E’ da definire se i SAPR che operano in impieghi “governativi” “di prassi” siano aeromobili di Stato anche quando operati da «civili» che forniscono servizi. L’assenza di un chiaro sistema «sanzionatorio» favorisce la proliferazione di operatori «abusivi» 15 SBI/STG Problematiche per l’utilizzo di SAPR 2/2 Accettazione pubblica dello strumento RPAS • «Eye in the sky» syndrome Gestione «sicura» dei dati e delle informazioni • • Sicurezza e safety del link di comando e controllo Privacy e gestione dei dati sensibili L’affidabilità HW e SW dei sistemi è da quantificare: per permettere l’operazione senza la necessità di segregare le aree 16 SBI/STG Conclusioni Stiamo assistendo alla nascita di un nuovo ramo dell’Aviazione, che presenta caratteri di novità rispetto all’aviazione classica. L’economicità di uso «tout court» è da verificare, ma esistono ambiti di utilizzo che già ora risultano essere maggiormente promettenti.
