Transportation Management Services (TMS) will manage the shuttle service for The Midyear 2012. In addition to
shuttle service, TMS is extending preferred Las Vegas transportation rates to exhibitors and attendees of ASHP. TMS
is one of Las Vegas' leading transportation providers and can accommodate your group with many different

Airport Meet & Greet Services:
A flight manifest is required a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of first pick-up to ensure proper verification
and pick-up for all incoming passengers. TMS staff will monitor flight arrivals to determine how many staff
and pieces are equipment are needed to cost effectively manage that meet & greet service.
