Le tariffe pubblicate nella guida sono quelle dichiarate dai gestori degli esercizi ricettivi per l’anno 2010

L
’Amministrazione Provinciale di Oristano rinnova ancora una volta la tradizione
ormai pluridecennale, che è anche dovere istituzionale, di realizzare la guida
all’ospitalità della Provincia di Oristano.
Ovviamente resta intatto il significato originario della guida, quello di catalogo
esauriente e completo (ad eccezione delle aziende agrituristiche che esulano dalle
competenze di questa Amministrazione) sulla consistenza e sulle tariffe degli esercizi
ricettivi esistenti nel territorio. A ciò si aggiunge un elenco di indirizzi utili su luoghi di
interesse e servizi che aiuteranno il visitatore a trascorrere un soggiorno migliore.
Quest’anno il rinnovamento ha interessato anche la grafica, con l’aggiunta di
immagini e qualche tocco di colore in più che rendono più accattivante l’opuscolo.
La scelta delle immagini non è stata casuale. Esse, pur essendo riconducibili a luoghi

precisi e facilmente individuabili, non rappresentano dei riferimenti geografici. Sono
piuttosto delle “immagini-simbolo”, che parlano a coloro che vorranno soggiornare
nel nostro territorio indicando quali sono gli elementi che caratterizzano l’offerta
turistica della Provincia di Oristano: ambiente, archeologia, artigianato tipico,
enogastronomia, golf, sport nautici, tradizioni, trekking. Sulla valorizzazione di questi
settori si stanno concentrando le forze di questa Amministrazione e del Sistema
Turistico Locale, con la creazione di Club di Prodotto e l’ideazione di pacchetti turistici
che ne consentano la fruizione.
Concludiamo rinnovando, come nel passato, l’augurio di buone vacanze a chi, anche
grazie a questa guida, sceglierà di visitare il nostro territorio, e l’augurio di buon
lavoro e di una proficua stagione agli operatori del settore.

NORME DI APPLICAZIONE DELLE TARIFFE ALBERGHIERE
I dati inerenti agli esercizi elencati nel presente annuario sono stati desunti dalla comunicazione dei prezzi presentata dai titolari delle aziende ricettive disciplinate dalle L.R. N. 22 del
1984 e N. 27 del 1998. I dati sulle attrezzature e sulle tariffe degli esercizi elencati nel presente annuario sono pubblicati al solo scopo divulgativo, per cui si declina ogni responsabilità per
possibili errori di stampa o per involontarie omissioni. Nel caso in cui siano indicate due serie di prezzi sovrapposte per lo stesso esercizio, la prima si applica nel periodo di bassa stagione e la seconda in quello di alta stagione.
Il prezzo della camera non può essere superiore a quello indicato nell'apposita tabella dei prezzi che dovrà essere
esposta nel bureau di ogni esercizio, e riportato nell'apposito cartellino applicato all'interno di ogni camera. La
consumazione della prima colazione è facoltativa. La relativa tariffa potrà essere addebitata (separatamente dalla tariffa della camera) solo se tale prestazione sarà stata espressamente richiesta dal cliente. Per un letto aggiunto posto in una camera a due letti potrà applicarsi una maggiorazione del prezzo della camera stessa. In ogni
caso il letto aggiunto potrà essere posto solo nelle camere aventi adeguate dimensioni e su richiesta del cliente. I
turisti che avessero da rilevare l'applicazione di prezzi superiori a quelli pubblicati nel presente annuario e non ottenessero sufficiente soddisfazione da parte dell'albergatore, potranno presentare documentato reclamo alla Provincia di Oristano - Settore Attività Culturali e Turistiche - piazza Eleonora 19 - 09170 Oristano. Eventuali reclami
dovuti a disservizi nelle prestazioni dovranno essere presentati al Comune di appartenenza dell'esercizio.
PER OGNI ESERCIZIO ALBERGHIERO È INDICATO
Nella prima colonna il livello di classificazione (se preceduto da A.R. è riferito a una residenza turistica alberghiera - soggiorno minimo 7 giorni). Nella seconda colonna:
a) denominazione dell'esercizio;
b) numero camere, letti e bagni tra parentesi;
c) periodo di apertura in cifre romane; quando non è indicato si intende che l'esercizio è aperto tutto l'anno;
d) indirizzo, numero telefono, numero telefax, numero telex ed eventualmente altro recapito;
e) segni convenzionali dell'attrezzatura e dei servizi di cui dispongono gli esercizi. Nella terza, quarta, quinta e sesta colonna i prezzi giornalieri minimi e massimi praticati per le camere senza bagno e con bagno a uno e due letti. Nella settima e ottava colonna i prezzi giornalieri minimi e massimi, per persona, del trattamento di mezza pensione, escluse le bevande, che si applicano per un soggiorno non inferiore a tre giorni. Nella nona e decima colonna i prezzi giornalieri minimi e massimi, per persona, del trattamento di pensione completa, escluse le bevande,
che si applicano per un soggiorno non inferiore a tre giorni. Nell'undicesima colonna il prezzo della prima colazione. Qualora sia riportata la dizione “Inclusa” la colazione è gratuita.
CONDITIONS D’APPLICATION DES PRIX D’HÔTEL
Les renseignements concernant les établissements indiqués dans ce guide sont basés sur
les déclarations des prix présentées par les propriétaires ou les gérants des établissements
d’hébergement réglementés par les Lois Régionales n. 22 de 1984 et n. 27 de 1998. Les renseignements contenus dans ce guide sont publiés à titre purement indicatif. La Province d’Oristano
décline toute responsabilité en cas d’erreurs ou d’omissions.
Lorsque deux séries de prix sont indiquées pour le même établissement, la première série s’applique hors saison,
la deuxième pendant la période de pleine saison. Le prix de la chambre ne peut être supérieur à celui indiqué sur
le tableau des prix affiché à la réception de l’hôtel et dans toutes les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est facultatif. Il
ne devra être payé (séparé du prix de la chambre) que si le client demande expressément ce service. Pour un lit
supplémentaire dans une chambre à deux lits une majoration du prix de la chambre pourra être appliquée. De
toute façon le lit supplémentaire ne peut être placé que dans les chambres ayant des dimensions adéquates, et
sur demande du client. Les touristes qui constateraient l’application de prix supérieurs à ceux indiqués sur ce
guide et qui n’obtiendraient pas satisfaction de la part de l’hôtelier peuvent présenter une réclamation à: Provincia di Oristano – Settore Attività Culturali e Turistiche - piazza Eleonora 19 - 09170 Oristano. Toute réclamation
concernant les prestations de l’hôtel doit être adressée à la Mairie de l’endroit.
POUR CHAQUE HÔTEL
Dans la première colonne: la catégorie. “A.R.” signifie résidence de tourisme (séjour minimum: 7 jours).
Dans la deuxième colonne:
a) le nom de l’établissement;
b) le nombre de chambres, de lits et de salles de bains entre parenthèses;
c) période d’ouverture en chiffres romains; quand cette indication manque l’établissement est ouvert toute
l’année;
d) adresse, numéros de téléphone, télécopie et télex et, entre parenthèses, l’adresse en période de fermeture;
e) signes conventionnels des équipements et des services dont disposent les établissements.
Dans la troisième, la quatrième, la cinquième et la sixième colonne, les prix minimum et maximum par jour des
chambres sans et avec salle de bains, à un lit et à deux lits. Dans la septième et la huitième colonne, les prix minimum et maximum par personne et par jour de demi-pension, boissons non comprises, appliqués pour un séjour
d’au moins trois jours. Dans la neuvième et la dixième colonne, les prix minimum et maximum par personne et
par jour de pension complète, boissons non comprises, appliqués pour un séjour d’au moins trois jours. Dans la
onzième colonne, le prix du petit déjeuner. L’indication “inclusa” signifie que le petit déjeuner est gratuit.
HOTEL PRICES
The information about the hotels listed in this year-book is given on the basis of the price
statement presented by the hotel-keepers (L.R. n. 22, 1984 and L.R. n. 27, 1998).
The Province of Oristano accepts no responsibility for any error or misrepresentation. When
two different series of prices are given for the same hotel, they refer to low and high season rates.
Room prices must not be higher than the prices shown at the reception desk and in the rooms.
Breakfast is optional. It is charged as an extra, and it must be requested by guests.
When an extra bed is put in a room with twin beds, an additional charge may be applied. In any case extra beds
may only be added to rooms of adequate size and only when guests specifically request it.
Hotel guests who should be charged higher prices than those shown here, and not be satisfied by the management’s explanation, may lodge a formal complaint, with documentary evidence, to Provincia di Oristano –
Settore Attività Culturali e Turistiche - piazza Eleonora 19 - 09170 Oristano.
Complaints regarding bad service should be presented to the Town Hall.
FOR EACH HOTEL THE FOLLOWING INDICATIONS ARE SHOWN
In the first column: star grading. “A.R.” stands for services apartments (minimum stay: 7 days).
In the second column:
a) name of the hotel;
b) number of rooms, beds and baths between brackets;
c) opening period, in Roman numbers; if no dates are given the hotel is open all the year round.
d) address, telephone number, fax, telex and address when the hotel is closed (between brackets);
e) hotel facilities symbols.
In the third, fourth, fifth and sixth columns the minimum and maximum overnight prices, for single and double
bedrooms with and without private bath.
In the seventh and eighth columns the minimum and maximum half-board rates, per person, per day, exclusive of
drinks, for stays of no less than 3 days.
In the ninth and tenth columns the minimum and maximum full-board rates, per person, per day, exclusive of
drinks, for stays of no less than 3 days.
In the eleventh column the price for breakfast. “Inclusa” means that breakfast is free.
VORSCHRIFTEN FÜR HOTELTARIFE
Die Angaben über die in diesem Jahrbuch aufgeführten Hotels sind aus den Tarifanmeldungen
der Besitzer entnommen worden, regionales Landesgesetz (L.R. n. 22, 1984 und L.R. 27, 1998).
Die Preisangaben aller Strukturen in diesem Jahrbuch sind nur zum Zweck der Verbreiterung. Wir
können leider keine Verantwortung für Druckfehler und unfreiwillige Unterlassungen übernehmen. Bei Angaben von zwei verschieden Preisen in der Preisspalte bezieht sich der erste Preis auf die Vor - und Nachsaison und
der zweite auf die Hauptsaison. Der Zimmerpreis darf den in der Preisliste aufgeführten Preis nicht überschreiten, und
es ist Pflicht, diese Preisliste sowohl in der Reception des Hotels als auch in jedem Zimmer auszuhängen. Der Verzehr
des Frühstücks ist fakultativ. Der dafür gültige Preis darf dem Gast nur dann verrechnet werden (separat vom Zimmerpreis) wenn er ausdrücklich diese Leistung verlangt hat. Für ein Zusatzbett in einem Zweibettzimmer darf ein höhere Zimmerpreis verrechnet werden. Auf jeden Fall darf das Zusatzbett nur in solche Zimmer gestellt werden, wo genügend Raum vorhanden ist und nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Kunden. Gäste, denen höhere Preise verrechnet
worden sind, als die in diesem Verzeichnis angegeben, können - falls der Hotelier die Reklamation nicht zufriedenstellend beantwortet hat - sich an das zuständige Fremdenverkehrsamt der entsprechenden örtlichen Gemeindeverwaltung wenden Provincia di Oristano – Settore Attività Culturali e Turistiche - piazza Eleonora 19 - 09170 Oristano.
Und eine Beschwerde einreichen, die dokumentierbar sein muss. Eventuelle Beschwerden über Minderleistungen sollen an die örtliche Gemeindeverwaltung gerichtet werden.
FÜR JEDES HOTEL IST FOLGENDES ANGEGEBEN
In der ersten Spalte die Kategorie. “A.R.” bezieht sich auf Hotel-Apartment Anlagen (Mindestaufenthalt 7 Tage).
In der zweiten Spalte:
a) Name des Hotels;
b) Anzahl der Zimmer, Betten und Badezimmer in Klammern;
c) Öffnungszeiten in römischen Ziffern; wenn nicht angegeben ist zu verstehen, dass der Betrieb ganzjährig geöffnet
ist;
d) Adresse, Telefon-Nr., Telefax-Nr., Telex-Nr., und in Klammern Kontaktadresse;
e) Konventionelle Zeichen der verschiedenen Einrichtungen und Leistungen der Hotels.
In der dritten, vierten, fünften und sechsten Spalte die Mindest - und Höchsttagespreise für Ein - oder Zweibettzimmer mit oder ohne Bad. In der siebten und achten Spalte die Mindest-und Höchsttagespreise pro Person für Halbpension, Getränke ausgeschlossen. Diese Preise sind gültig für einen Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Tagen. In der neunten und
zehnten Spalte die Mindest-und Höchsttagespreise pro Person für Vollpension, Getränke ausgeschlossen. Diese Preise sind gültig für einen Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Tage. In der elften Spalte die Preise für das Frühstück; wo “Inclusa"
steht, ist das Frühstück gratis.

NORME DI APPLICAZIONE DELLE TARIFFE DEI CAMPEGGI E DEI VILLAGGI
TURISTICI
I dati inerenti agli esercizi elencati nel presente annuario sono stati desunti dalla
comunicazione dei prezzi presentata dai titolari.
Nel caso in cui siano indicate due serie di prezzi per lo stesso esercizio, la prima si applica nel
periodo di bassa stagione e la seconda in quello di alta.
I prezzi applicati non potranno essere superiori a quelli indicati nell’apposita tabella dei prezzi esposta
all’ufficio ricevimento.
I turisti che avessero da rilevare l’applicazione di prezzi superiori a quelli pubblicati nel presente annuario
e non ottenessero sufficiente soddisfazione da parte dell’esercente, potranno presentare documentato
reclamo alla Provincia di Oristano – Settore Attività Culturali e Turistiche - piazza Eleonora, 19 - 09170
Oristano.
Eventuali reclami dovuti a disservizi nelle prestazioni dovranno essere presentati al Comune di
appartenenza dell’esercizio.
PER OGNI ESERCIZIO È INDICATO
Nella prima colonna la categoria in ordine decrescente con l’indicazione C se trattasi di campeggio o VT se
trattasi di villaggio turistico.
Nella seconda colonna:
a) denominazione dell’esercizio;
b) periodo di apertura in cifre romane; quando non è indicato si intende che l’esercizio è aperto tutto
l’anno;
c) indirizzo, numero di telefono, numero di telefax ed eventualmente il recapito durante il periodo di
chiusura;
d) segni convenzionali dell’attrezzatura e dei servizi di cui dispongono gli esercizi. Nella terza colonna il
numero delle piazzole, delle unità abitative e degli ospiti.
Nelle colonne dalla quarta alla dodicesima rispettivamente le tariffe minime e massime per gli adulti, i
bambini, la piazzola, i bungalows (a quattro o cinque posti), le roulottes, le tende e la doccia calda.

Les renseignements concernant les établissements indiqués dans ce guide sont basés
sur les déclarations des prix présentées par les propriétaires.
Lorsque deux séries de prix sont indiquées pour le même établissement, la première série
s’applique hors saison, la deuxième pendant la période de pleine saison.

POUR CHAQUE ÉTABLISSEMENT SONT INDIQUÉS
Dans la première colonne la catégorie par ordre décroissant, le signe C signifiant camping, le signe VT
village de vacances.
Dans la deuxième colonne:
a) le nom de l’établissement;
b) la période d’ouverture en chiffres romains; lorsqu’elle n’est pas indiquée
l’établissement est ouvert toute l’année;
c) l’adresse, les numéros de téléphone, de télécopie et, entre parenthèses, l’adresse
en période de fermeture;
d) les signes conventionnels concernant l’équipement et les services dont disposent
les établissements.
Dans la troisième colonne, le nombre d’emplacements, de bungalows et le nombre maximum de clients.
De la quatrième à la douzième colonne, les prix minimum et maximum pour les adultes, pour les enfants,
pour l’emplacement, pour les bungalows (à quatre ou cinq places), pour les caravanes, pour les tentes et
pour les douches chaudes.

The information about the establishments listed in this year-book is given on the basis
of the price statement presented by the managers.
When two different series of prices are given for the same establishment, they refer to low
and high season rates.
Actual prices must not be higher than the prices shown at the reception desk.
Tourists who should be charged higher prices than those shown here, and not be satisfied by the
management’s explanation, may lodge a formal complaint, with documentary evidence, to Provincia di
Oristano – Settore Attività Culturali e Turistiche - piazza Eleonora, 19 - 09170 Oristano.
Complaint regarding bad service should be presented to the Town Hall.
THE FOLLOWING INDICATIONS ARE SHOWN FOR EACH CAMPING PARK OR HOLIDAY VILLAGE
In the first column: star grading. “C” stands for camping park , “VT” for holiday village.
In the second column:
a) name;
b) opening period, in Roman numbers; if no dates are given the establishment is open
all the year round;
c) address, telephone number, fax, and address when the establishment is closed (between brackets);
d) symbols of the facilities available in the establishment.
In the third column the number of pitches, bungalows and guests.
From the fourth to the twelfth columns the minimum and maximum rates for adults, children, pitches,
bungalows (for four or five people), caravans, tents and hot showers.

Die in diesem Jahrbuch aufgeführten Preisangaben sind aus den Tarifanmeldungen der
Inhaber entnommen worden.
Bei Angaben von zwei verschieden Preisen in der Preisspalte bezieht sich der erste Preis
auf die Vor - und Nachsaison und der zweite auf die Hauptsaison
Die in der Preistabelle aufgeführten Tarife, welche in der Reception auszuhängen ist, dürfen die in diesem
Jahrbuch in der Preisspalte angegeben Tarife nicht überschreiten.
Gäste, denen höhere Preise verrechnet worden sind, als die in diesem Verzeichnis angegebenen, Können falls der Hotelier die Reklamation nicht zufriedenstellend beantwortet hat sich an das zuständige
Fremdenverkehrsamt der entsprechenden örtlichen Gemeindeverwaltung wenden und an die Provincia
di Oristano – Settore Attività Culturali e Turistiche - piazza Eleonora, 19 - 09170 Oristano.
Und eine Beschwerde einreichen, die dokumentierbar sein muss.
Eventuelle Beschwerden über Minderleistungen sollen an die örtliche Gemeindeverwaltung gerichtet
werden.
FÜR JEDEN CAMPINGPLATZ IST FOLGENDES ANGEGEBEN
In der ersten Spalte die Kategorie in abnehmender Reihenfolge mit folgender Markierung: C =
Campingplatz, VT = Feriendorf.
In der zweiten Spalte
a) Name des Betriebes;
b) Öffnungszeiten in römischen Ziffern; wenn der Betrieb geschlossen ist, wenn nichts angegeben ist zu
verstehen, dass der Betrieb ganzjährig geöffnet ist;
c) Adresse, Telefon-Nr., Telefax-Nr., Telex-Nr., und in Klammern Kontaktadresse;
d) Konventionelle Zeichen der verschiedenen Einrichtungen und Leistungen der Betriebe.
In der dritten Spalte die Anzahl der Rastplätze, der Bungalows sowie die Personenanzahl.
In der Spalte vier bis zwölf die Mindest - und Höchsttarife für Erwachsene, Kinder, Rastplätze, Bungalows
(vier oder fünf Plätze) Wohnwagen, Zelte sowie der warmen Duschen.
