DINO è un centro di fresatura verticale ad alta velocita con
portale fisso e tavola mobile, adatto a lavorazioni complesse
anche a 5 assi continui. L’ottimizzazione dei dimensionamenti,
ottenuta tramite i più avanzati strumenti di analisi FEM, unita
all’utilizzo di sistemi di trasmissione di ultima generazione, combinano le esigenze di alta produttività con quelle di flessibilità
e precisione, e determinano un nuovo punto di riferimento del
settore. Le strutture della DINO sono interamente realizzate in
ghisa stabilizzata,una scelta di prestigio che qualifica il prodotto
ed esalta le prestazioni in termini di rigidezza e capacità di
smorzamento.
DINO is a high-speed vertical machining center with fixed
portal and moving table, ideally suited for complex machining
even with 5 continuous axes. The optimization of the structures,
through the use of the most advanced FEM analysis, and the
use of drive systems of the most recent generation, combine
the need for high productivity with flexibility and accuracy,
setting a new standard in the machine tool field. DINO
structures are completely manufactured with stabilized cast
iron. A prestigious choice that qualifies the product and
magnifies the performances in terms of rigidity and damping
capacity.
DINO ist ein vertikales Hochgeschwindigkeits-Fräszentrum
mit feststehendem Portal und verfahrbarem Tisch für komplexe Bauteile auch mit 5-Achs-Simultanbearbeitungen. Die
durch fortschrittlichste FEM Analyse erzielte Optimierung der
Maschinenabmessungen, sowie die Verwendung von Antrieben
neuester Generation, vereinigt Leistungsfähigkeit mit Flexibilität
und Genauigkeit und ist somit als richtungsweisend in diesem
Sektor anzusehen. Die DINO ist vollständig aus stabilisiertem Guß
gefertigt. Dieser hochwertige Ansatz zeichnet das Produkt hinsichtlich Leistung, Eigensteifigkeit und Dämpfungsverhalten aus.

même à 5 axes en continu. L’optimisation des dimensionnements,
obtenue par les instruments d’analyse FEM les plus avancés et
l’emploi de systèmes de transmission de dernière Génération,
combinent les éxigences de haute productivité avec celles de
flexibilité et précision et déterminent un nouveau point de repère
du secteur. Les structures de la DINO sont entièrement réalisées en
fonte stabilisée. Un choix de prestige qui qualifie le produit et exalte

La configurazione a portale fisso con la pulsantiera girevole
di 180°, consente all’operatore un perfetto controllo delle
lavorazioni e degli utensili da entrambi i lati della macchina.
L’operatore rimane sempre nella posizione ergonomica ideale
durante l’intera lavorazione del pezzo.
Il movimento degli assi avviene su guide lineari a ricircolo di
rulli con pattini precaricati. La trasmissione del moto avviene
tramite viti a sfera temprate e rettificate, con chiocciola precaricata. Negli assi longitudinale e trasversale la vite è fissa
e la chiocciola rotante per minimizzare l’inerzia delle masse in
movimento.
The configuration with fixed portal and the 180° swivel CNC
panel, allows the operator a perfect control over machining
and tools from either side of the machine. The operator always
remains in the ideal ergonomic position during the entire
machining process.
The axes movement is through linear guideways with preloaded
roller pads. The drive system utilizes hardened and ground
ballscrews with preloaded double-nut. On the longitudinal and
cross axes the screw is fixed and the double-nut rotates to
minimize the inertia of the moving masses.
Das Maschinenkonzept mit festem Portal und um 180°
schwenkbarem Bedienpult erlaubt dem Bediener perfekte Kontrolle der Bearbeitungen und Werkzeuge von beiden
Seiten der Maschine. Der Bediener verbleibt in einer ergonomisch idealen Position während der ganzen Bearbeitung des
Werkstückes.
Das Verfahren der Achsen erfolgt auf Linearführungen mit vorgespannten Laufschuhen. Der Vorschub erfolgt über gehärtete
und geschliffene Kugelrollspindeln großer Steigung und vorgespannter Doppelmutter. Beim Längs- und Querweg wird die
Mutter zur Minimierung der Masseträgheit direkt angetrieben.
La configuration à portique fixe avec le boitier de commande tounant à 180° permet à l’opérateur un parfait contrôle
des usinages des outils dans les deux côtés de la machine.
L’opérateur reste toujours dans la position ergonomique idéale
pendant tout l’usinage de la pièce.
Le mouvement des axes est sur glissières linéaires à circulation de rouleaux avec patins intégrés. La transmission du
mouvement est assurée par vis à billes, trempées et rectifiées,
avec des écrous à précharge. Les axes longitudinal et transversal ont la vis fixe et l’écrou tournant pour minimiser l’inertie
des masses en mouvement.

La testa universale di fresatura a 5 assi Direct Drive TULCE è
una soluzione esclusiva di FPT, frutto della capacità di innovazione che da sempre caratterizza l’azienda. Tale soluzione
permette di fresare in 5 assi continui con velocità di rotazione
e con livelli di precisioni non ottenibili con i sistemi tradizionali.
La particolare morfologia dei corpi e l’utilizzo di un angolo di 50° tra
gli assi, permettono di azzerare la perdita di campo di lavoro nella
rotazione orizzontale-verticale del mandrino e di garantire lavorazioni in sottosquadro fino a 10°, per raggiungere parti del pezzo
altrimenti non accessibili. Prestazioni esclusive che vengono ottenute dalla testa DD FPT con estrema semplicità costruttiva rispetto alle soluzioni tradizionali, e grande vantaggio per affidabilità e
mantenimento delle prestazioni nel tempo.
The universal 5-axis Direct Drive milling head “TULCE” is a unique FPT
solution, resulting from the innovative mentality that has always characterized the company. The continuous movement of the 2 axes of the
head is made possible through the use of Direct Drive motors integrated
within the head bodies. This solution allows continuous 5-axis machining
with feedrates and accuracies not achievable with traditional systems.
The unique morphology of the bodies and the 50° angle between the
axes, allows elimination of any loss of machining volume during the vertical-horizontal tilting of the spindle and guarantees undercut machining
up to 10° to reach areas otherwise not accessible. Exclusive performances that are achieved by FPT’s Direct Drive head with an extremely simple design compared to traditional solutions, including big advantages
for reliability and endurance through the years.
Der Direct-Drive 5-Achs-Universalfräskopf TULCE stellt eine exklusive Lösung FPT’s dar, resultierend aus der Innovationskraft, die das
Unternehmen seit jeher gekennzeichnet hat. Einbau-Direct-Drive
Motoren übernehmen die stufenlose Steuerung beider Kopfachsen.
Diese Lösung ermöglicht das 5-Achs-Simultanfräsen mit einer Rotationsgeschwindigkeit in Genauigkeitsbereichen, die bei Verwendung
herkömmlicher Ansätze nicht zu erreichen sind. Das besondere
konstruktive Konzept der Kopfbaugruppen, achsial in einer 50° Lage
stehend, ermöglicht den Arbeitsraum verlustfrei auszunutzen und
gewährt auch 10° Hinterschnitte, um teils schwer zugängliche Werkstücksbereiche zu erreichen. Die durch den FPT Direct-Drive Kopf
erreichbaren Leistungen, resultierend aus einer konstruktiv überzeugend einfachen, technischen Lösung, verglichen zu anderen Ansätzen, garantiert ausgezeichnetes Dauerqualitätsverhalten.

tête. Cette solution permet de fraiser en 5 axes continus avec vitesse de

DINO è dotata di cabinatura di sicurezza integrale, che permette il contenimento e la raccolta di trucioli e liquidi senza contaminazione dell’ambiente
circostante. Un sistema di porte scorrevoli telescopiche permette la totale
apertura della zona di carico scarico e l’agevole posizionamento del pezzo
sul piano della tavola mobile. Secondo la filosofia FPT, il controllo delle derive termiche è gestito sia tramite la termostabilizzazione delle fonti di calore
interne, che secondo un modello termosimmetrico, consentendo di seguire
le variazioni di temperatura del pezzo in modo sincrono.
L’esclusivo sistema FTA permette il cambio degli accessori di fresatura in
modalità completamente automatica e garantisce, senza compromessi,
la massima flessibilità di utilizzo e le migliori prestazioni sia in sgrossatura che in finitura. La stessa macchina può disporre di più mandrini di
fresatura con caratteristiche di coppia/potenza/giri diverse.
DINO is equipped with an integral safety enclosure that contains and
collects chips and coolant without contamination of the external environment. A telescopic sliding door system allows the complete opening of the loading area and easy positioning of the part on the moving
table. Following FPT’s philosophy, the thermal expansion control is
handled through the thermostabilization of internal heat sources, as
well as through a thermo-symmetric model that follows temperature
variations of the part in a synchronous mode.
The unique “FTA system” allows automatic change of milling attachments and guarantees the maximum flexibility without compromises,
obtaining the best performances for both roughing and finishing operations. Various milling spindles with different torque/power/rpm are
available.
DINO ist eine komplett eingehauste Maschine, die Spänen- und Kühlmittelentsorgung ohne Verunreinigung des Arbeitsplatzes garantiert.
Die Teleskopschiebetüren gestatten das Öffnen des Lade- und Entladenbereiches und müheloses Einbringen des Werkstücks auf dem verfahrbaren Maschinentisch. Entsprechend der Auffassung von FPT wird
der Temperaturgang über Regelung und thermische Entkoppelung von
Wärmequellen sowie über ein thermosymmetrisches Regelungsmodel
überwacht, um sich dem Temperaturgang am Werkstück anzupassen
und zu synchronisieren.
Die exklusive FTA Schnittstelle ermöglicht den automatischen Zuberhörwechsel, leistet kompromisslose Flexibilität und garantiert zudem
Höchstleistungen beim Schruppen und Schlichten. Eine Maschine
kann über mehrere Frässpindeln mit verschiedenen Drehmoment und
Leistungskurven verfügen.
DINO est équippée avec un carénage intégral qui permet de contenir
et recueillir les copeaux et liquides sans contamination du milieu
environnant. Un sytème de portes coulissantes télescopiques permet
la totale ouverture de la zone de chargement/déchargement et un facile
positionnement de la pièce sur la table mobile. Selon la philosophie FPT,
le contrôle des derivations thermiques est géré par la thermostabilisation
des sources de chaleur intérieures et par un modèle thermosymétrique,
en permettant de suivre les variations de température de la pièce de
façon synchrone.
L’exclusif système FTA permet les changement des accessoires de
fraisage de façon complétement automatique et assure la maximale
flexibilité d’utilisation sans compromis et les meilleures performances
soit en ébauche soit en finition. La même machine peut disposer de
plusieurs broches de fraisage avec différentes caractéristiques de
couple/puissance/tours.
