Einbau in jeder Lage. Durchfluß in Pfeilrichtung. Einfriersicher
bei Durchfluß von oben nach unten und sichergestelltem
Ablauf.
Einregulieren nicht erforderlich. Für alle Betriebsverhältnisse
innerhalb der obengenannten Druckbereiche gilt die vom Werk
vorgenommene Einstellung.
Glühbehandlung nur auf den engeren Schweißnahtbereich
beschränken. Auf keinen Fall darf das Gehäuse zum Glühen
komplett einisoliert werden.
Glühbehandlung sollte mittels Widerstandsglühung vorgenommen werden.
Bei Gasglühung muß der Thermovitregler ausgebaut werden.

Installation in any position. Flow in the direction of arrow. No
freezing when condensate is freely discharged downwards.
Adjustment not required. The basic setting made at the factory
is right for all conditions within the operating range.
Annealing must be restricted to the region of the welds. The
steam trap must not be completely insulated during heat
treatment.
The resistance annealing process should be applied. If gas
annealing is used, the regulator must be removed beforehand.

Montage: Dans n’importe quelle position. Passage dans le sens
de la flèche. Lorsque le purgeur est monté sur tuyauterie verticale, le condensat peut s’écouler librement et tout risque de
gel est ainsi écarté.
Réglage: N’est pas nécessaire, le réglage de base donné en
usine convient pour toute la plage de fonctionnement de
l’appareil.
Limiter le récuit à l’étendue des cordons de soudure. Dans aucun
cas, ne calorifuger le purgeur complet.
Nous recommandons de n’effectuer le récuit que par récuit à
résistance. Dans le cas du récuit au gaz, le régulateur doit être
enlevé auparavant.

Montaje: En cualquier posición. Circulación en dirección de la
flecha. No existe riesgo de congelación con circulación de arriba
abajo y con evacuación constante asegurada.
Ajuste: No es necesario ya que con el ajuste básico (de fábrica)
se auto-adapta a las condiciones de servicio.
El recocido debe limitarse a la zona de las costuras de soldadura. No debe aislarse, de ninguna manera, todo el cuerpo
del purgador.
Este tratamiento térmico debe realizarse mediante el proceso
de recocido por resistencia.
En caso de recocido en gas debe desmontarse anteriormente
el regulador Thermovit.

Per ulteriori dati vedasi targhetta sul corpo.
Installazione: In qualsiasi posizione. Flusso concorde con la
freccia riportata sul corpo. Condizioni di incongelabilità solo se
lo scaricatore viene montato su linee verticali e con flusso dall’alto
verso il basso e con scarico libero.
Taratura: Non richiesta. La taratura eseguita in fabbrica copre
tutte le condizioni comprese nel campo di funzionamento dello
scaricatore.
Ricottura: Limitare la ricottura alla sola zona delle saldature.
La zona centrale dello scaricatore non deve essere coibentata
durante la ricottura.
Se la ricottura viene eseguita con fiamma libera è necessario
smontare il gruppo di regolazione «Thermovit».
