The amounts shown do not include 20% of VAT. The quoted rent prices apply to the whole exhibition time (except where
indicated), and are inclusive of delivery, installation and collection of the equipment. At the end of the exhibition, notify BF
Servizi staff so that the operator may collect the equipment in the presence of a person in charge.
The quoted amount does not include the supply of electricity and the insurance coverage for damaging and theft of the rented
material. The Exhibitor will be requested to ensure the rented equipment’s safekeeping and shall be responsible in case of theft
or damages affecting the equipment for any reason and in any way.
The display with its stand will be delivered on the first exhibition day before opening to the public. Also, we remind you that BF
Servizi technical staff will not be allowed to drill holes in the stand walls for wall bracket fastening purposes.
The Exhibitor is requested to attach a plan of the exhibition stand to this booking form, in order to check the required assembly
and any changes thereto which could cause variations in price.
The delivery is dependent upon previous payment of the full amount by the Exhibitor Company.
Orders received without advance payment will be not carried out.

Should the Exhibitor give notice to cancel its order less than 5 working days prior to the Exhibition opening, it will be charged
total amount due.
