Drench with 10oz VermaPlex®per 1 gallon of water. Drench with 1 to 3 gallons as needed. APPLICATION RATES FOR NEW MAINTENANCE Type Soil Perennials & Small Shrubs (3") Trees Perennials & Small Shrubs Per Inch Medium to Large Diameter Sandy soils with high organic matter content 1 LB Pure Black Castings™ 3 LB Pure Black Castings™ ½ LB Pure Black Castings™ per Inch Soils with silt greater than 25% 2 LB Pure Black Castings™ 4 LB Pure Black Castings™ 1 ½ LB Pure Black Castings™ per Inch Silt loan to clay soils 3 LB Pure Black Castings™ per Gallon 5 LB Pure Black Castings™ per Gallon 2 ½ LB Pure Black Castings™ per Inch Top dress shrubs and apply 12 oz. VermaPlex™ in 1-2 gallons of water per 1000 sq. ft. For trees, drill 2 inch holes around the drip line and fill with Pure Black Castings™ and drench with VermaPlex™ .
