FRONTALE
Carta realizzata con fibre di pura cellulosa vergine e fibre sintetiche. La superficie è naturale con finitura vellum, ottima resistenza alla
piegatura e alla cordonatura.
Stampabilità
Per ottenere l’effetto di trasparenza caratteristico di Moondream, nella stampa a caldo senza foil è consigliabile lavorare ad una temperatura intorno ai
140/150° con pressioni leggermente superiori alla media. Durante questa lavorazione alcune fibre presenti in Moondream potrebbero depositarsi sul
punzone; si suggerisce quindi di pulirlo dai residui che in modo particolare riempiono l’occhio del carattere, o le piccole superfici chiuse. La normale
stampa a caldo con foil, utilizzando nastri standard, non richiede particolari accorgimenti (da verificare la reattività con nastri speciali). E’ sconsigliabile il
termorilievo. Moondream è adatto alla stampa offset; per raggiungere risultati ottimali si consiglia l’utilizzo di un primer e di ridurre al minimo la
bagnatura. Utilizzare inchiostri ossidativi o ancor meglio inchiostri superossidativi per plastica.

ADESIVO
Extra - permanente - Base gomma sintetica SBR in dispersione acquosa con tackifier; valori di adesione e coesione elevati. Buon "tack"
iniziale su superfici "difficili" ed apolari (PE,PP). Particolarmente adatto per l'etichettatura di contenitori in vetro, ha buona adesione a
basse temperature, anche con una leggera condensa. L'adesivo, abbinato ad un frontale di tipo wet strength, ha una eccellente resistenza
al test del "cestello del ghiaccio" (settore enologico). Ottima resistenza ad olii e creme cosmetiche.
Certificazioni
Adesivo conforme a: Art.3 Regolamento EC1935/2004, FDA 21.CFR175.105, EN71 Regolamento giocattoli. L'adesivo non contiene: APEO,
ftalati, idrocarburi aromatici policiclici, difeniletere polibrominato, tensiattivi perfluorinati, bisfenolo A.

Paper produced with wood-free primary pulp and synthetic fibres. The surface is naturaI with wellum finish, good resistance to creasing
and foIding.
Printability
In order to obtain the transparent effect when converting Moondream, it is advisable to use the hot stamping without foil technique at a temperature of
140-150°C with a pressure slightly higher than generally used for this type of conversion. During this process some fibres used in the manufacture of
Moondream may migrate to the die. It is recommended that care is taken to ensure that the die is kept clean at all times, with special attention taken
where fine text or details are involved. When converting Moondream, standard hot foil blocking techniques can be applied. However it is recommended
to test the reactivity of special foils. Thermography is not recommended. Moondream is suitable for offset printing; to achieve excellent results it is
advisable to use a primer and to minimize the amount of water used during printing. It is recommended the use of oxidizing inks or super-oxidizing inks
typically used for printing on plastic.

ADHESIVE
Extra permanent - Synthetic rubber based (SBR) adhesive in water dispersion, with tackifier; high adhesion and cohesion values. Good
"initial tack" on "difficult", non-polar surfaces (PE, PP). Especially designed for labelling glass containers, it gives good adhesion at low
temperatures, even with a slight condensation. The adhesive, combined with a wet strength facing, has excellent resistance to "ice bucket"
test (oenological sector). Very good resistance to oils and cosmetic creams.
