Cunningham Lindsey Group e Gruppo Lercari sono
lieti di annunciare di aver sottoscritto un accordo
per estendere la loro già proficua collaborazione nel settore delle perizie assicurative al campo della prestazione di Servizi di TPA (Third Party
Administrator)
su
scala
internazionale.
Cunningham Lindsey Group and Gruppo Lercari
are pleased to announce that they have signed an
agreement
that
extends
their
fruitful
collaboration
to
the
coordinated
provision of international TPA services.
La nuova struttura organizzativa è stata
disegnata in modo da erogare alla Clientela un
servizio gestionale TPA a livello di eccellenza
e con la massima flessibilità in aree territoriali
nelle quali la divisione di TPA di Cunningham
Lindsey InTrust non era in precedenza operativa.
L’ accordo consentirà, quindi, di mettere a fattor
comune gli skills ed il know how dei due Gruppi
in questa area di business garantendo un’ancor più
capillare copertura territoriale a livello mondiale.
In particolare, Cunningham Lindsey Group
continuerà a fornire servizi peritali e di TPA in
tutti i Paesi in cui è già presente, mentre Gruppo
Lercari - facendo leva sulla esperienza
ultradecennale maturata attraverso la propria
controllata SIRCUS S.r.l. - estenderà la
propria
sfera
d’azione
in
altri
30
ulteriori
Paesi
attraverso
la
propria
controllata
con
base
a
Londra
Lercari
International
Ltd.
Sia
Sircus,
sia
Lercari
International
opereranno utilizzando i nuovi marchi “Lercari
International in association with InTrust” e
“Sircus in association with InTrust” e la lista dei 30
Paesi che saranno coperti da Lercari International

The new organization is designed to provide to
the clients top quality and versatile TPA services
in areas where inTrust/ Cunningham Lindsey is
not currently represented. This agreement will
combine the skills and capabilities of the two
Groups to provide a further geographic cover.
Cunnigham Lindsey Group will continue to
operate Loss adjusting and TPA services in
all the countries where it is already present,
while Gruppo Lercari will provide TPA
services in 30 additional countries through its
London-based subsidiary Lercari International Ltd,
as well as in Italy where Gruppo Lercari is already
active in the TPA business by more than a decade
through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sircus S.r.l..
Both Lercari International and Sircus will work under
the new brands “Lercari International in association
with InTrust” and “Sircus in association with InTrust”
and the list of the 30 territories that will be served
