LETTORE DVD

Per selezionare SKY EUROPE o DVD, premere sul telecomando
nero LG il tasto INPUT; utilizzare le frecce al centro per spostarsi
da una sorgente video alla successiva, e premere infine il tasto OK
per confermare la scelta.

Ricordiamo che per la visione dei film in DVD è necessario aver selezionato la

zona soggiorno, ed è collegabile con il vostro iPOD
- iPhone Apple. Inserite l’iPOD o iPHONE nel dock. Premete play sul

Per cambiare i canali su SKY EUROPE utilizzare il telecomando
nero SKY. Se i tasti non funzionano premere nuovamente il tasto
SKY in alto al centro. Per guardare i canali in lingua straniera,
premere il tasto [i] sul telecomando SKY, ed utilizzare le frecce sul
cursore per selezionare la lingua desiderata.

Il riscaldamento è centralizzato. Periodo e orario
di accensione non sono lasciati alla libera iniziativa
dei singoli condomini perché una legge nazionale
impone dei limiti.

2.MUOVERSI IN CITTÀ
IN AUTO
Se si decide di spostarsi in auto, è bene
ricordarsi che i Brera Apartments si trovano
all’ interno della ZTL Cerchia dei Bastioni,
dove è in vigore l’ AREA C.
Tutti gli accessi effettuati in Area C devono essere regolarizzati
attraverso il pagamento di un ticket d’ingresso, da effettuare con le
seguenti modalità:
• il giorno stesso dell’ingresso o, al massimo, entro la mezzanotte del
giorno successivo (attivando un ticket da Euro 5,00);
• entro 7 giorni dalla scadenza del termine utile per il pagamento
(attivando un ticket da Euro 15,00).
Questo nuovo tagliando (“pagamento differito entro 7 giorni”) è
acquistabile e attivabile solamente online dopo essersi registrati nell’area
personale MyAreaC.
L’AREA C è attiva nei giorni di lunedì, martedì, mercoledì e venerdì
(feriali) dalle ore 7.30 alle ore 19.30; e i giovedì (feriali) dalle ore 7.30
alle ore 18.

Per quanto riguarda i parcheggi, poche sono le aree in cui è possibile sostare
gratuitamente (strisce bianche); più numerosi sono invece gli appositi spazi a
pagamento (strisce blu), dislocati lungo le principali vie della città; in tal caso è
possibile acquistare gli appositi ticket per la sosta presso i rivenditori automatici,
le tabaccherie o i giornalai.

alimenti in metallo, lattine per bevande.
VETRO
Si: bottiglie, barattoli e vasetti di vetro, PRIVI DI TAPPI.
CARTA E CARTONE
Si: giornali, riviste, libri, quaderni, scatole di cartoncino, cartoni in
pezzi, cartoni per bevande (tetrapak), PRIVI DI SACCHETTI DI
PLASTICA.
Gli imballaggi in cartone di grandi dimensioni devono essere posti a fianco
dei sacchi neri, opportunamente piegati e legati, per ridurne l’ingombro.
FRAZIONE UMIDA
Si: rifiuti organici (scarti di frutta e verdura, scarti domestici di carne

HOW TO SELECT A CHANNEL
ON SKY EUROPE
To change channels on SKY EUROPE use the black SKY remote
control. If buttons don’t work press the SKY button you will find at
the top of the remote control in the middle. To select another language,
press the [i] button on the black SKY remote control, and use the arrow
keys to select your preferred language.

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection
accessible with an access key.

To control the temperature during the summer use
the OLIMPIA SPLENDID remote control (it works only for the air
conditioner).

MACHINE
Look at the instruction booklet you’ll find near the NESPRESSO
coffee machine. The coffee pots, teas and herbal teas are available
free with our compliments. White sugar and brown sugar are also
available.
HEATING
Centralized heating. It works according to
municipal anti pollution rules: it is not possible
to change the timing and rise the degree of heat.

You can find the toilet paper, the bathroom products
and the hairdryer on the furniture in bathroom.
2.GETTING AROUND
BY CAR
If you’re travelling by car, keep in mind
that Brera Apartments are located inside the
restricted ZTL zone “Cerchia dei Bastioni”,
where AREA C is in force.
Car parks: there are few areas in Milan where you can park your car for free
(these areas are marked with white lines); whereas, the blue lines mark charged
parking. In this case you will need to purchase hourly parking tickets at the
Tabaccheria or at the newspaper kiosk.
In the nearby area there are also some private garages. The closest of these are:
To enter into “Area C” you must purchase and activate an entrance
ticket; the ticket must be activated in the following way:
• no later than midnight of the next day of access
(ticket of 5 euro);
• within 7 days of the expiry of the period for the payment
(by activating a ticket of Euro 15,00).
This new coupon (“payment within 7 days”) can be purchased
and activated only after being registered online in the personal area
“MyAreaC”.
The access to the historical center of Milan is limited by the Congestion
Charge area (Area C) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
from 7.30 to 19.30, and Thursday from 7.30 to 18.

you smoke in public areas please don’t throw cigarette

Waste segregation is compulsory in Milan. For this reason,
we ask you to use the separate containers located in the
apartment and in the courtyard.

YES: plastic bottles, plastic dishes and cups, plastic or
cellophane bags, packets and film, cleaning bottles and
personal hygiene products, empty tubes for toothpaste and
food items, plastic or polystyrene tubs for food, film for
packaging, tins and food jars in metal, drink cansde.
WET WASTE COLLECTION
YES: fruit and vegetable scraps, fish and meat, egg shells, kitchen
waste, food scraps, once any excess liquid has been poured off, rice,
bread, biscuits, pasta, baked goods, food that has gone bad without
its packaging, coffee grounds, tea and herbal tea bags or leaves, paper
napkins if used or soiled with food residues, used paper towels and
tissues.
