Tector costruisce trasformatori nelle misure necessarie al cliente in quanto, realizzando al proprio interno i nuclei magnetici ed i relativi accessori isolanti, è in grado di proporre una
gamma vastissima, da potenze di circa 10 VA sino a 3000 VA. Il cliente viene seguito dalla realizzazione del prototipo in tempi brevissimi, fino al soddisfacimento dell'ordine con un
trasformatore costruito " su misura" .
Ovviamente esistono delle dimensioni preferenziali dovute alla costruzione dei modelli maggiormente utilizzati e che conviene utilizzare, quando possibile, per ovvi motivi di
economicità e di tempi di consegna.
Questo catalogo contiene solo una minima parte di tutti i modelli realizzabili, per cui non esitate a contattarci per qualsiasi vostra particolare necessità.
Tector makes transformers with the dimensions that customer needs, because Tector produces by itself the magnetic core and its isolating accessories. For this reason we can propose
a very large range in power that goes from 10 to about 3000 VA. The customer is followed from the esecution of the prototype up to the final satisfaction of the ordered transformers,
made on measure.
Naturally there are preferential dimensions of the more produced models and that is most convenient to use for economicity and fast delivery.
This catalogue contents only a little part of all possible models that can be made, for this reason don 't exitate to contact us for all your needs.
Ci felicitiamo per la scelta del trasformatore toroidale, che rappresenta oggi il miglior prodotto esistente sul mercato per le sue intrinseche caratteristiche di elevatissimo rendimento,
dimensioni assolutamente ridotte, pesi notevolmente inferiori alla norma e un rapporto qualità/prezzo ormai perfetto. Qui di seguito troverete alcune considerazioni sulle istruzioni per
l'installazione. Il trasformatore toroidale è più delicato di quello tradizionale per quanto riguarda la parte puramente meccanica. Tranne i modelli preassemblati in scatola, presentano
tutti sull'esterno la protezione isolante in poliestere. All'atto del montaggio occorre prestare attenzione affinchè eventuali spigoli appuntiti o parti abrasive non vadano a danneggiare
l'isolante e quindi il rame sottostante. Allo scopo è necessario interporre una rondella di materiale isolante, in plastica o in gomma, od utilizzare l'apposito Kit fornito a parte. Sono da
evitare assolutamente le cadute o gli urti accidentali, che possono danneggiare l'integrità dello smalto degli avvolgimenti. Evitare inoltre di accorciare i terminali in rame rigido se non si
dispone di attrezzature per la successiva rimozione dello smalto, onde assicurare un buon contatto. Un terminale accorciato e non ripulito provoca un contatto inesistente o anomalo,
che può portare anche alla distruzione del trasformatore. Raccomandiamo anche di prestare attenzione alle caratteristiche tecniche del trasformatore, riportate in etichetta. E' possibile
individuare le tensioni di ingresso (PRI) e quelle in uscita (SEC), seguendo le indicazioni dei colori menzionati sulla targhetta. Si raccomanda comunque di far installare il trasformatore
da persone qualificate e di leggere attentamente tutte le caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto. Per esigenze particolari, non esitate ad interpellare il nostro Ufficio Tecnico, che studierà la
soluzione più adatta alle Vostre esigenze.
Congratulations for your choice of a toroidal transformer, that is the best transformer on the market for its features of high efficiency, reduced dimensions and weight, and a perfect
relationship between quality and price. Herewith following you will find some instructions for the mounting. Toroidal transformers are more sensitive than the traditional ones as for their
mechanics. With all of them, winding is external and protected only by the mylar insulation (the only exceptions are the transformers housed in their own box). During assembly, the best
attention has to be paid in order to avoid the abrasive parts, or sharp edges cut into the surface insulation, with damages for the winding below. In case one of the above problems
happens, all you need to do is to interpose a coat of insulating material, or a plastic or rubber washer, that we could supply. Avoid accidental bumps and /or fallings, as they can endanger
the winding's integrity. Absolutelv avoid shortening the terminals made of rigid copper unless you have the suitable equipment to clear the enamel and solder the shortened terminals. In
fact, a terminal that was shortened and not soldered again, is nearly always the reason for inadequate contacts and it could be the cause of overheatings, able to destroy the
transformer. Pay also attention to all transformer's features, shown on the label. You could distinguish the primary (PRI) and the secondary voltage (SEC), following the colours
mentioned on the label. Herewith following you will find our standard transformers. Ask to qualified people to mount your transformer, and read always carefully all its features. For
