvisamente inutilizzabile, un cartello “partenza ritardata” sarà presentato sulla linea di partenza e ne sarà data comunicazione ai Concorrenti. Non appena le condizioni lo permetteranno, la procedura di partenza sarà ripresa iniziando con l'esposizione del cartello "5 minuti". I Concorrenti e i Conduttori saranno tenuti informati dell'evoluzione degli avvenimenti e dell'aggiornamento del programma. La gara, partita in condizioni di pista asciutta, non verrà interrotta in caso di pioggia ed ai conduttori sarà permesso montare degli pneumatici rain. 12.3 – DRIVER CHANGE Driver change can be done as follows: 1) It will have to be effected under the responsibility of the Team/Sport Director between 20’00” and 30’00” minute of the race. The cars must cross the Pitlane entry line not before the 20’00”000. La vettura dovrà oltrepassare la linea di ingresso Pitlane non prima del minuto 20’00”000. La vettura dovrà 14 2) The driver will have to drive in the pit lane with a speed never higher than 60 Km/h and never slower than 50km/h. 3) He will have to stop in his box area where he can do the driver change. 4) The pit stop will last 60 seconds under the responsibility of the Team/Sport Director. 5) At the end of the 60 seconds he can leave his box area and will drive along the remaining part of the pit lane with a speed never higher than 60 Km/h and never slower than 50 km/h. 6) While running the pit lane and changing drivers, the drivers will have to respect an imposed time which will be communicated during the briefing of each event and it will be checked by the Clerk of Course. 7) This imposed time will consider the time for crossing the pit lane and the pit stop. 8) The pit lane area, where the imposed time will be checked, will be marked at its beginning and end with a white line and/or cones where the points for time spent relief are located. 9) In case of technical issues, the car can stop before the windows opening time. That will oblige him to get on track again, drive one lap and stop for the compulsory pitstop (and respecting rules of previous point). If the reparation of the technical problem takes longer than windows opening time, the Technical Officials can allow upon demand to effect the drivers change at the end of reparations. Once it is authorized, it will have to happen respecting rules of previous point). 10) During the stop at the box to replace the driver, only 3 persons are authorized to attend to the following points a), b), c): a) help the drivers to place themselves in the car b) Check the tyres pressure with a pressure gauge c) Clean the windscreen and rear window. Any further activity and/or repair on the cars, others than allowed, can be done only after the end of the 60 seconds. oltrepassare la linea di uscita Pitlane non dopo il minuto 29’59”999. 2) Il Conduttore dovrà percorrere la corsia box ad una velocità che non dovrà essere mai superiore ai 60 Km/h e mai inferiore ai 50km/h. 3) Dovrà fermarsi nella propria area box dove potrà effettuare il cambio. 4) La durata della sosta sarà di 60 secondi sotto la responsabilità del Team/Direttore Sportivo. 5) Allo scadere dei 60 secondi potrà lasciare la propria area box e dovrà percorrere la rimanente parte della corsia box ad una velocità che non dovrà mai essere superiore ai 60 Km/h o inferiore ai 50km/h. 6) I Conduttori dovranno rispettare, per percorrere la corsia box ed effettuare il cambio conduttore, un tempo imposto che sarà notificato in sede di briefing di ciascuna Manifestazione, tale tempo verrà controllato dagli ufficiali di gara. 7) Tale tempo imposto terrà conto dell’attraversamento della corsia box e della relativa sosta e sarà controllato cronometricamente. 8) La zona della corsia box in cui sarà controllato il tempo imposto sarà contrassegnata, sia all’inizio che alla fine, da una linea bianca e/o da birilli ove saranno posti i punti per il rilevamento del tempo impiegato. 9) Un conduttore che, per motivi tecnici, rientrasse ai box prima del 20’00” di gara, potrà effettuare le eventuali riparazioni; al termine delle riparazioni, se nel frattempo fosse iniziata la finestra per i cambi, dovrà comunque ritornare in pista per effettuare almeno un giro prima di poter rientrare per la sostituzione del pilota, che dovrà avvenire sempre nel rispetto di quanto previsto ai precedenti punti. Il concorrente, nel caso in cui le riparazioni si prolungassero oltre il termine della finestra, potrà richiedere ai Commissari Sportivi l’autorizzazione ad effettuare il cambio pilota al termine delle stesse. Tale cambio, una volta autorizzato, dovrà avvenire sempre nel rispetto di quanto previsto ai precedenti punti. 10) Durante le soste ai box per la sostituzione del Conduttore, il numero massimo di persone, autorizzate ad effettuare le operazioni riportate ai successivi punti a), b) e c) è limitato a 3: 15 In the event of non-compliance with minimum above mentioned times, the following penalties will be imposed: a. 1 minute time penalty will be applied if the stop for the stop/neutralisation and driver change manoeuvre will not be observed between 20’00” and 30’00” minute. b. in the event of failure to respect points 4 and/or 6, a time penalty equal to 3 times the missing seconds will be applied; c. in the event of failure to respect points 9 and 10, a 1 minute time penalty will be applied. 12.4 - If one of the two drivers of an eligible crew cannot start due to force majeure reasons, the following procedure will be set in place: 1. – If the unavailability occurs during the race, the driver, subject to the requirement to stop for the driver change, will be sanctioned with a 1 minute time penalty; 2. – If the unavailability occurs before the start of the race, the competitor must immediately communicate it to the Stewards and will be penalized with a 1 minute time penalty subject to the requirement of a mandatory stop . Above mentioned time penalties will be applied to the final classification at the end of the race and cannot be appealed against. 12.5 – if the race is stopped for accident or weather conditions, between the 20’00” and 30’00” , the following procedure will be set in place: a) All substitutions occurred within the penultimate lap before the interruption of the first round (of the race already played) shall be deemed to have been made; in this case the race will be restarted by driver 2. b) Every change effected after the penultimate lap before the stop of the first manche will be considered as not done; the race will be restarted by driver 1 who will have to do the pit stop/neutralisation for the driver change. c) Any crew that by the penultimate lap before the interruption of the first round had not made the stop / neutralization will perform it in the a) Aiutare i Conduttori a sistemarsi nell’abitacolo b) Controllare la pressione degli pneumatici con l’utilizzo del manometro c) Pulire il parabrezza ed il lunotto. Nel caso in cui non vengano rispettati i tempi minimi di riferimento sopracitati si adotteranno le seguenti sanzioni: a. Una penalizzazione di 1 minuto applicata se la fermata obbligatoria non avverrà tra il 20’00” ed il 30’00” minuto di gara. b. Mancato rispetto dei punti 4 e/o 6: al Conduttore saranno comminate penalità in tempo pari al triplo dei secondi mancanti. c. Mancato rispetto del punto 9 e 10: al Conduttore sarà applicata la penalizzazione di 1' (un minuto). 12.4 - In caso di sopravvenuta indisponibilità, per causa di forza maggiore, da parte di uno dei due Conduttori facenti parte l’equipaggio verificato, si adotterà la seguente procedura: 1. - Se la indisponibilità avrà luogo durante lo svolgimento della Gara, il conduttore, fermo restando l’obbligo di fermata per la sosta per il cambio pilota, sarà penalizzato con una penalità in tempo di 1’ (un minuto). 2. - Se la indisponibilità del Conduttore, avverrà prima dell’inizio della Gara, il Concorrente sarà tenuto a comunicarla immediatamente ai Commissari Sportivi e sarà penalizzato con una penalità in tempo di 1’ (un minuto)fermo restando l’obbligo della sosta obbligatoria. Le penalizzazioni in tempo, sopraccitate, saranno applicate al termine della gara sulla classifica finale; esse saranno inoppugnabili. 12.5 - Nel caso in cui la gara fosse interrotta, a causa di incidente o delle condizioni atmosferiche, tra il 20’00” ed il 30’00” si adotteranno le seguenti procedure: a) Tutte le sostituzioni avvenute entro il penultimo giro precedente l’interruzione della prima manche (parte della gara già disputata) 16 second half of the race; start to the second half of the race will be done by the first driver who will also perform the pit stop/neutralisation for the driver change. 12.6 – Every stop at the box, for any reason, will oblige to immediately switch off the engine. Nel caso in cui una vettura si fermi al di là del suo spazio in corsia box non potrà retrocedervi autonomamente ma vi dovrà essere spinta a mano dai meccanici addetti e/o dal Conduttore. Terminata la sosta ai box, le vetture dovranno ripartire con il dispositivo di bordo azionato dal Conduttore. In nessun caso, al di fuori di quello sopraccitato, il conduttore o i suoi meccanici potranno spingere la vettura, pena l'esclusione dalla gara. E’ vietato fare rifornimento in pit lane durante tutto l’evento 13. PARC FERME 13. PARCO CHIUSO At the end of the Qualifyings and the Races, drivers will have to immediately go to the Parc Fermé Late arrivals will be penalized as far as exclusion from the classifications. In case of non conformity of the car, the Scrutineers will decide the penalty to be inflicted to the crew (drop of grid positions – disqualification). 14. VERIFICHE POST-GARA 15. Referring to Art 12.1 and 12.2 of this regulations, a driver who does not take part in the race/s for any reason, will not accrue points for the Trophy classification. Drivers to be prized must immediately reach the podium for the ceremony. They are requested to have an impeccable behavior and wear a proper racing overall. The procedure will start at the end of each race. The drivers who attended the prizegiving could be transferred to the media center (or other location to be communicated by the organizing ASN) for the press conference after the race. Drivers who happen to be unjustifiably late to the ceremony or to the following press conference, may be sanctioned by the Stewards. Le Procedure delle Premiazioni sono di essenziale importanza nell'ambito della Manifestazione. I Conduttori che dovranno essere premiati dovranno raggiungere immediatamente il Podio per partecipare alla procedura di premiazione. Ai Conduttori premiati viene richiesto un comportamento impeccabile in occasione della Premiazione e dovranno indossare le loro tute regolamentari di gara. La procedura di premiazione comincerà alla fine di ogni gara. Conduttori al Briefing. I Conduttori che avranno preso parte alla procedura di premiazione potranno essere trasferiti al media center (o dove indicato dall'organizzatore) per la successiva conferenza stampa post-gara. Gli eventuali Conduttori assenti ingiustificati o ritardatari alle procedure di premiazione e/o alla successiva conferenza stampa post-gara saranno passibili di ammenda da parte dei Commissari Sportivi. 17. PROTESTS AND APPEALS 17. RECLAMI E APPELLI Protests shall be lodged in accordance with the Code and accompanied by a fee of €350,00. Le proteste devono essere presentate in conformità al Codice e accompagnati da una tassa di € 350,00. 19 The competent sporting tribunal for an appeal formulated within the framework of a Competition that is part of an international series shall be that of the ASN that requested approval of the series, save the right to appeal the decision directly before the International Court of Appeal in accordance with the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules. The national appeal fee is set at €3.000,00; the FIA appeal fee is set at €6.000,00. CLASSIFICA FINALE EURO SERIES The Final Classification for the EURO SERIES title award will be made by summing the points scored for the 12 races of the EURO SERIES , skipping the single race with the worst result (11 on 12). The driver or crew who is dis-qualified for any reason loses the right to accrue the points of the race. This penalty will not affect the other drivers. Any disqualification cannot be considered as race to be skipped. La Classifica Finale per l'assegnazione del EURO SERIES si otterrà sommando i punteggi relativi alle 12 gare del EURO SERIES con lo scarto della singola gara con il peggior risultato (11 su 12). Il conduttore o l’equipaggio che per qualsiasi motivo subisce una squalifica perde il diritto ad acquisire i punti della gara. Tale esclusione non influirà sul punteggio degli altri conduttori. Eventuali squalifiche non possono essere considerate tra gli scarti. 19. EURO SERIES TEAM TROPHY 19. COPPA TEAM EURO SERIES The EURO SERIES Team Trophy may be awarded to the Teams holding a licence valid for 2015. The relevant Final Classification to award this title will be made by summing all the points scored for the best results obtained during the races of EURO SERIES. For each race the Team will get the points of his best classified crew. In order to take part in the Euro Series Team Trophy, the Responsible for every Team / Competitor legal person will have to provide Nova Race with a proper statement countersigned by the respective Drivers. The relevant points will be taken into account from the Event following the date of delivery of the statement until any contrary written notice is formally handed to Nova Race. Any point scored before such revocation will remain at the previous Team / Competitor Legal Person. More than one Team / Competitor La Coppa Team EURO SERIES alle Scuderie titolari di licenza valida per l'anno 2015. La Classifica finale per l'assegnazione della Coppa Team EURO SERIES si otterrà sommando tutti i punteggi relativi ai migliori risultati ottenuti nel corso delle gare del EURO SERIES. I Responsabili di ciascuna Scuderia / Concorrente P.G. dovranno consegnare a Nova Race, ai fini della partecipazione alla Coppa Team EURO SERIES, un'apposita dichiarazione di appartenenza controfirmata dai relativi Conduttori. I rispettivi punteggi saranno presi in considerazione dalla Manifestazione successiva alla data di consegna della dichiarazione sino a eventuali comunicazioni scritte contrarie che saranno formalizzate a Nova Race secondo le medesime modalità della nomina. SAFETY CAR 21. SAFETY CAR The use of the Safety car, under the N.S. 16, Chapter II, Article 6.5, will be a priority in all cases provided for by N.S. 16. The race will therefore be interrupted only if the use of the the Safety Car is not permitted. L'uso della Safety car, conformemente al disposto della N.S. 16, Capitolo II, Articolo 6.5, sarà prioritario in tutti i casi previsti dalla N.S. 16. Una gara sarà pertanto interrotta solamente nel caso in cui non sia consentito l'uso della Safety Car. 22. TIME PENALTY - "STOP AND GO" / “DRIVE THROUGH” 22. PENALITA' IN TEMPO - "STOP AND GO" / “DRIVE THROUGH” The “Stop and Go” / “Drive Through” penalties will be applied under the provisions set by R.N.S.and N.S. 16. Le penalità in tempo e/o lo “Stop and Go” / “Drive Through” saranno applicate conformemente a quanto previsto dal R.N.S. e dalla N.S. 16. 23. SERIOUS VIOLATIONS TO SPORTING OR TECHNICAL REGULATIONS 23. GRAVI REGOLAMENTO TECNICO If a driver’s licence is suspended for longer than 1 month after a final judgement, he will be excluded from the Trophy classifications, the titles award, any race money or final prize, without affecting the points and prizes of the other drivers. Qualora un Conduttore incorresse in sospensioni di licenza complessivamente superiori ad un mese e di giudizio definitivo verrà escluso dalle classifiche del Trofeo, dall'assegnazione di ogni titolo, da eventuali premi di gara in denaro e da eventuali premi finali, senza che questo influisca sul punteggio ed i premi degli altri Conduttori. INFRAZIONI SPORTIVO AL E/O 21 24. SPONSORS 24. PUBBLICITA’ The management and use of the EURO SERIES Trophy right of image and advertising is the exclusive property of Nova Race. Competitors racing for the EURO SERIES Trophy are obliged to display and and maintain for the duration of the season, with no alteration, the official logo of the Trophy and and the Trophy mandatory coordinated advertising (Coordinated Advertising) according to the following specification and to any further up-date. Every car must display the stickers of the trophy as per sample supplied by Nova Race (ENCLOSURE 4). Nova Race reserves the right for supplementary stickers of the trophy / of the trophy sponsors to be displayed on cars. Such requests will be notified by means of official bulletins. Failure to comply to above mentioned provisions will be considered as a technical non-compliance and the competitor will not be admitted to the race. Stickers will be supplied by Nova Race. Every competitor agrees to keep and observe the coordinated advertising on each of his car. Competitors / Drivers advertising can not compete with the one of the Technical Sponsor of the Trophy. Every competitor in particular agrees, and in any case prior to Nova Race approval, to use the image of his own car according to the last version of Coordinated Advertising. Competitors agree to comply with the requirements above, without being limited thereto, both in sports and in the ordinary courts for protection of the right image. Failure to comply with these provisions will be sanctioned by the ACI-CSAI with a fine of Euro 1,000.00 for each offense. Every team is allowed to use the free space on their cars and suits, for sponsors, if: 1) it respects FIA rules about sponsors; 2) the teams cannot use all EURO SERIES sponsor’s spaces (see ENCLOSURE 4 of this Sporting Regulations) 3) does not contain vulgar or offensive contents; La gestione e l'utilizzazione del diritto di immagine e della pubblicità del Trofeo EURO SERIES, è di pertinenza esclusiva della Nova Race. Per il Trofeo EURO SERIES i concorrenti dovranno apporre e mantenere per tutta la durata dello stesso, senza alcuna alterazione, il logo ufficiale del Trofeo e la pubblicità coordinata del Trofeo (la Pubblicità Coordinata) obbligatoria secondo la specifica seguente ed eventuali comunicazioni di aggiornamento. Ogni vettura deve avere le decalcomanie del trofeo come da immagine campione fornita da Nova Race (ALLEGATO 4). Nova Race può richiedere in ogni momento che vengano affisse sulle auto decalcomanie aggiuntive del campionato/degli sponsor commerciali. Tale richiesta perverrà tramite bollettino ufficiale del Trofeo. Qualsiasi violazione alle disposizioni sopraindicate verranno considerate non conformità tecniche, il Concorrente non verrà ammesso alla gara. Il materiale pubblicitario sarà fornito ai Concorrenti direttamente da Nova Race. Ogni Concorrente si obbliga a mantenere e rispettare l'aspetto della Pubblicità Coordinata su ciascuna delle proprie vetture. La pubblicità dei Concorrenti/Conduttori non potrà essere in concorrenza con quella degli Sponsor Tecnici del Trofeo. Ogni Concorrente si obbliga in particolare, e in ogni caso previa autorizzazione di Nova Race, a utilizzare l'immagine della propria vettura aggiornata secondo l'ultima versione della Pubblicità Coordinata. Il Concorrente si rende responsabile del rispetto delle prescrizioni soprariportate, senza che ciò sia limitativo, sia in sede sportiva, sia nelle sedi giurisdizionali ordinarie competenti per la tutela del diritto d'immagine. Il mancato rispetto di queste norme è sanzionato dalla CSAI con una ammenda per ciascuna infrazione di Euro 1.000,00. Tutti i team saranno liberi di utilizzare sulle vetture o sulle divise spazi per gli sponsor, a patto che: 1) rispettino le norme FIA in materia di pubblicità; 22 The race suits must be worn at every session of the EURO SERIES Trophy and must display the mandatory symbols of the trophy and commercial sponsors. Other parts of the race suits can be used by the competitor sfor their sponsors. The organizers of the trophy reserve the right to remove any symbol or mark that is deemed inappropriate or in conflict with other sponsors of the EURO SERIES trophy. Nova Race and its partners reserve the right to use freely and without limitations of time and in any form, the images and the results obtained in the EURO SERIES Trophy by each team, as well as transfer to third parties the rights to use the EURO SERIES Trophy. 2) lascino liberi gli spazi dedicati agli sponsor del trofeo EURO SERIES, così come descritto nell’ALLEGATO 4 del presente regolamento; 3) non contenga contenuti esplicitamente volgari o lesivi; La tenuta specifica da gara dovrà essere indossata ad ogni turno del Trofeo EURO SERIES e dovrà conservare i simboli specifici del campionato e degli sponsor commerciali. Gli Organizzatori del trofeo si riservano il diritto di togliere qualsiasi simbolo o marchio che venga ritenuto non appropriato o in conflitto con altri sponsor del trofeo EURO SERIES. Nova Race e i suoi partners commerciali si riservano il diritto di utilizzare liberamente, senza limitazioni di tempo e in qualsiasi forma, le immagini e i risultati ottenuti nel Trofeo EURO SERIES da ogni equipaggio, così come trasferire a terzi i diritti di utilizzo del Trofeo EURO SERIES. 25. VALIDITY 'AND INTERPRETATION 25. VALIDITA’ E INTERPRETAZIONI The Sporting Regulations are published in Italian and English and may be translated into other languages. The final text of these Sporting Regulations shall be the English version which will be used should any dispute arise as to their interpretation. Any changes to these Sporting Regulations are subject to approval by the Organizing Committee, the ACI-CSAI and the FIA. All Competitors taking part in the series shall be informed of any changes to these Sporting Regulations with details of the date on which the changes come into force. REGOLAMENTI SUPPLEMENTARI Each Event Organizer will write the Supplementary Regulations up, strictly adhering to these Sporting Regulations and to the ASN coordinated promotional information. Per ogni Evento l’ Organizzatore dello stesso redigerà il Regolamento Supplementare, il quale non potrà essere in contrasto con il presente Regolamento e le informazioni della ASN competente. 23
