we hereby grant you the non-exclusive right to use the DQC mark for identification of these lubricating
oils within the scope of sale of the released lubricating oils under the conditions of our Company
Standard H 0685-3 (issue February 2011) which you have accepted without restrictions.
We recommend the claim language: Approved according DEUTZ DQC IV-10.
This right only becomes effective with payment of the fee of 2000 Euro.
The right according to sentence 1 of this letter expires automatically on 2017-01-31. DEUTZ's right to
revoke the right at any time for good reason remains unaffected.
