Within the Cascina Scottina Relais, the restaurant is a reference point for high quality
cooking, with the possibility to organise important events indoor and outdoor.
The chef Claudio Cesena honoured Piacenza much praised food tradition by creating
a list of dishes à la carte, using only local products.
Special attention is dedicated to the people with food intolerances: for example
celiacs, for whom the dishes from our menu are cooked with gluten-free ingredients.
Description
Specialities: Pisarei e fasò, ravioli filled with picula ad caval (horse meat) with crispy
vegetables and hazelnut butter. Pork coppa roasted and smoked with catalogna
chicory and juniper and pear compote. D.O.P. cured meats from Piacenza: coppa,
pancetta, salami. Pumpkin mousse with layers of peanut brittle, chocolate crème with
amaretto sauce.
Average price: 50 Euros.
How to get there
Outside Cadeo village, on Via Emilia between Fiorenzuola and Piacenza, drive on for
2-3 km and on your right you will find a small blue sign with SALICETO written on it.
Turn right and continue for 500 m, beyond the flyover on your left you will find Cascina
Scottina Relais.
