chaudière est certes important mais le choix du préparateur à accumulation, qui doit convertir le potentiel de
la chaudière en eau chaude sanitaire, l’est tout autant.

TANK PROTECTION
The tank s protected by an enamelled coating applied at
805°C, corresponding to the requirements of the DIN
4753 standard. This layer guarantees a long life for the
product.

devra être remise à l’usager.
Lire attentivement les avertissements de la notice, car ils
fournissent d’importants renseignements concernant la
sécurité d’installation, d’utilisation et d’entretien ; conserver soigneusement la notice pour toute consultation ultérieure. Cet appareil sert à produire et accumuler de l’eau
chaude ; par conséquent, il doit être raccordé à une installation de chauffage sanitaire et à la tuyauterie hydraulique, conformément à ses performances et à sa puissance. Il est interdit d’utiliser cet appareil à d’autres fins ; le
constructeur sera dégagé de toute responsabilité si
d’éventuels dommages sont dus à son utilisation incorrecte ou déraisonnable.

2. Lisez attentivement les instructions et les conseils
fournis, ils vous aideront à assurer la sécurité d'installation, d'utilisation et d'entretien de votre appareil.
3. L'installation est à la charge de l'acheteur et doit être
effectuée par un professionnel du secteur conformément
aux instructions du manuel.
4. Interdiction de toute utilisation de cet appareil autre
que celle prévue. Le fabricant ne peut en aucun cas être
tenu responsable de dommages dérivant d'une utilisation
impropre, incorrecte et déraisonnable ou du non respect
des instructions contenues dans ce manuel.
5. L'installation, l'entretien et toute autre intervention doivent être effectués par un professionnel du secteur
conformément aux réglementations applicables en la
matière et aux indications fournies par le fabricant.
6. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de
dommages subis par des personnes, des animaux ou des
choses des suites d'une mauvaise installation de l'appareil.
7. Ne laissez pas les éléments d'emballage (agrafes,
sachets plastique, polystyrène expansé, etc.) à la portée
des enfants, ils représentent des sources de danger.

dans le paragraphe correspondant.
13. Aucun objet inflammable ne doit se trouver à proximité de l'appareil.

8. Het is verboden het toestel te laten gebruiken door kinderen of onervaren personen.

11. De temperatuur van het warme water wordt geregeld
door een werkingsthermostaat (niet meegeleverd met het
toestel) die ook dienst doet als herstelveiligheid om
gevaarlijke temperatuurstijgingen te voorkomen.
12. De elektrische aansluiting uitvoeren zoals aangegeven in de betreffende paragraaf.
13. Er mag zich geen enkel brandbaar object bevinden in
de nabijheid van het toestel.

B) Connection of the water and preliminary operations
- Make sure that the generator’s useful thermal
power exceeds the power that the water
heater can absorb by more than 15%;
- Make sure that the pre-load pressure
and volumes of the secondary circuit’s

de kuip, dat een van de kabels (kuip of elektrode) is losgekoppeld, of dat er geen water in de kuip zit.
Uw waterverwarmer is dus goed beschermd als het groene
verklikkerlampje brandt en het rode verklikkerlampje is gedoofd.

Der elektronische Kreis ist an den 230 V-Stromkreis, an den zu
schützenden Tank und an die Titanelektrode angeschlossen, so
wie in der nachstehenden Abbildung erklärt.
Sie erkennen an der grünen Kontrollampe, die die Spannung an
den Stromkreis-enden anzeigt, daß Ihr System einwandfrei
funktioniert.
Im Fall von Defekt leuchtet die rote Kontrollampe auf, d.h. es
besteht ein Kurzschluß zwischen der Elektrode und dem Tank,
eines der Kabel (Tank oder Elektrode) hat sich gelöst oder der
Tank ist leer.
Ihr Warmwasserspeicher ist also richtig geschützt, wenn die
grüne
Kontrollampe aufleuchtet und die rote ausgeschaltet ist. Ist dies
nicht der Fall, wenden Sie sich an den Installateur.
OPMERKING VOOR DE INSTALLATEUR:
- Attention: toute intervention ne peut se faire que après avoir
couper l’alimentation électrique du réseau 230V. (vu la brièveté
de cette intervention, elle peut s’effectuer sans vidange de la
cuve, sans pour autant entraîner la corrosion.
- Le remplacement du circuit électronique s’effectue très simplement, sans vidanger la cuve, en:
- Débranchant les deux fils d’alimentation qui vont du circuit
électronique au bornier d’alimentation.
- Débranchant le connecteur rapide avec détrompeur qui relie le
circuit à la cuve et à I’électrode.
- Détachant le circuit électronique de son support (clips plastiques dans les 4 coins) et:
- En remplaçant le circuit défectueux par un nouveau, puis en
procédant en sens inverse aux opérations ci-dessus.
NOTIZ FÜR DEN INSTALLATEUR.
- Opgelet: altijd eerst de elektrische stroomtoevoer van het

- Verwijder de bevestiging van het elektronische circuit (plastic
clips in de 4 hoeken) en:
- Vervang het defecte circuit door een nieuw, en herhaal dan
deze handelingen in omgekeerde volgorde.
- Vergeet daarna niet de batterij terug in te schakelen.
DIAGNOSTIC DES PANNES DU CIRCUIT ELECTRONIQUE.
DIAGNOSE VAN DEFECTEN IN HET ELEKTRONISCHE CIRCUIT
1) La lampe verte n’est pas allumée:
- Vérifier si la prise d’alimentation du circuit est branchée (si
non, brancher la prise).
- Vérifier si le circuit électronique est alimenté (si non, remplacer le câble d’alimentation).
- Vérifié que la tension d’alimentation est bien de 230V. (si non,
assurer une alimentation en 230V.).
- Si toutes ces vérifications n’apportent rien, remplacer le circuit
électronique (installateur).

- Vérifier si le câble de connexion à la cuve est bien raccordé à
la cuve (si non, le raccorder correctement).
- Vérifier si les deux câbles sortant du connecteur rapide ne
sont pas endommagés, dénudés, etc (si oui, remplacer l’embase avec son électrode).
- Si toutes ces vérifications n’apportent rien, remplacer le circuit
électronique (installateur).
Demander l’intervention de votre installateur.

- Als al deze controles niets uithalen, vervang dan het elektronische circuit (installateur).
Neem a.u.b. contact op met uw installateur.
- Achtung : vor jedem Eingriff muß die Stromzufuhr unterbrochen werden (auf-grund der kurzen Dauer des Eingriffs kann
dies durchgeführt werden, ohne den Tank leeren zu müssen
und eine Korrosion zu verursachen).
- Der Austausch des elektronischen Kreises läßt sich ganz einfach ausführen, ohne den Tank zu leeren :
- Die beiden Stromkabel, die vom Stromkreis zu den
Anschlußstellen leiten, her-ausziehen.
- Den Schnellsteckverbinder mit Abweicher herausziehen, der
den Stromkreis mit dem Tank und der Elektrode verbindet.
- Den elektronischen Kreis von seiner Befestigung lösen
(Kunststoffklammer in den 4 Ecken) und:
- den defekten Stromkreis durch einen neuen ersetzen, und
dann die verschiedenen Teile in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie
oben wieder anschließen.
FESTSTELLUNG VON PANNEN AM ELEKTRONISCHEN
KREIS.
1. Die grüne Lampe leuchtet nicht auf.
- Überprüfen, ob der Stecker der Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist (anderenfalls den Stecker anschließen)
- Überprüfen, ob der elektronische Kreis mit Strom versorgt wird
(anderenfalls die Stromversorgungskabel ersetzen).
- Überprüfen, ob die Stromspannung bei 230 V liegt (anderenfalls eine Stromspannung von 230 V herstellen).
- Wenn die grüne Lampe danach nicht aufleuchtet, den elektronischen Kreis ersetzen.

To ensure the proper operation of the protection system, THIS
HAS TO BE PERMANENTLY CONNECTED TO 230V ELECTRICITY SUPPLY even in the event of shut-down of the hot
water initiator. To prevent risk to the hot water tank’s lifespan
when disconnecting the protection system for more than 2
hours, it is absolutely vital to empty the tank beforehand!!!
In addition to the 230V network, the electronic circuit is also

Proper operation of the protection is shown by a continuous
green pilot lamp, indicating that the circuit’s terminals are being

water in the tank.
Your hot water tank is thus properly protected when the green

Per poter disinserire il sistema di protezione per più di 2 ore

Oltre alla rete 230V, il circuito elettronico è collegato alla vasca
da proteggere e all’elettrodo di protezione in titanio, come raffigurato sullo schema sottostante.
Il corretto funzionamento del sistema di protezione viene segnalato dall’accensione continua della spia verde, segno delle presenza di tensione ai morsetti del circuito.
In caso di guasti, la spia rossa segnala che l’elettrodo è in cortocircuito con la vasca, che uno dei cavi è staccato (vasca o
elettrodo) o che non c’è acqua nella vasca.
Il vostro preparatore di acqua calda sarà quindi correttamente
protetto se la spia verde è accesa e quella rossa spenta. In caso
contrario, vi preghiamo di contattare il vostro installatore.

- Disinserire il connettore rapido dotato di valvola by-pass che
collega il circuito alla caldaia e all’elettrodo
- Staccare il circuito elettronico dal relativo supporto (clip in
plastica ai 4 angoli) e:
- Sostituire il circuito difettoso con un nuovo funzionante, procedere quindi in senso inverso alle operazioni sopramenzionate.

- If all these checks fail to locate the problem, replace the electronic circuit (installer).
2. The red pilot lamp is on:
- Check to see that the tank is filled with water (if not, fill it before carrying out the following checks);
- Check to see that the clip-on circuit connector is in the proper
position (if not, position correctly);
- Check to see that the electrode’s connection lead (which is
inserted through the base plate’s guide pin) is properly connected (to check this, gently pull on it) (if not, replace the base plate
with the electrode);
- Check to see that the connection lead to the tank is properly
connected to the tank (if not, connect properly);
- Check to see that the two leads from the clip-on circuit connector are not damaged, stripped, etc. (if so, replace the base plate
with the electrode);
- If all these checks fail to locate the problem, replace the electronic circuit (installer).

il suffit d’utiliser un chiffon humide et des produits appropriés en

du réservoir par le robinet de vidange ; puis ôter la trappe pour
pouvoir accéder à l’intérieur ; intervenir ensuite avec une brosse de plastique ou de bois afin d’éliminer les sédiments les plus
résistants ; nettoyer à nouveau et rincer avec un jet d’eau.
Pendant le nettoyage, veiller à ne pas endommager la protection interne du réservoir.
Dernière opération : remonter la trappe en appliquant un nouveau joint et remplir le réservoir en vérifiant qu’il n’y a aucune
fuite.

almeno una volta l’anno il calcare depositato nel serbatoio del

•modification des équipements d’origine, sans avis du constructeur ou emploi des pièces détachées non référencées par celuici.
• non entretien de l’appareil, et en particulier, non remplacement
de l’anode en temps utile (voir paragraphe « ENTRETIEN »).
Recommandations
Pour les régions où l’eau est très calcaire, l’utilisation d’un
adoucisseur n’entraîne pas de dérogation à notre garantie
sous réserve que l’adoucisseur soit réglé conformément
aux règles de l’art, vérifié et entretenu régulièrement. En
particulier: la dureté résiduelle ne peut être inférieure à
12°F.

geldende nationale normen en gebruik van een versleten veiligheidsgroep op een nieuw geïnstalleerde waterverwarmer.
. • wijziging van de instelling van de veiligheidsgroep na schending van de plombering.
. • abnormale corrosie te wijten aan een incorrecte hydraulische
aansluiting (rechtstreeks contact ijzer - koper).
•gebrekkige elektrische aansluiting niet conform met de geldende nationale installatienormen, incorrecte aarding, onvoldoende
kabeldoorsnede, niet naleven van de voorgeschreven aansluitingsschema’s, enz... (in het geval van de installatie van een
elektrische kit)
. • onder spanning plaatsen van het toestel zonder voorafgaandelijk de tank te vullen (droge verwarming).
Onvoldoende onderhoud :
. • abnormale kalkaanslag van de verwarmingselementen en de
veiligheidsorganen.
. • geen onderhoud van de veiligheidsgroep dat zich vertaalt in
overspanningen (zie instructies).
. • carrosserie onderhevig aan externe overlast.
•wijziging van de oorspronkelijke uitrustingen, zonder bericht
van de constructeur of gebruik van afzonderlijke stukken zonder
referentienummer door deze laatste.
• geen onderhoud van het toestel, en in het bijzonder, niet tijdig
vervangen van de anode (zie paragraaf « ONDERHOUD »).
Aanbevelingen
Voor de regio’s waar het water zeer kalkhoudend is, brengt
het gebruik van een waterontharder geen inbreuk op onze
garantie met zich mee, op voorwaarde dat de waterontharder wordt afgesteld overeenkomstig de regels van de
kunst, en dat hij regelmatig gecontroleerd en onderhouden
wordt. In het bijzonder mag de resterende hardheid niet
lager zijn dan 12°F.

für Arbeitszeit, Porto, Verpackung
und Fahrten gehen zu Lasten
des Benutzers. Der Austausch oder
die Reparatur eines Teils des Gerätes
kann in keinem Fall Anlass
zu Entschädigungen sein.
• von diversen Schäden aufgrund von
Stößen oder Stürzen bei Eingriffen nach
Werkauslieferung.
• von Wasserschäden, die durch sofortige
Reparatur des Warmwasserbereiters
vermeidbar gewesen wären. Die Garantie
gilt nur für den Warmwasserbereiter und
seine Teile mit Ausnahme der Elektrik
oder Hydraulik des Geräts oder Teilen
davon.
• von hoher Überspannung
der Stromversorgung (bei eingebautem
Elektrobausatz)).
Einer Anlage, die nicht den geltenden Vorschriften, nationalen
Normen und dem Stand der Technik entspricht.
Und zwar insbesondere:
.
• von fehlendem oder falsch montiertem
Sicherheitsaggregat.
• des Einbaus eines Sicherheitsaggregats,
das nicht den geltenden nationalen Norm
en entspricht und der Verwendung eines
gebrauchten Sicherheitsaggregats auf
einem neu installierten
Warmwasserbereiter.
. •Änderung der Einstellungen des
Sicherheitsaggregats nach Brechen der
Plombierung.
. anomaler Korrosion aufgrund eines
falschen Hydraulikanschlusses
(direkter Eisen-Kupfer-Kontakt)
• defektem nicht den geltenden nationalen
Installationsnormen entsprechendem
Elektroanschluss, falscher Erdung,
unzureichendem
Kabelquerschnitt, Nichtbefolgen der
vorgeschriebenen Anschlusspläne usw.
(bei eingebautem Elektrobausatz).
. Unterstromsetzung des Geräts ohne vorhe
riges Auffüllen (trocken Erhitzen).
Unzureichender Wartung:
. • anomaler Verkalkung der Heizelemente
und der Sicherheitskomponenten.
. • keine Wartung des Sicherheitsaggregats,
wodurch Überdruck entsteht
(siehe Anleitungen).
. starker Einwirkung auf das Gehäuse von
außen
• Änderung der Originalausrüstung ohne
Zustimmung des Herstellers oder
Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, die nicht von
ihm empfohlen sind.
• fehlender Wartung des Geräts,
insbesondere wenn die Anode nicht
zeitgerecht ausgetauscht wurde
(siehe Kapitel WARTUNG).
Empfehlungen
In Gegenden mit hohem Härtegrad des Wassers stellt die
Verwendung eines Entkalkungsgeräts keinen Grund für das
Erlöschen der Garantie dar, sofern das Entkalkungsgerät den
technischen Vorschriften entspricht und regelmäßig kontrolliert und gewartet wird. Besonderer Hinweis: Die Resthärte
darf nicht unter 12 °F liegen.

• alimentazione con acqua piovana, di pozzo, o che presenta
criteri di aggressività particolarmente anomali e non conformi
alle norme nazionali vigenti.
• la garanzia si limita al cambio o alla riparazione degli apparecchi e componenti che riconosceremo difettosi in origine. Se
necessario, il pezzo o il prodotto dovranno essere rinviati ad
una delle nostre fabbriche, solo dopo previo accordo dei nostri
servizi tecnici. Le spese di manodopera, di trasporto, d’imballaggio e di spostamento resteranno a carico dell’utente. Il cambio o la riparazione di un componente di un apparecchio non
possono in alcun caso essere risarciti.
• danni vari causati da shock o cadute durante la manipolazione dopo fornitura da parte della fabbrica.
• in particolare, i danni provocati dall’acqua che avrebbero potuto essere evitati tramite la riparazione immediata della caldaia.

Se excluyen de esta garantía las averías provocadas por:
• instalment in a place subjected to frost or bad weather;
• supply with rain or well water, or water with particularly abnormal aggressiveness criteria, non-compliant with the national

• the guarantee is limited to the exchange or repair of
appliances and components that we accepted to be originally
defective. If necessary, the part or product will have to be returned to one of our factories, but only after the prior consent of our
technical departments. Labour, shipping, packaging and travel
expenses shall be borne by the user. The exchange or repair of
a component of the appliance shall under no circumstances
entail compensation;
• various damages caused by shocks or falls during handling
after delivery ex factory;

repairing the water heater immediately. The guarantee shall

An installation that does not comply with the regulations, national standards and rules of the trade. In particular:
. • Safety assembly non-existent or incorrectly fitted;
• Safety assembly fitted in a way not compliant with the national
standards in force, and use of a worn safety assembly on a
newly installed water heater;
. • change of the safety assembly settings after the sealing has
been affected;
. • abnormal corrosion due to incorrect hydraulic connection
(direct contact of iron and copper);
•defective electrical connection non-compliant with the national
installation standards in force; incorrect earthing; insufficient
cable section; non-compliance with the stipulated connecting
diagrams, etc. (if an electric kit is installed);
. • Switching on the appliance without filling it beforehand (dry
heating).
Insufficient maintenance:
. • Abnormal scaling of the heating elements and safety organs;
. • Non maintenance of the safety assembly leading to overpressures (see instructions);
. • Case subjected to external aggressions;
• Change of original equipment without the manufacturer’s advice, or use of spare parts not referenced by the latter;
• Non maintenance of the appliance, and in particular, non
replacement of the anode in good time (see under “MAINTENANCE”).
Un’installazione non conforme alla regolamentazione, alle
norme nazionali vigenti e alle regole d’arte, in particolare :
. • assenza o montaggio non corretto del gruppo di sicurezza.
•montaggio di un gruppo di sicurezza non conforme alle norme
nazionali vigenti e utilizzazione di un gruppo di sicurezza deteriorato su una caldaia di nuova installazione.

•collegamento elettrico difettoso non conforme alle norme d’installazione vigenti, messa a terra scorretta, sezione di cavo
insufficiente, mancato rispetto dello schema di collegamento
prescritto, ecc... (nel caso d’installazione di un kit elettrico)
. • messa sotto tensione dell’apparecchio senza riempimento
preliminare (combustione a secco).
Una manutenzione insufficiente :
. • incrostazione anormale degli elementi riscaldanti e degli
organi di sicurezza.
. • mancata manutenzione del gruppo di sicurezza che ha causato sovrapressioni (vedi istruzioni).
. • carrozzeria sottoposta ad aggressioni esterne.
•modifica delle apparecchiature d’origine, senza parere del costruttore o utilizzazione di pezzi di ricambio non indicati da
quest’ultimo.
• mancata manutenzione dell’apparecchio e, in particolare,
mancata sostituzione dell’anodo in tempo utile (vedi paragrafo
« MANUTENZIONE »).
Recommendations
For regions where the water is very hard, a water softener
that does not depart from our guarantee should be used,
provided it is set in accordance with the rules of the trade,

un addolcitore non comporta deroghe alla nostra garanzia

Condiciones ambientales anormales :

• la garantía se limita al cambio o a la reparación de los aparatos y componentes que hemos reconocido defectuosos de
fábrica. Si es necesario, la pieza o el producto deberá volver a
una de nuestras fábricas, pero sólo tras acuerdo previo de
nuestros servicios técnicos. Los gastos de mano de obra,
envío, embalaje y desplazamiento quedan a cargo del usuario.
El cambio o la reparación de un componente de un aparato no
puede, en ningún caso, dar lugar a una indemnización.
• daños diversos ocasionados por choques o caídas durante la
manipulación después de la entrega de fábrica
• particularmente, daños de agua que habrían podido evitarse
con una reparación inmediata del calentador de agua. La
garantía sólo se aplica al calentador de agua y a sus componentes, con exclusión de todo o parte de la instalación eléctrica
o hidráulica del aparato.
• alimentación eléctrica que presenta sobretensiones importantes (en el caso de instalación de un kit eléctrico)
Una instalación no conforme con la reglamentación, las normas
nacionales vigentes y las reglas del arte. Particularmente:
. • ausencia o montaje incorrecto del grupo de seguridad
• montaje de un grupo de seguridad no conforme con las normas nacionales vigentes o utilización de un grupo de seguridad
usado sobre un calentador de agua nuevo
. • modificación del reglaje del grupo de seguridad después de
romper el precinto de seguridad.
. • corrosión anormal debido a una conexión hidráulica incorrecta (contacto directo hierro - cobre).
• conexión eléctrica defectuosa no conforme a las normas de
instalación nacionales vigentes, puesta a tierra incorrecta, sección de cable insuficiente, no respeto de los esquemas de
conexión prescritos, etc... (en el caso de instalación de un kit
eléctrico)
. • puesta bajo tensión del aparato sin relleno previo (calentamiento en seco).
Un mantenimiento insuficiente:
. • depósito anormal de incrustaciones sobre los elementos
calentadores y los órganos de seguridad
. • falta de mantenimiento del grupo de seguridad que produce
sobretensiones (ver instrucciones)
. • carcasa sometida a agresiones exteriores
• modificación de los equipamientos de origen, sin avisar al
fabricante o empleo de piezas de recambio no autorizadas por
el mismo
• falta de mantenimiento del aparato y, particularmente, falta de
reemplazo del ánodo en el momento adecuado (ver párrafo
“MANTENIMIENTO”).
Recomendaciones
Para las regiones en las que el agua es muy dura, la utilización de un descalcarizador no significa una derogación
a nuestra garantía, bajo reserva de que el descalcarizador
esté regulado conforme a las reglas del arte, con verificaciones y mantenimientos regulares. Más particularmente la
dureza residual no puede ser inferior a 12°F.
