SOLID ABRASIVE COMPOUND
We have a wide range of solid abrasives that can satisfy
finishing requirements on metals and alloys such as:
iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass copper,
gold, silver.
The range includes traditionals cheap YELLOW AND RED COMPOUNDS, made
from calcined or natural tripoli, BLACK ABRASIVES with emery, and the most
highly regarded compounds, with marked abrasive and buffing properties,
made with the choicest aluminium oxides (AL2 O3).
These solid compounds are produced in standard sizes for manual cleaning, or
in different sizez for automatic machines provided with feeders.

n.b.:
As all of our articles, can be used in combination with polishing paste in order to determine the
finishing quality at the end of production, to be for used in rough-hewing or pre-cleaning and to
perform an accurate finishing. The sisal cotton discs are more resistant to the abrasion also they
are particularly indicates to you for not regular pieces with burr.

Abrasive paste for metal finishing Solid pastes for precious metals
The production of solid abrasive pastes in the field of precious metals selects a
number of specific items which can surely satisfy the most exclusive handcraft
standards
in
polishing
and
mirror-polishing
of
gold
and
silver.
These products are part of an exclusive line in our production, resulting from a close
selection of top-grade raw materials, to get excellent finishing of products.

LIQUID antibacterial ABRASIVE COMPOUNDS
Abrasive pastes have succeed quite a lot due to their characteristics which
stand them out.
Critical features are homogeneity, top-grade adhesive force at disk and high
lubricating power which decrease wear of disks.
A steady demand has contributed to a frequent, relentness development of
products, so enabling us to widen our market range and better meet
customers' demand.
Abrasive emulsion pastes are meant almost exclusively for automatic polishing.
By means of pumps or pressure tanks abrasive compound is delivered to the
installation, sprayed on disks by means of high or low-pressure spray guns.
This range of products includes abrasive emulsions for roughing, polishing and
mirror-polishing of different types of metals; using them you can operate
effectively and successfully meeting all the field application requirements.

6)electro-valve
7)air control unit
8)electric panel with timer
The best way of using liquid abrasive compounds is that of spraying them with
low or high pressure guns, by means of a plant as show on pic., so as to obtain
a light, regular and uniform supply. The liquid compounds must leave the tank
at 4-5 atm.; to operate low pressure guns use 5-6atm.; for high pressure
follow the maker’s instructions. The “low pressure gun” sprays the compound
at a force equal to that of the air supply to which it is connect (5-6atm.); the
high pressure gun incorporates a multiplayer, sprays at a pressure 20-30
times greater than that of the air supply.
The choice between the two types depends on the different purchase prices
and specific requirements of the work to be done.
These are used almost exclusively for automatic buffing, with high or low
pressure spray guns. These emulsions have characteristics similar to abrasives
in solid form, but have notable advantages with respect to these.
In recent years, in fact, the use of emulsion compounds has greatly increased.
Emulsions have high standards of homogeneity, excellent adherence to the
disk and high lubrificating property, with consequent reduction in wear to the
disk itself.
